Stalla creates just the right recipe for an evening of classic Italian food: a reasonably priced menu of gourmet selections paired with premium Italian wines and excellent, attentive service.
Stalla's traditional menu, inspired by the northern Italian countryside, is reminiscent of Old World-style restaurants in New York's Little Italy.
"It's a great value," says Anthony Caratozzolo, Assistant Director of Food & Beverage. "You're going to get large portions."
So prepare to indulge. Enjoy staples like spaghetti and meatballs, one of five $14 brick oven pizzas, and a variety of soups and salads; or try one of Stalla's long-time favorite entree and pasta dishes: lobster ravioli, chicken parmigiana, veal piccatta and lasagna.

I would give 5 stars but we had to wait for 25-30 minutes even with an Open Table reservation. It is hard to wait that long with 2 boys, ages 1 & 3, who are hungry. Once seated, the food and service were excellent. Will definitely return but may make our reservation a little earlier so we're not so hungry while we wait.
My wife had ravioli and loved it. I had veal cheeks which was good but not great. This is closer to pot roast than typical veal dishes. Our seating was at the entrance which made for noise from people entering and leaving. The service was excellent and staff were friendly.
We had a 10 am reservation, when arriving at 10 am, the lady at the check in desk said they do not do open table and they would put us on a wait list. I asked why they are listed on OT if they don't use it, she didn't answer.
Service was good on Saturday morning, (Samantha was great) on Sunday it was not. We weren't offered a drink refill while eating, and had to flag waitress down to get our check.
Food was good both days however, so we may go again....
Very, very disappointing experience. This very critical review is about one area of Stalla, and that is the ability of the kitchen to get food out of the kitchen in a timely manor. Our server, Olivia, was spectacular as usual and the food when we received it was good, but all this goodness was overshadowed by it taking 1 1/2 hours for me to receive a bowl of bisque and a crab cake appetizer. This is the third time in a row this poor kitchen performance has been experienced by me and will be the last. I will not wait for an extensive period of time to receive food in a restaurant, and certainly not a restaurant which charges high prices for their offerings. Everything that Stalla does good is completely destroyed by the very poor kitchen management. This performance of the kitchen used to be good, so something significant changed, which I assume is management. At this point I don’t care what the problem is, as I do not plan to return to Stalla anytime soon. I apologize to Olivia and the other employees of the restaurant that their good work has been diminished.
Veal Chop parmesan is outrageous, presentation of dish is wonderful. Risitto is a must have.
The wine by the glass selection needs a bit of work , but the Velvet Devil Merlot is great.
Would definitely recommend. BUT they definitely need to bring back the Osso Buco to the menu..!!!
My husband and I celebrated my birthday at Stallas, Very cozy atmosphere. We started out with a minestrone soup followed by crab cakes for appetizer. My husband ordered the rib eye steak which was outstanding, and I had the chicken cutlet parmesan which was also very good. The portions that they give you are huge so be prepared to take some home. After dinner I was presented with a nice piece of cheesecake with a candle on it for my birthday. We can't wait to visit Stallas again to celebrate my husband's birthday. I would recommend this restaurant to everyone.
Third time at Stalla 1st very good 2nd bad 3rd ok only reason I went back was new chef? From Florence very blah flavor for veal parmigiana and shrimp scampi waitress held up by her boss bringing my drink Jia mic better will try BR steakhouse next time actually more creative menu
I have eaten at Stalla many times and the service with Olivia is always exceptional. The Tomato Basil soup is superb and should be on the menu everyday. I had the Shrimp and Grits appetizer as my entree as it is a large serving. Unfortunately the recipe for the Shrimp and Grits has been changed and I did not like the taste or the watery texture of the grits. I will return to Stalla as long as Olivia continues to work as a server, as there are other good items on the menu.
I ORDERED THE EGGPLANT PARM . IT WAS 3 PIECES OF EGGPLANT ON PASTA. NOT ENOUGH EGGPLANT. THE MEATBALLS WE ORDERED WERE SALTY AND TOO MUCH NUTMEG AND OREGANO. WE ORDERED A SIDE OF PASTA WHICH WAS VERY VERY SMALL. WE ARE REGULARS AT THE BEAU AND EAT AT STALLA'S AT LEAST 4 TIME A YEAR FOR THE PAST 12 YEARS. CHANGES WERE MADE AND NOT FOR THE GOOD.
My Husband and I visit Stalla each and every time we stay at the Beau Rivage. We love the food and atmosphere. The waiters are always exceptional and the service is excellent. We usually get the Ribeye with Sauteed mushrooms and side of spaghetti and split it. I know it sounds crazy to get the steak at a Italian restaurant, but it is so good.
Not quite what we had remembered. The wine list was smaller and good, but not great. The wine service was extremely slow. We didn't get our wine until we were almost done with the mushroom soup. The soup was rich and tasty, but it would have been helped by the wine. My wife liked her redfish, but the fish portion was very small while the risotto portion was huge. My veal chop was very good, as were the English peas.
We love Stalla! The food and staff are both fabulous! We love sitting at the chef's table- it is so much fun watching the staff perform like a fine tuned machine. All plates are reviewed by the chef before being delivered to a customer. We got crab cakes as an appetizer and they were fabulous... lots of crab. Also had the ribeye steak and veal Parmesan.
