Absolutely the most wonderful food and Madison is the perfect waitress!
Generous portions, especially the pasta dishes. Fabulous Caesar salad and ample bread. No room for appetizers or dessert.
We were served our appetizers and 10 minutes later our entrees came while we were still eating our appetizers. Secondly we were eating with four people, the food was cleared before all were done. Not proper. Too bad will not frequent this restaurant again

Higher end Italian. With great traditional pasta's that are perfect. Also, steak and fish. Wine list is a little short but there is enough to get by. Well priced and I highly recommend sitting at the bar with Nick. I'll be back
Not normal, have been there many times. But this time the table we at had food all on the floor and spilt water and pointed it out when we were seated and it was never cleaned.

Excellent meal and service. I had the ribeye steak cooked perfectly by Chef Donovan. My husband had the Cioppino- it was excellent. Love sitting at the chef’s table. Leah had us seated right away- always makes us feel special. Our server, Autumn was fabulous

My linguine and clams was delicious. My husband loves the spaghetti and meatballs at Stallas. He's had it several times. Unfortunately, this time, the meatballs were mushy, and he had an upset stomach that evening. Perhaps, they were undercooked. Nevertheless, the service was prompt, and the server was competent and courteous.
Took over an hour to get our dinner.

Our appetizer and salads were great. However, the lasagna entre was almost like soup, and the fettucine with grilled chicken was cold (even the fresh grated cheese on the chicken never melted)

Stalla is by far the best dining experience/food on the MS coast!! The staff is awesome!! Eating at the chef’s counter is amazing!! Chef Mark and Sous Chef Donavan make our dining experience always THE BEST!!
Dining at the Beau is consistently good and the staff is always very accommodating. Michael Johnson, general manager, is always friendly and there to make sure everything is running smooth.

This review only reflects the manager, Michael Johnson and Open Table. I had an original reservation at 5:30, but realized earlier in the day we needed to move it ot later. I got on the app and picked 6:45 PM and it reserved that time and sent me a confirmation email. When I arrived at the restaurant three manager was there and told me I missed my reservation and they did not have a table. He was extremely rude, would not even look at my confirmation. I asked what I could have even done different but he refused to except any responsibility and would not apologize. My wife went next door to BR Prime and they were happy to get us a table. Michael Johnson should not be in a job that deals with the public, and I still want an apology fit the way we were treated there.
This was the 2nd time we’ve eaten here. Food was delicious & service was good too. Nice atmosphere & food was hot, & serving sizes were large. We took leftovers home! Definitely a great place for a special occasion.
The atmosphere and service was great. One of us got the Chicken Fettuccine and I got the Chicken Marsala. The Marsala was great. However the chicken was overcooked on the Fettuccine and was dry and tough. On a previous experience I got the Stalla Pizza and it was very good. I recommend dining here. Next time I plan to try the Lasagna.
The tables are very close together. There is no “private table” aka booth. I don’t particularly like to hear other people’s dinner conversations. Our server was subpar at best. The server the people next to us had since I could hear all their interaction with each other was excellent. So I guess as far as service goes it’s a hit or miss. The bread was alright nothing spectacular the hummus, oil and red pepper spread were good. We ordered the antipasto which was excellent!!! Now I had high expectations about the food. I ordered the scallops with mushroom risotto with a side of broccolini. Husband inquired about the thickness of the veal Parmesan and was told it’s pounded very thin ( he will only eat thin meat) my soda remained empty and the server was no where to be found. Two other couples that were sat after us were already eating. Our “neighbors” were asked from their server if they wanted to see a dessert menu and he was explains to them they did not have one of the items and they were laughing back and forth it was nice. Our food finally arrives and my husband cuts into the chop and it’s pretty thick it may sound ridiculous but he can’t eat it that’s why he wanted to be clear from the beginning about the thickness. He wound up having to change it out for the lasagne which he didn’t care for I didn’t care for it either. The scallops were extremely salty the broccolini was room temp at best and the risotto left little to be desired. At the conclusion of the meal we were asked by the server if there was anything else she could get us... um yes how about a dessert menu? Never offered coffee or dessert I had to ask to see the dessert menu. We ordered coffee cannoli and Italian cheesecake. Should have just had the antipasto and dessert. The cheesecake was superb just the right consistency not dense but not too light and the flavor perfect for an Italian cheesecake not sweet at all. The cannoli which are 2 full size cannoli were very good as well.
Our server Madison was lovely and went above and beyond to meet our expectations!
The food was very dry. Pasta needs sauce and both entrees lacked sauce. Waiter was very good.
Antwan is the best! Always our favorite place to dine!
Stalla is the best Italian Restaurant not only at the Beau, but throughout the MGM Chain. I do miss their Ole Chef, but things seem to be carrying on. If you think you can find a better Steak, Buy it. They are as good or better than any prime steak house. Service is always top notch, but was a tad slow on this meal. The food made up for it.
I may have just picked the wrong dish but I thought my food average. However, did have good service and might go back to try something else.

This restaurant is on the casino floor, not separated at all ventilation wise. I’m a cancer physician. I asked to be seated in the back where perhaps the smoke might not be an issue. We were still taken to a table toward the front near the casino smoke despite our request. Eat here at your own risk. We left because no meal is worth risking dying of lung cancer.

We enjoyed their Calamari & Eggplant Mozzarella appetizers as well as the Chicken Parmesan and pasta dishes with delicious medium spiced sauces. Very good Valpolicella wine. Excellent service. Only complaint was Mushroom side which was too salty.

Cool vibe! Excellent wine selection. Lasagna was delicious; portion HUGE!!! 3 of us could have shared and been well fed. The caprese salad was “on point”... fresh bread on table was yummy

Food and service is always great but we were seated extremely close to the table next to us. We were so close that they started up a conversation with us.
The quality of the beef should be a lot better. The ribeye was stringy and tough! The other food was and is always very good and the service is outstanding. We love going there because of the atmosphere and you can carry on a conversation without having to talk loud.
