The food was fine, not great, but for the price, acceptable.
The service was SLOW. We waited far to long before the server came by. Ordered drinks were slow to come, food slower, and removal of empty plates was also slow. However, our desert did come in a timely manner.

It took way too long to get seated, even with reservations, it took way too long to even get a glass of water, get drinks, order food, get the food, you name it. We only had 7 in our party and most of ordered salads. Was very unhappy with the level of service, will not go back again.

Ambiance, service and flavor of the food was good but the burgers and fries arrived at the table luke warm. Very disappointing experience, but we didn't have time to send it back. We'll give them another try when we have more time, hoping this was an anomaly.

Are dinners very good with one exception. The asparagus served was raw , and burnt.

Service was great. Able to get in last minute on Christmas. Thankful for them being open. Food was good. Little pricey but worth it.

Do not go on a busy day. They are not used to or prepared to handle high traffic. Stick to happy hour in the bar only.

Our family dined at Stanford's on Christmas Day. There were limited menu choices but we found something we thought would be good. The prices were higher than usual since it was a holiday which we expected.

The garlic mashed potatoes served with our steak had no flavor - you couldn't taste any garlic or even salt. After a long wait for our server to return, we asked the server for condiments to try to make it more flavorful - they didn't have any gravy and could only offer us butter or sour cream. The only sauces available for our filet mignon were bottled (A-1, Heinz, etc.) - nothing special to go with it.

We won't be returning to this restaurant since the prices were inflated based on the small portions of food that didn't have any flavor.

We made an 8pm reservation. Server came to the table with an attitude. He obviously didn't want the table. I was told that the beverage I ordered would be my last as they had given last call at 7:45pm. Overall we were made to feel like an inconvenience and generally unwelcome. Not a good experience.

Great service and atmosphere. Appetizer spinach & artichoke and house salad were great. The My date's Red Snapper Jambalaya was very tasty. Unfortunately my Prime Rib was unusually gristly and ended up really tough to chew. The garlic mashed potatoes and broccoli were good. I Although I should have requested that the broccoli be cooked a little softer. Just really disappointed in the quality of my Prime Rib cut. I will however continue to patronize Stanford's in the future. Thank you

We had reservations for a business meal, arrived as the restaurant was opening for lunch and were quickly seated. After 20 minutes, a server hadn't even been by our table to take our drink orders, which was odd since we were one of the only tables that was full at the time. Once someone did arrive, the rest of our service was timely and the food was delicious.

We had a date night here and it was horrible. Service took forever
Food came out of sequence
Forgot my salad
Cooks were in the back fighting very loud for all to hear
Drinks were spendy and took a long time
Overall not a good first impression

The appetizers were good, service was ok in beginning but became slow, wish we had not be sat next the large party that came in when we were 1/2 way through dinner, it slowed service even more. The fiesta salad was not what one of my guests was expecting and was not very good. No one else had issues with meals.

Wait staff was attentive and gave good recommendations. We had 2 of the nightly specials which were great. Dining room was very empty the night we were there so it was very quiet and easy to carry on a conversation, not sure how it would be when it was fully occupied.

The overall experience was a great one! My waiter was really stressed from the day before because it was Thanksgiving so I understood that he was a little out of it but that is okay! He gave my twin sister and I free dessert because it was our birthday as well and that was really nice of him!

My wife and I went for Thanksgiving Dinner. The menu had something for everyone, though we both went with the turkey dinner. Very good. Bottle of wine, an appetizer of crusted brie was very unique and tasty - It was a good night for the two of us. Will definitely be back throughout the coming year.

Terrible. Made a special request for a note for my girlfriend to cheer her up. The staff just seated us and did not bother checking reservations. When we arrived, it took us 6 minutes to FIND someone in this restaurant. These employees obviously do not care and just hide wherever. This is the most disappointing restaurant I've been. I would never come back. Don't waste your time here. Applebee's is 10x better than this poor restaurant.

always wonderful food and service. Love the Royal Manhattan. Our waiter Christopher was fabulous. Attentive without being intrusive. Works well for us because the restaurant is open later than many places, and we are usually in need of dinner late.

