Get away with my husband
Food is excellent. Seafood risotto is a favorite. Noise level is the only issue. The music is so loud you cannot talk to the person next to you.
Really good! We came here for dinner before the show (Love-Beatles) and everything was great. Our kids enjoyed the pigs-in-a blanket and tater tots, I had the short rib and my husband had a steak. The service was excellent too!
Each part of the meal is unique and prepared very well. You’ll find the prices a little on the high side, but the quality matches the price.
One of the best steaks in my life. Really nice design, everything on the menu was flawless (tried the bone-in Filet)--the prices are high but reasonable for what you get (and comparable to others). . service great, friendly, attentive. . really enjoyed the food and ambiance. Looking forward to returning in the future--will be my de facto steak house. You cannot go wrong.. .
Food was amazing, cooked to perfection! unfortunately this was spoilt by being rushed by the waiter. Waiter wasn’t too interested in explaining the menu and for $400 I would expect to enjoy an evening not an hour!!!
We can not give an opinion of The Stack, the reason being although we made a booking with you. that you confirmed, we were unable to go as the restaurant did not open on Christmas Day. We were all dressed up and ready for our nice Christmas out only to be totally disappointed. A great big "thank you" to you for letting us down.
I’ve always enjoyed having dinner at Stack. When we arrived this time, we were seated in the bar area next to the hotel casino. Sitting there, I feel like I missed out on the beautiful ambiance of the restaurant. I was disappointed. In addition, they were out of many of the menu items. That was disappointing, but I guess it was temporary as they were getting ready to close for the holiday season.
We each had a filet. Mine was melt in your mouth tender. Very good! Had the meat and cheese board that was delicious too. Also the adult tator tots are worth a try.
Very nice dinner!
The host told us he could not seat our party of 12, not even if we split into two tables, yet my friend and I went on open table just moments later to find two reservations available for our group. Even if these were reserved for open table guests he could have said that rather than turn us away. Furthermore, once we were seated they had TON of open tables around the restaurant. The service was okay once we were seated except my daughter ordered a pasta dish that was angel hair and specific veggies and it came out linguini with totally different vegetable. Again, would have been okay as long as we had been told and given the chance to order a different dish. They did take it off the bill which was nice. Overall not the best experience. The food was decent though... my salmon dish was very good.
It was wondefful
Very good food at a fair price for the location. Great vibe and good energy.
The macaroni and cheese was sinfully delicious
Dining before seeing Love. Food was great. Not thrilled with the self check out though...
Wonderful food. A little noisy but not unbearable. Manny was an excellent server.
The food was extremely overpriced. A $30 hamburger for just a hamburger.
Always great food and service! Amazing steak, cooked perfectly to asked temp!
Everything was fabulous and so tasty down to the coffee.
I have been to Stack multiple times and each time I am reminded why I dont eat here more often. Don't get me wrong I do like this restaurant. But the negatives are there... It is very loud, the music is ridiculously loud... If you are on any kind of a time restraint go somewhere else. For dinner you will be there fo at least 2-1/2 hours. Our last meal was 3 hours 15 min and we where trying to hurry things along.
Appeared we were going to more of a bar than a restaurant. Food was worth the price but with that type of food the atmosphere didn’t match. Restaurant is set up with a lot of booth/tables which cases you to be close with neighboring table.
The food overall was very tasteful. We ordered the special 36 oz steak and 2 sides. The steak was carved and on a wooden platter. The waiter described this as a meal for 2-3 people. We were 3. He stated that the sides were family style and plentiful enough for the table to share.
Well, the steak may have been 36 ox but I think the bone (huge) took up much of that weight. The sides were in vey small serving bowls. I asked my guests if they wanted to order something more but I think they said no because of the prices. I took an extremely small portion (said I was on a diet) so my guests could have more. I think we all went home hungry that night. Why doesn't a $325 meal not feed 3 people? We are not big eaters.
