It would be nice to have a few alternatives apart from food that pubs offer. The only ‘different’ alternatives were a risotto and a beef dish? I’ve been in four times now, and every time it’s been amazing. The parfait and tartare are still my favourites, but this time we had friends in from the mainland and tried the wagyu beef and ‘very good mash’—and both were just utterly perfect. But Order the bread. That’s incredible. And servings were really large. Couldn’t fit in dessert. But couldn’t fault a thing.
