Great mushroom pizza. I would say a must, it was great. Brussel sprouts were too sweet. Good Fries but not outstanding Margarita Verde was very nice, but needed more mezcla for that extra oomph.
I used to really enjoy Starbelly for brunch. But, on my last few visits I’ve been disappointed in both the variety on the menu and the quality of the food (both are lacking). The food is just ok and the service is mediocre. It’s an OK choice, but they really need to up their game.
Great service and nice place. Unfortunately it was absolutely freezing and we sat there with our jackets on for the entire meal. We were moved and the staff said they had turned the heating up but it didn't make a huge difference. Go for the food and service!
Great food and drinks, works for kids. Best part was the service.
Good eats, great location, nice lighting and environment.. service was a little to pushy for me.. but they were friendly about it :)

This place is hype only — brunch in SF isn’t about the food but rather the ambiance and the “experience.” Food honestly was average. My chilaquiles were rather soggy.
We go to Starbelly for lunch/brunch all the time, so decided to do dinner. The food was fantastic, matched by a great outdoor dining experience and great service! We finished things up by creating our own Affogato experience with espresso and a scoop of Mitchells ice cream! Delicious! We had a wonderful evening...
Tasty food - brussel sprouts, squash soup, good bread, yummy cheese. Friendly and efficient service.
Appreciate the entrance staff. My person count reservation went from 3 to 5 and they managed to still fit my party in. Our waiter was just okay. He never checked up on us and had to get the dessert menu from another waiter because ours never returned except to drop off the bill. Food was very good though.

Service was friendly and fun, but there was a big void for food options at 3p on a Sunday. The restaurant should offer more options than a burger or pizza for entrees.

It was the first time my friends had gone to this restaurant. The feedback, "I like the ambiance. Food is fantastic. Great spot!" Here is how great this place was... I had reservations for 7:30pm on a Wednesday night and the restaurant was filled up with people in the back. We had a good mixture of food to taste. Brussel sprouts w/ bacon, delicious. Chorizo pizza, delicious. Salumi / cheese mix plate, excellent. This was all paired with some tasty cocktails and wine.

Starbelly is one of my go to faves. Definitely a must if you are in the area.

For millenials only. No older person can sit in their chairs for longer than 1/2 hour! Wine list is ok but not great.
Came for brunch/lunch and got the po’ boy fried chicken sandwich. Sandwich was good until I found a piece of hair in it. Manager did take off my drink and sandwich off the bill. I had high hopes for the place and if this hadn’t happened I may have had a better experience. Waitress asked if I wanted anything else but lost my appetite.
Special occasion washer really celebrated but everything else was amazing!

It was just meh. I’ve been before for brunch but the burger wasn’t good. The service was okay. She forgot beer orders etc.

We loved the menu and food. Only bummer was that they didn’t pace the meal well, and staff cleared plates before everyone had finished eating. Our server was lovely and patient with a bunch of our questions :)
4 of us Sat at the communal table. Very Slow service and super loud neighbors made it tough night. Still I like Starbelly but will only sit in the back patio if I go back.

The service was outstanding. The cocktails and food came in a timely manner but more enjoyably, the Sailor Moon server was so kind and helpful, pointing us in the direction of some very delicious dishes. This little neighborhood secret has really become a great place to meet with friends for a meal as tonic to challenging days.
Great place for friends or a date. Food is excellent and inventive. The presentation and attentiveness of the staff was outstanding!
I took my mom from out of town here for a Sunday brunch and EVERYTHING we ordered was amazing! Super stylish, great service, better food!
Great service and great tasting food. Picnic table benches we were seated at felt unstable at times and rocked a lot due to the uneven flooring.
I love this place! It has some of the best vegetarian food I've ever had and I will definitely be coming back just to have the roasted corn pizza

Cute restaurant with a very unique menu. We ate on the patio which was pleasant- nice shade on a warm day. The fries came with 3 dipping sauces - I had the Old Bay and it was delicious. The small salad with an added protein was plenty for lunch. I don't usually order fried chicken, but this was marvelous. Light crispy coating, but no grease or oil. My companion had the grilled chicken with her Caesar salad. Also great. Service was attentive and friendly. Parking is a bit of a pain, but I was able to park on the street a block away.
