Always had pasta before but decided to try the special this time - sausage & egg muffin. Well-balanced tasty patty with perfectly fried egg (yolk is runny) is a perfect combination. I am sure local caught sardines fresh or frozen could be sourced butterflied and either pan fried or grilled for the same price making a exceptional dish. It was no problem in explaining what the different choices where and how it works. Ideal for small or large groups.
