   This place is special. Interesting space, attentive and talented staff, tight - yet varied - menu. Generous portions, well prepared. It’s out of the way, but worth the trip - besides, it’s a beautiful drive down one of the loveliest stretches of Route 7. Can’t wait to make the pilgrimage again.

   Coal-roasted veggies with aioli was a starter fav. The swordfish entree was so moist and flavorful. We wished there was a side for the sirloin. We are anxious for the patio to be open. Great ambiance. And two Hill Farmstead options on tap! We will return!

   Easter brunch at Starry Night was excellent. The smoked tuna belly was really special, served with perfect pickled vegetables, sour cream, and toast. The hot cross bun gifted to-go was a memorable touch. It was as good as what I made over many decades of family Easter meals. Thank you, Starry, for a lovely meal.

   I have been here many times and always enjoyed the food and service. This time though I was really disappointed in the prices as they had really gone up. A $128.00 dollar steak is ridiculous. The food is very good and service great and friendly.

   The food was exceptional. Lesley was both our host and server and she was a delight. Considering the travel time to the location and the cost of the meal, the value is still very good.

   One of the best dining experiences in Vermont. Went there on Christmas Eve and it was outstanding. Just went there for the second time and it was just as good, if not better. From the bread at the beginning of the meal to the Blue Mountain tea at the end of the night. Perfect. Thank God for the Starry Night Cafe.

    We had a wonderful meal here celebrating a special occasion for us. It was moderately quiet, which was helpful, and everything was exquisitely good! They had just reopened two or three days beforehand, and we were duly impressed. Would definitely go back.
