Overall had good time. Was very noisy though. We had 8 people in our group and was difficult to hear them. Service excellent.
At the last minute our group of 6 turned into a mob of 8 ! The hostess was so very nice and accommodated us without any hassle. Wait staff was excellent and we all enjoyed our brunch. Noise level is high when 3/4 full, but our group was probably the noisiest, even though we tried to keep it down. Fun place. . . great food and we cleaned our plates. Thank you to our fantastic server who presented us with separate checks ! You guys rock !
Made reservations but still had to wait almost 20 minutes, then waited 20 more minutes because they won't seat us until everyone arrives. It shouldn't be too difficult to order for 4 first; and take 2 more orders later.
Very busy, but friendly service; and glad we didn't have to wait too long for the food, kids were hungry from waiting too long to be seated.
My reservation for OpenTable did not show up on their system and when I spoke to the manager about it he was very rude. He told me that it's not his fault and for me to deal with the situation myself by complaining to OpenTable. Overall, their food it good but their customer service is terrible.
Great food and outstanding service. The server was outstanding and so friendly.
I approached the hostess and told her I had a reservation from OpenTable, and she looked very confused. Luckily there was a table ready within 5 minutes to accommodate 6. I didn't press, but I'm very curious as to why Stacks didn't have my reservation. Other than that, the food, service, and ambience was wonderful.
