Stalla - Beau Rivage
Stalla's traditional menu, inspired by the northern Italian countryside, is reminiscent of Old World-style restaurants in New York's Little Italy.
"It's a great value," says Anthony Caratozzolo, Assistant Director of Food & Beverage. "You're going to get large portions."
So prepare to indulge. Enjoy staples like spaghetti and meatballs, one of five $14 brick oven pizzas, and a variety of soups and salads; or try one of Stalla's long-time favorite entree and pasta dishes: lobster ravioli, chicken parmigiana, veal piccatta and lasagna.
Love this restaurant! Food is always great!
Service was a little slow but a busy time.6:00 pm.
Food and service is always great but we were seated extremely close to the table next to us. We were so close that they started up a conversation with us.
The quality of the beef should be a lot better. The ribeye was stringy and tough! The other food was and is always very good and the service is outstanding. We love going there because of the atmosphere and you can carry on a conversation without having to talk loud.
Food was ok. Second time there. Service was terrible. BR prime is much better. With Jia’s beating both of them. Stick with Jia’s you will not regret.
Great atmosphere and food as always. We are never disappointed. Service was awesome as always.
My wife’s birthday.
Food was excellent; specialty cocktails very good; and service was the best.
Stalla is a really great restaurant. All of the full entree dishes are great but we also love their pizzas.
We love Stalla. I usually get the ravioli of the day but we both like their pizza. Good range on wine list - something for everyone. We won’t visit the Beau Rivage without at least one dinner at Stalla, sometimes two.
Good food, good drinks, and great service. Only wish we had left room to try desert. They have several gluten free options, including pasta. No gluten free pizza crust, though. You do have to walk through the casino floor to get there, but overall the Beau Rivage is beautifully decorated.
Great food excellent waiter Rob and assistant. (Paul I think) very professional and knowledgeable.
Service at Stella was fantastic! The food was not as good as expected but not bad either. My husband had the spaghetti and meatballs which were made from a small amount of meat and more filler. The meatballs were soft in texture. I had the lobster ravioli special. Sauce was spicy but the spice did not add to the flavor, it was just hot. Ravioli's were not very tasty when I scraped off the spicy sauce. Actually more fishy tasting than the sweet taste you expect from lobster. But not so bad that I would send it back. Again the service was impeccable.
Loved the pasta and calamari. A lot of good food and wine! A very nice meal and great service. We'll be back.
Best veal Parmesan ever. Wife said her shrimp fra diablo was outstanding. Service and ambiance excellent
The service was good. The food was awful.
Entire chicken was undercooked and could not eat it. The service was very poor. Won’t be coming back
EXCELLENT IN EVERY WAY. STALLA IS OUR FAVORITE RESTAURANT. PERIOD. WE ATE THERE TWO NIGHTS IN A ROW!
GREAT FOOD, GREAT ATMOSPHERE
Veal cheeks - never recommend, gravy from meat ruined the spaghetti.
Ribeye - ordered medium rare was prepared medium. Had favor but was slightly tough.
Chopped salad - lacked an assortment of ingredients. Was mainly lettuce
Soup of the day - tomato, was fair. This was the only thing we ordered that we would possibly order again.
It will be a while before we will eat here again.
My husband loves the Spaghetti and Meatballs. I ordered the Stuffed Manicotti and it was delicious. Wonderful job Chef!! Our server was great and on the spot at all times. Love the place.....we'll be back.
Our favorite restaurant in Biloxi. Food and service are always wonderful. I just wish the hotel rooms in Beau Rivage had fridges, so we could take some of the yummy leftovers!
Great food as always. The ambiance is amazing.
Stallas is always a great place to eat. They have fabulous mussels and the steak is better than prime. The wait staff are fast and attentive and they have some of the best appetizers like crab cakes and calamari
Stalla continues to be one of our favourites whilst in Biloxi. The wait staff, chefs, food and ambience never fail to make for an enjoyable evening.
Front of house is a different story. Bookings are often mixed up and front desk staff seem to be clueless. This was one of those times when our reservation got mixed up. It happens too much. In future we will have to book via a casino host to try to avoid these issues.
Birthday was not acknowledged.
Service was great but the lamb was awful. It was too thick and could not cut it. It was a lamb chop and had to leave most of the meat on the chop because I couldn’t cut it off. The servers were very good about refilling your water glass which is a plus for me since I drink a lot of water. All their other dishes are good. Huge portions so you can either split something with someone or have leftovers.
Very pricey but worth it. The noise level is there because it is in a Casino. Very great staff and service.
This was our second time going. The food was very good and the service from the wait staff was excellent. My wife loved the mussels as an app and we enjoyed the veal and chick park. One minor complaint was I tried to check in 15 minutes prior to our reservation. She made us come again at which time we had to wait another 20 minutes. I just wanted them to alert us when the table was ready so we didn't have to stand there.
What a nice dining experience. A nice first class respite from the bustling casino. The chicken Fracasse was nice portion of two perfectly cooked breasts. The veal cheeks on pasta melt in your mouth. Our favorite was the bruschetta which was as good as any I've ever eaten. Two nice bread pieces to share.
I wish I had known they have a chef's table (counter) that overlooks the kitchen area and puts you right in the middle of the action while you sample several dishes, or order off the menu. Next time I'd request that, or it's available for walk ins.
We come to Biloxi once a month and we always eat at Stalla. The food and service are wonderful.
All time favorite place to dine in Biloxi!! The service is excellent and the food is over the top delicious!! I love coming to Biloxi and Stalla is a must do every single time.
Selection of condiments for bread were not appealing.
Calamari was enjoyable.
Chicken Parmesan was NOT flavorful and chicken breast dry!
Fish was average and a type of risotto was not impressive.
This was our 3rd visit and we have decided we will find alternative to Italian Restaurant in future.
Outstanding food, staff and service! Thank you!
Great dining experience on our weekend getaway!
It was excellent but we were seated up front close to where people were coming in and out of the restraunt which was the reason for a one star demerit. Overall it was great!! The servers were outstanding!!
Stalla is one of the Coast's best kept secrets...it is cozy, romantic, but fun. The menu will accommodate the taste buds of all. An Ambassador and his wife recently accompanied me; no one was disappointed. Stalla provided a perfect setting and adventure.
We Always have a great time at stalla. The ambiance is like a mini Vegas trip and the servers are fabulous. We enjoy eating dinner anytime there and the food is always consistently delicious and hot. Thanks to the staff and the team of beau rivage
Food was very average. We had the penne with scallops and vodka sauce, and chicken parmigiana. Ambiance very nice, as was service, but quality and taste of food is more important.
We always have an excellent dining experience at Stalla’s
It has been much better in the past. I am only glad I was not the poor lady seated next to us. Her server spilled cream on her and the seat, dropped silverware, forgot her order of vegetables, and failed to bring her a steak knife, etc. Fortunately, when I sat down I did not sit in any of the spattered cream on the bench part of the booth. All and all, I would say my experience was much better than hers...
I do plan to visit a different outlet next time we visit the Beau Rivage though.
Average Italian food, agree with previous reviewers to say it serves dried ordinary pasta. Reminds me of Macaroni Grill, which is good but chain Italian food in the end.
Chicken dishes are delicious. Service was very good. Meatballs needed some help.
