Stanford's - Kruse Way (Lake Oswego) Ratings and Reviews
Delicious Sunday brunch options for our group of five. Every entrée includes a warm cinnamon bun with gooey frosting, which was served before our brunch orders were prepared. The crab cake Benedict was wonderful - eggs poached just right. I enjoyed a bite of my husbands banana French toast - also delicious. Service was attentive without being intrusive - frequent "warm-ups" for our coffee.
We received a gift card. We have not been to a Stanford's for quite a while. I was disappointed in the size of the portions for the price. We spent over $75.00 for a mediocre meal. I have dined at Stanford's in the past and it seems that your standards have slipped.
The menu has changed (downsized) considerably since we were last there, and it was difficult for me to find anything I really wanted to eat. I had hoped for a lovely entree salad, but the four offered did not appeal (I don't eat chèvre or blue cheese and was hoping for an Asian chicken salad or a good chef's salad). I settled on the pulled pork bbq sandwich, but I didn't care for the dark (and dark in flavor) sauce. I ate it but wouldn't order it again.