We went to this restaurant after work and there were several things that we enjoyed about the experience. Firstly, on a busy Friday night, there were plenty of parking spots available. Once inside, we were seated in a nice a booth near a window. The room had several other guests, but it was not loud at all; we were able to have a conversation. The menu had a good variety of food to choose from and the food was delicious -- it really exceeded our expectations. Our server was perfect, she came at the right moments and was very pleasant. This was an overall great experience; we would definitely go back there again.

Veteran's day; odd experience. Checked in at front desk, gave name for reservation. 20 min early so told attendant we'd go to lounge 1st. At time of res, we were seated in dining room.
Asked about Veteran's Day promotion. Server said "4 oz. prime rib or I think a crab cake." We assumed it was a meal, but was served with slice of meat on a bare plate. I ordered BBQ rib dinner. It came with ribs & coleslaw. I said "that's the dinner?"
She left & returned with French fries. The beef was not tender, it was chewy/elastic-like, although larger than 4 oz. We would not return for the prime rib. Although grateful for the complimentary beef, it was an odd experience. Waitress did say to my husband "thank you for your service" as we were leaving. THEN, Open Table questioned our ' no-show". I had to explain the whole ordeal, then they 'fixed' the points. 😊

Delicious brunch/ lunch. My husband had the eggs Benedict and enjoyed them very much. I had the best kale salad I think I have ever had. It had apple slices, grapes, goat cheese and herbed walnuts along with a delicious apple vinaigrette dressing. Loved it!

Party of 6 with an infant reservations for 6:30 p.m..we were seated promptly which is the only good thing about this meal. Waiter did his best given the poor environment he was working in that evening. He was friendly, but seemed stressed which was obvious by the perspiration running down his face. He came to our table twice apologizing for the delay and advising that our meals would be coming soon. Manager paid us a visit once we had been waiting over an hour, acknowledged and apologized for the delay, but offered no compensation (dessert maybe?) for the poor service.
Once the meals were delivered only 2 were up to standard. My Asian Beef Ribs were delivered as an undetermined stack of compressed beef that tasted like cardboard, with no sauce. The outside was charred and quite frankly I have never seen short ribs like this. The fish was dry with no sauce and my daughter-in-law, who's birthday celebration this was, did not eat her meal. One Rib-eye was cooked okay, but the other was rare and both were ordered medium. The Chicken Parmesan was okay. One might ask why we didn't complain and return the food. The reason, was that we had a 15 month old baby, who had been sitting for well over an hour very patiently who no longer was patient. We did not have another hour to wait for hopefully an acceptable meal. The meal was below the standards of this quality of restaurant.

This was not my first time here, and I will go back. Unfortunately, this time the service wasn't very good. Once we had our food, they seemed to forget we were there. Getting water refilled was very difficult. Then, they asked us to select a dessert that would be on the house since we were there for a birthday. When I looked closely at my receipt, it turns out I was charged for the dessert. My bad for trusting it and not reviewing the bill more closely before paying.

The food was good as always and all our orders were correct, even if brought to the table with no idea of what food went where.

We have never been to that restaurant and we were in the mood to try something new. Having worked in restaurants before I can usually pick them apart pretty well. However, there wasn't anything to pick apart at Stanford's - everything was great! The staff was friendly and attentive, food quality and value were spot on, and the overall cleanliness was impeccable.

We are in the area on occasion for shopping, so Stanford's is definitely a restaurant we'll be dining at in the future!

Underwhelmed by the food quality on the appetizers. Restaurants in this price range can do better especially in Seattle where competition is high.
Restaurant was fairly empty on a Friday night which is a concern stating the above

Service was very good, again perhaps due to lack of customers.
