Besides the delicious choices in every part of their menu, the service is exceptional!

Food and service were equally excellent! Very attentive and friendly staff. We had a lovely evening celebrating our daughter’s college graduation and getting hired to start her career. Each of us ordered different starters and main dishes and every one was excellent. The pianist contributed nicely to the ambiance. Based on our experience we would highly recommend this restaurant

Exceptional food and service, they really went above and beyond. The cocktails were creative and tasty and every course was truly an adventure. From presentation, quality, taste, and service Stage is definitely a gem!

My husband and I heard about this restaurant from our niece and nephew and looked forward to trying the menu. The Instagram posts didn't do it justice, although the posts are actually really great. (Check it out!) We opted for the tasting menu, one with the "regular" wine list and the other with the top shelf wine list. This way, we could taste ten different wines. The food, amuse bouche, palate cleanser and dessert were in line with the farm to table themes in many of Oahu's top restaurants...but without the attitude. Great food, best service. Try it!

It was an extremely successful and wonderful evening. Hayden was our waiter and he was great! We will be back to hold more business dinners.

This is the best restaurant we have been to in a long time. ALL of the staff was attentive. It seemed as if each employee was there to take care of the customer, whether it was their assigned job or not. Our waiter was Hayden (?) & he was very personable and knowledgeable. The food was excellent as was the wine. Nice to have so many choices. We will be back!

Excellent service and ambiance. Food was very good and inventive. Excited to hear they will be bringing the kitchen out reducing the amount of seating as it did seem empty for a Friday night! The Amuse wine bar had a lively crowd but the very large dining room was 20-25% full. May want to consider changing the name...Stage is confusing.

Incredible food and service.

Food, wine pairing, and service was excellent. Went on a Saturday night and really enjoyed the live pianist. Our waiter was Hayden - friendly with great recommendations and service!

The restaurant was beautiful and the food fantastic. They made the birthday celebration so special! The pianist was amazing. Of course the service over the top! I would go back in a heartbeat!

We ate the 5 course meal and the timing for each dish was off and inconsistent with the wine. Other than that, the food and the wine sommelier was more than exceptional

We went to Stage to celebrate Valentine’s Day. The food is always great there —from presentation to the taste. Service is excellent and the staff always conveys what is brought to the table so you’re informed what you’re eating.
The only downfall with this restaurant is their chairs. I’m under five feet so even with heels Ono was tippy —toey to sit comfortably in my chair—ended up with a backache the next morning. Maybe I should I asked for another chair or table but it was a busy night so I didn’t bother and jus enjoyed the awesome meal.

We took our sister and niece who were visiting from LA to the Stage Restaurant last Saturday evening for dinner. Our party enjoyed the food very much except for the very slow service. From time we ordered, our table waited almost one and half hours before the waiter brought our our entrees. We just can’t understand why it takes so long to bring out the food. We have eaten at Stage Restaurant many times through the years and the one complaint we have every time is the slow service. We like the food much but are discourage from booking there because of the slow service. Last Saturday was longest we waited. Our reservation was at 6 pm and it was close to 8:00 before getting our food.

Food and service were excellent. We did wait a bit between appetizers and entrees, however, our wait staff compensated by providing excellent service.

Very nice setting. Great service. Attentive and friendly. Appetizer was excellent. Sorbet between courses was excellent! Special entree excellent taste and texture. Dessert was absolutely fabulous! All in all a great dining experience

We went to Stage for our Valentine’s Day date but the food was just okay. We usually come here for special occasions and Stage is our favorite place to eat, but for Valentine’s, the taste and portion of the food compared to the price was to me, not very worth it. Stage on a regular day is pricey but my boyfriend and I have no problem paying for a quality meal, and we rave so much about Stage to our friends. However for Valentine’s, the price was more expensive than their normal tasting menu, and the portions were smaller and the taste of everything was slightly overpowering. I will still come to Stage and we’re still loyal customers, but I’m a little apprehensive about going to Stage for special occasions now.

