Stack - The Mirage

Food was delicious both times we ate here. Great service. Will definitely visit again
Fabulous! We had a wonderful dinner with friends. This was the perfect spot to enjoy dinner before a show at the Mirage. The food was over the top! The wait staff was very attentive. We brought two bottles of our favorite wine from Napa valley and they were more than gracious to open it for us and offered to reduce the cork fee with out us asking. We will definitely go back to this restaurant the next time we are in Las Vegas.
Great vibe, good food. Pricey as expected in Vegas, but portions large enough to share. Ate here before seeing Beatles Love, was a great location, near casino, but not loud, nice ambiance.
I had a filet mignon medium well. It was not what I'm accustomed to but was okay flavor wise. I also ordered mac n cheese which was delicious. Server was not welcoming. Not sure if he was tired or what but he made me feel like my party was more of annoyance which was a major disappointment because we chose Stack as our birthday celebration dinner. There were not many ppl dining that night either. I will never go back due to poor service. Most servers that I have experienced in Vegas were so warm and welcoming but not at Stack. Worst service ever for a fine dining steakhouse.
Bread was stale and butter was frozen. Mushrooms were gross. Caesar was drowned in dressing. Tater Tots and Cauliflower sides were lukewarm. Left hand didn't know what right hand was doing (two waiters and apparently they got their signals crossed. Table for 2 was very uncomfortable because base didn't allow for any leg room. For an upscale restaurant I wouldn't recommend as there are many other choices that we would prefer at their price point.
We were seated 15 minutes late with a reservation and the service was average. However, Manny, a member of the wait staff, was very responsive after we commented on the slow service. The quality of the food and drinks was excellent.
Sleek and cool atmosphere, delicious food and great service but a little noisy
Would not go back with so many great options in Vegas . Food was subpar. Servers were not engaged. Not rude just not friendly. While eating dinner we asked if they serve bread. Server told us "only if you request it." Spend your time and vacation dollars anywhere else.
We really enjoyed dinner. We both had steak, ribeye and filet. Very good!
Grown up tator tots were something different too.
The service and the food was excellent, will recommend to all my associates.
As always food was excellent. Service was poor. Actually complained to manager half way though meal. He waited on our table excellent job. Stack is no longer our go to place when we make our annual trip to Vegas.
Small menu selection, steak cooked wrong, good server though. Prices are way to high for the portion size is small. $400 for 3 people (only 2 drink). Probably will never go back
We came for our post wedding dinner that we reserved a week again and they were very accommodating and our experience was amazing!!
Wonderful dinner, great service. Shrimp cocktail a little on the fishy side. Short rib meal AMAZING!
Outstanding food and service! This is our top dining choice each visit to Las Vegas.
Great food in a very nice atmosphere
Our server was very knowledgeable, professional, provided excellent recommendations and had a personable smile and personality. He was very attentive in assuring we were able to eat and make it to our show. Also provided a beautiful dessert display for my boyfriend’s birthday.
Every was great! The food was wonderful! Service was awesome too! Beautiful restaurant!
Highly recommended. We always ensure we get to Stack while in Vegas and our experience while on this trip was no different than in the past.... Exceptional service with delicious food. Put in on your must go to list. We suggest the 8 oz. filet, lamb or pork chop for your entree. Our favorite sides are the whipped potatoes and roasted mushrooms, but all are good. Have fun and enjoy!
Service was slow to start, got sat at an awkward table but food was great and prices were good for value
Great venue atmosphere and service. Music was a bit too loud to have a business conversation. Perhaps during the week when convention is happening you turn down the volume. Weekends when majority of guests are on personal holiday you can turn it up? Over enjoyed my time just don’t care to shout.
Kyle and Zach were awesome servers and very attentive.
I've been coming to Stack at least once per year for around 10 years and have never been disappointed. My favorite is the "Ultimate Steak for Two" - the 32 oz Porterhouse. On the menu now they have it paired with a 2lb stuffed lobster, but if you ask they'll make it without the lobster. Frankly I'm not sure I could eat all that, but I'm sure its amazing too! We love the mashed potatoes and the Brussels Sprouts. Great wine selection, great ambiance and great service! Not the cheapest place in town, but in my opinion, the best! I've eaten at Gordon Ramsey's Hell's Kitchen and Emeril's Delmonico - but I like Stack better than any of them.
