Had a fabulous experience at the Crystal City McCormick and Schmick's. Food was fabulous (lobster bisque and steak for hubby, crab and shrimp stuffed salmon for me), server and management were attentive and our booth seat allowed us to be in a quiet spot (which we had requested). Diners' Choice Winners: Best Overall
Washington DC's best restaurants based upon thousands of OpenTable diner reviews
Marcel's never disappoints - I only wish we could go more often. On this occasion, we did the pre-theater menu before a show at the Kennedy Center, and the service was efficient yet did not feel rushed at all. The food was, as always spectacular - the lobster flan was a delightful new treat on this occasion and well worth the upcharge. The car service to the show is fantastic, and I would say that it sets Marcel's in a class its own, but the food and service alone honestly deserve that merit. MoreOpenTable Diner -

We take great pride in our scratch cooked menu featuring the best produce, seafood, and dairy Northern Virginia has to offer…so much so that we incorporated our area code into our restaurant name.

Discover Washington, D.C.
An international city with the food chops to show for it, Washington D.C. is brimming with new restaurants, coffee houses and spirited bars. And, while tablecloth dining has it’s place here (diplomats gotta eat), so does the casual yet delicious lunch spot (interns gotta eat, too). Near the Capitol, historic eateries and classic menus are favored by many. Excellent Filipino food can be found in Columbia Heights. Near Georgetown, upscale bistros and farm-to-table spots are the order of the day, and Adams Morgan is home to many international restaurants and locally owned cafes.
