The staff was great, and fast service. The food was not good, especially for the price. I had ordered a $30+ steak. I asked for rare. The out side of it was very chard and black. I could eat less than half of it because it had that burnt taste to it. I wouldn't mind if it was over cooked a little bit but you would have thought I asked for it to be well done. My dad said his blue cheese topping on his steak was so over powering, it was hard for him to get it down. My brother loved his burger, but felt it was not up to value. We didn't complain, the staff seemed busy and didn't want to be "those" customers, so I can't comment on what they would have done, had we complained.

Our first visit back to Stanfords for sit down dining on Fathers Day. How wonderful to be back and enjoy a delicious dinner. The wait staff was friendly and attentive; they are making extraordinary effort to help their guests feel comfortable with all the restrictions in place. We did make a reservation, were seated quickly and taken care of very timely.
We were happy for the people working to have their jobs again, they were happy too.
We think the food was extra good; absolutely cooked to our expectations. Everything means more and is so appreciated.

Our only disappointment was the shorten menu options, but we understand the craziness of Covid19. The staff bent over backwards to accommodate us.

This restaurant is practicing all the states Covid requirements. The food was great as usual and the service excellent considering Covid new standards. The separation of guests, empty tables, etc degrades the ambiance. The menu has been abbreviated but many of my favorites remain. Everything considered we had a good experience that was better than expected.

I am happy to eat as Stanford's reopens from the pandemic. They did a thoughtful reopening, with staggered tables, etc. Felt very comfortable. Of course the food and service were both great.

The waiter was very nice and took care of us the best that he could given the fact that it was Valentine’s Day. We waited for over an hour for our food. Once we got our food it was barely warm and wasn’t very good at all. No impressed with the food or the wait time

Never fails to satisfy. Bar is excellent and I always look forward to eating there. Menu leans toward burgers and salads but has more formal fare as well. Salmon is great when they have it.

Even though we made a reservation for 6:30, we still had to wait an hour to be seated. The hostess was not apologetic at all. What is the point of making a reservation?

Overall good experience, I would return. Food was hot and tasted good.

Amazing and comfortable atmosphere. The mojitos were to die for. The rib eye steak was so tender and full of flavor. The fried brussel sprouts are a must. I cant wait to go back.

Good food, great server, nice atmosphere. We were there on a Sunday evening and it was relatively quiet. It can get noisier with larger crowds which is to be expected. Overall, this is still a nice place to eat and drink.

One of the few places left to get a great steak. We were seated right away, and our server gave us just enough attention throughout the meal, that we could visit with friends. The food was awesome. The only thing we commented on was that the noise level had gone up with no barriers between the rows. But all in all we will return with other family or friends.

Seems to have stepped down a notch since the last time I was here. I love going to Stanford's, but seems to have changed... Can't pinpoint what or why. Maybe it's the migration to the new management company. I liked my Spinach Salad with Salmon, however the piece of Salmon was really small! The onion rings were really good. Everyone else in the group seemed to enjoy their meals. KM

This is always a very nice place to eat and the food is always very good.

Table ready very near time of reservations. Back room seating so noise was not a problem. Very attentive server. No rush for our party to leave.

Excellent service, great food and good prices

I really only went there because I had a gift card from a year ago. The wait person gave me a funny look when I handed her the GC. She explained that the GC might not be good since there was some sort of bankruptcy/buyout last July and certain cards might only work at certain Stanford's?!? Luckily the GC still had its value and everything was great. Oh, the food was fine.

The food was bad and service was super slow. The prime rib was of low quality and not cooked right. The service was almost nonexistent.

No complaints! Food and service was excellent. We come here every year for Christmas eve and will probably continue to do so.
