We spent a few days in Asheville and of course a trip to Biltmore goes without saying, this was my third time at Biltmore and this restaurant. The food is always fresh and delicious. The service by everyone is impeccable. Highly recommend making a reservation and including lunch here during your day at Biltmore.

Food was excellent. We had the fried pickles, salmon and salad with berries and goat cheese. There are Vegan options, too.

We were so looking forward to eating at the Biltmore. This was an anniversary lunch. We were hoping for dinner, but the only time we could get in was 11:15am. They sat us at a large wooden table near the kitchen (not pretty) and the place was empty. We thought this was the only place they were seating people (no one in booths at the time) so we stayed. Later they sat people at the booths. Didn't move because of COVID stuff. I ordered the short ribs and I was so excited because they looked beautiful, but they were tasteless and more fatty than short ribs should be. My husband said the burger was good. We got a chocolate and peanut butter tart for dessert. It was delicious, but we found a black curly hair embedded in the middle of it as we were sharing. We had eaten half but that was it for us. They did give us our money back for the dessert and the manager came over to ask if he could do anything. The service was good. Unfortunately the overall experience was not great.

The food was extremely good, I love the whole farm to table concept. It was such a unique experience to eat in a converted stable. I loved it.

Due to Covid they were accommodating and allowed us to sit on second floor in the loft part of the restaurant . We had to pick up the food downstairs . I ordered a salad and devil eggs. Definitely not what I expected. Food was fair . Will not recommend maybe try one of the other restaurants or the market cafe . Also founded it a bit pricey !!!

I ordered the trout which came out barley warm. The entree was overpriced for what you got and wasn’t very good. My granddaughter ordered the BLT and it was just ok. However the desserts were delicious. Pricey for what you got. But it was at Builtmore.

This was our first time at the Biltmore and at this restaurant. The waitress got my kids’ order wrong but she seemed to not be in the greatest mood so we just didn’t mention anything. The kids’ breaded chicken tenders were disgusting! I never ever say food is terrible but my daughter had me try it and it tasted like the oil they used was very used and old and it didn’t have a tan brown exterior more of a dirty brown color on the outside. Not sure what’s going on by they should have a “chef” or worker try the food before serving it especially to children. My husbands meal was good (I believe he got the steak in medium rare) and mine was the chicken which was fine but I feel terrible the kids waited all day for our 2:30pm late lunch and their food was bad! They forgot my daughter’s side and gave her the same thing her brother ordered and they forgot condiments we had asked for during ordering. Doubtful we’d eat there again when we visit the Biltmore again.

A trip to Biltmore is never complete without lunch at the stable. Our family dined there last year during after the Christmas candlelight tour and it was beautiful the manager Maurice is awesome very personable And takes the extra time to talk with people at the tables. Would highly recommend dining there during your visit to Biltmore.

Food was delicious! We love sitting upstairs at the Stable Cafe as it seems to be less crowded and less noisy.

As always, the service was excellent! I think our server's name was Kia and she was so polite and attentive.

We wanted the pimento cheese and croistinis as an appetizer and even though it wasn't on the menu, she was kind enough to ask if our request could be accommodated and it was! We were so excited! It was delicious and a great way to start our meal.

I have to say, the only highlights of our brunch were the Rose Gin and Tonic and the vinegar based BBQ sauce. I had the seasonal succotash which was very bland and under cooked.

Hearty meals for lunch but very good and the meat is sourced from the biltmore farms. Paula was our server and was great all around. Great ambiance and adds to the history of the biltmore.

I’m glad to have made reservations! It was a steady volume of patrons for a Tuesday. The server was very nice. The deviled eggs were delicious. We had a burger and tuna salad sandwich. Both were delicious and temperature appropriate. The blackberry sangria and peach sangria were also very delicious. We sadly had to skip on the s’mores tart because we were so full! Would recommend. Would return.