We had the special Valentine's tasting menu. Chef Ron and Pastry Chef Canan never cease to amaze with their creativity and taste.

Good food and great service in a bit of a weird environment. Your inside a furniture store! However it’s a beautiful space.

High quality Asian food done well

This was my first time at Stage. What a nice surprise. First, walking through the crowded Amuse
Wine Bar to enter the restaurant, it was apparent that this is a Honolulu Hot Spot. The much quieter Stage looks like a lighting showroom with a range of high end pendants over the tables. Service was attentive and informed. We were offered several tasty gifts from the chef as dinner proceeded. Food was EXCELLENT, and beautifully presented. I’ll be back.

We had the tasting menu with wine pairings and was surprisingly incredible (I don't say that lightly). The wine, food and service were unmatched. I've had tasting menus at 5 star restaurants in LA and this matched at a lower price. Amazing.

Dusty and Wes continue to reinvent Stage, all to the good. Whereas the old Stage rarely changed its menu, the new Stage and Chef deGuzman regularly challenge themselves to innovate. The wine program has improved considerably, as has the attentive service. There is always a superb 5-course menu for $80 and excellent wine parings for $60, both deliver well beyond the cost.

I ate only appetizers and drank from a $50 card, sampling about 10 different varieties of wine. That was quite interesting, and i even could have sampled more varieties on my card, I just did not. The appetizers have a certain sameness to them. Individually, they are quite good, but when you sample 5 or six, you begin to see that they are all variants of the same basic formula. They are all quite rich and therefore, one reaches a saturation point where one more bite would be too much.

Always been my favorite eatery. I bought my sister there for her birthday and to buy a gift card. We were treated so royally from the start to finish. We each the tasting menu which was quite pricey but superb. They were even kind enough to make substitutions for us. The lobster item was soooo good. Also best pannacotta(?) I ever had!

First time eating here. Not disappointed. Food was very delicious and presentation was beautiful. Service was also impeccable! Looking forward to visiting again.

Decor was a bit too modern for me. For example handing lamps were a little above eye level. Good place for people watching. Overall good value considering the excellent food prep, great wine selection, amuse-bouche offerings & extra dessert treats.

The service was outstanding. Our server had wonderful recommendations for us. The pianist added to the ambience . Enjoyed his renditions of Reasons and Sara. :)

For me, I go to a restaurants to taste the food. Normally I order too much because I like to have a little bite of everything. I was so tempted to order the special of the night, which was the filet mignon, truffles, and foie gois, however I was encouraged by the knowledgeable staff to try the tasting menu. And it was to die for. The portions were huge and they were delicious. You really were able to see the chefs talents. The wine pairing was on point. The staff was extremely knowledgeable and very friendly. The drink menu was incredible curated and themed. It felt like you were going into a speak easy or some hidden away jem. It was romantic and quiet so that conversations could be heard. This seems like one of Oahu’s tucked away unassuming best kept secrets. We will return.

Everything was awesome and I would highly recommend to anyone who has an appreciation for fine dining and open to adventurous wine tasting. Although it’s understandable that the view is fixated on the traffic outside, I believe the seating would be best if rotated to focus on the ambiance inside. The value is perfect, but I see an opportunity for repeat customers or a membership discount.

Over the years, Stage has continually improved the food selection, kept the excellent service and continues to have a very large wine selection. We enjoyed the "small plates" for our meal. The selection of diverse preparations and choices made it hard to choose. Everything was perfectly prepared. One of the best restaurants in Honolulu, year after year.

Thank you Stage for our best meal on the island. Your quality of the food (both taste and presentation), amazing service made it a very fun evening for the family. We had the tasting menu where each dish was incredible. The wine pairings were spot on with each plate. Their dessert chef does an amazing job with the presentation and flavor of their desserts (we know as we had 4 of them). Look forward to coming back with your next trip to Oahu!