The food and the service was excellent, noise was a little loud for a meeting, but over all very good
We love the Stack at the Mirage! It might be my very favorite restaurant in Vegas! We stay at the Elara because we are Hilton Grand Vacation owners, but we still make the trip to the Mirage for the Stack! We started with the shrimp cocktail and the shrimp were large, plump and flavorful. The cocktail sauce had just the right amount of kick! We split the cowboy steak cooked medium, that was accompanied by skinny onion rings on the side. Our waiter took care of the splitting the steak and onion rings which was greatly appreciated! The steak was cooked to perfection! Then our side was the "loaded" macaroni and cheese. It makes you sigh with delight with each and every bite! Lastly, but certainly one of the most anticipated treats of the meal were the mini raspberry filled doughnuts coated in a fine layer of sugar accompanied by a white dipping sauce that is amazing. We look forward to this treat on every trip to Vegas! YUMMY!!! If you haven't tried the Stack it is a must when you go to Las Vegas!!
Service was not as good as in the past when I ate there
Stuffed lobster was really good. Sides were also excellent. Drinks above average. I would definitely recommend.
Waited over an hour to get seated. The hostess wasn’t very friendly, the music volume was so high you couldn’t talk to the person in front of you and the food took forever to arrive. I wouldn’t recommend this restaurant to anyone.
Great food! If you are into traditional food with just a little twist, go to Stack. Never disappoints.
Always a great experience
We came here for our post wedding dinner. While the service and staff were great, no complaints there at all, the food was nothing special. We had surf and turf for two. Steak was cooked well and had great flavour but our lobster tail was chewy like rubber. Meal was a bit disappointing for the price. Men’s bathroom was also very dirty. Overall the experience was okay but for a special post celebration meal I feel that there are more reasonably priced choices with exceptional food that offer a better dining experience.
Wednesday for New Year’s eve. Had a fixed price menu $185 per person not including the tip. We felt very rushed.
The food and the drinks were delicious!
We've stayed at The Mirage and dined at Stack the past 2 times we've gone to Vegas and the food is always amazing. The NYE pricing was more than normal, but worth it. The food is always amazing, and I get a perfectly cooked (medium) steak every time.
Beautiful dining room, very unique. The service was STELLAR, very attentive and knowledgeable staff. We had an early dinner on NYE before attending the Cirque BEATLES LOVE show (AMAZING, GO SEE IT!) so the dining room was not very busy. Our servers were very detailed and thorough in explaining the pre fix menu options. I felt the wine prices were good however the cocktails were overpriced. I had the Snake River Wagyu NY strip, I was not impressed with the quality of the cut. My husband had the chicken which was over cooked (disappointing) and he never sends food back so he only had a few bites. The APPS were fabulous and dessert options just average. We'd consider dining here again.
Staff was very courteous but did not acknowledge my birthday. I had lobster risotto which was special for night, but not very special. It tasted okay but it was served at just above room temperature. There was none of the warm creamy satisfaction that I expect from risotto. My husband had short rib “pot roast”. It was tasty and horseradish mashed potatoes was exceptional.
My husband and I made a reservation but were a litltle nervous as we had noticed some not great reviews on Yelp. They had to be having an “off” night or something when those reviews were posted because we had a great experience. Such a cool dark atmosphere, friendly employees, and AWESOME food. I had the 8oz filet that was cooked to perfection, had a lot of flavor, and was very tender. My husband ordered the short rib pot roast that came with the yummiest horseradish mashes potatos. So good! And very different. We also got a side of mushrooms and the Mac and cheese. Couldn’t pick a fav because we loved it all. It is very pricey, but if you’re looking for a bit of a splurge, good food and a cool place - go there!
The food was excellent. I do think the food was priced high for the restaurant. The only negative comment I have was the alcohol. I had a bourbon (buffalo trace) which was $17. You can purchase a bottle of buffalo trace for $26. Then on top of the extremely high cost for the bourbon, they add a $4 charge for ice!? That irritated me quite a bit. I'm by no means a cheapskate especially for good food at a nice restaurant but I thought the drink charges were insane and I'm not a fan of being completely over charged. Other than that, I would absolutely go back and probably just order water with no ice for dinner.
Great staff, good food, wii be back!
Great restaurant in the Mirage, was fairly quiet but still had great service and food. Ambience was still nice and the food was outstanding and reasonably priced.
I wasnt impressed with Stack... Very limited menu... Decent food at best.. .The lady and I went there before seeing LOVE.... I should have gone to one of my go-to spots to eat but I figured I'd try something new..