The restaurant is very nice and I would go there again. Just know what you're getting. The waiter should not have oversold the portion size up front, otherwise we would have ordered an additional meal.
The food was hit or miss. My meal was prepared wrong and I was not visited again by the waiter until the meal was almost over, despite ordering more drinks that never came.
The inside venue is beautiful. However not very crowded the hostess sat us next to a loud party. We had to request to move. The food was delicious! Our waiter was amazing!!!
The food was amazing!! The bone-in filet was the best steak I’ve had in a long time. Our server was great and very knowledgeable about the menu. We’ll definitely be back.
Food was excellent! Service excellent! Been 12 years since been here. Just as good as remember. Do not understand why not crowded.
Great food but pricey for what you get (upscale Vegas prices). The inside of the restaurant is dark and hip - maybe a bit claustrophobic along the walls, where we sat at a long table for 10. The waiter was very attentive and we were treated well. I’d go back but I’d prefer to sit in the center of the restaurant.
Vince our waiter was great! Friendly and knowledgeable on helping us choose our food! Thanks Vince!!
Stack was a great restaurant- but it’s loud. Our party of 6 couldn’t really carry on a conversation. I think it’s all the hard surface, noise from casino and all the people at tables yelling at each other. Lol. Having said that, the food was kinda delicious. Pointers- Skip on tots (nothing special) hot rock appetizer was yummy but not good value. Ribeye was amazing. At our table of six, about 50% liked their dinner. Bottom line- prepare to pay a lot, hit/miss on the menu. Note that in a couple of hours you might need a cheeseburger somewhere else. :-) enjoy.
Took my G/F out for a show and wanted a special dinner for our last night in Vegas.
Always love this restaurant. Great food and ambiance.
It was meh at best
8 of us went on vegas weekend. Service was terrible. Waiter had too many tables and was not good. Food was average/good. Brought the wrong bottle of wine 3 times. At $100 per person, you should expect more. Especially in Vegas, where service is usually pretty good. I had been before but won't go back. I spoke to the manager and he even offered us a free meal, but I won't go back to get it.
We had a reservation for 7:30 and showed up exactly on time. We were told that our table wasn't ready and we'd have to wait at the bar, but there were about 5 empty tables that we could see. Once seated, it took forever for the waiter to take our order, and after he finally did, we didn't hear from him again until he dropped the check on the table without a single word or even looking at us. The food we ordered was not correct, but we never had a chance to tell him that as he had disappeared. Once he came back for the bill and ran the card, he brought it back for us to sign with a different dollar amount than the one we had seen before the card was run. We think he forgot something on the original bill and instead of telling us just changed it and ran it without a word...not okay. Overall bad experience, with one exception being that we appreciated the separate vegan menu, although small. Will not be coming back here.
Great atmosphere, great service...friendly and attentive wait staff, food some of the best dining we’ve experienced. NY steak and sea bass cooked to perfection, plus unique presentation of creme brûlée dessert! Highly recommend Stacks for memorable fine dining!
My wife and I enjoyed eating at STACK. The service was first rate! The table seemed a bit small for just the two of us. The steak was tender and very tasty. It was the best steak we ever eaten. My wife and I just felt that the mash potatoes and lobster not to our liking. We were not sure why? The overall taste of the mash potatoes was just a little off for some reason for me and was not as enjoyable as it should be. I felt it wasn't as creamy and a bit rough for mash potatoes. It was the same with the lobster tail. We are not pickly people, for a $180 plus meal, we expected a little better.
I had really high hopes for this place but the food was mediocre at best and for the prices it made the whole experience a very low.
The staff was friendly and very nice but the food was terrible.
I had a cowboy steak it was the worst steak I’ve eaten
They are not as good as previous years. They just changed the menu and it was still boring.
Many other restaurants that are better.
We chose Stack because it was in the Mirage and near to the Terry Fator show. We were very pleased with both the food and service.
