Food and service were both outstanding. It's nice to dine with piano music and low noise levels. We will definitely be back.
For a special occasion or just wanting to go back to dinning as it use to be, st Martins is the place. Fine dinning and a piano all perfect
The only negative was a noisy table next to us. Food, service, and overall ambiance was fantastic, as usual.
Amazing the food was fantastic the service is the greatest the ambiance is outstanding for a romantic dinner
Our waitress was amazing!!! The best waitress i think i have ever had!
JD was great and made the evening a huge success for our 30th anniversary.
Great food. Top notch service.
The lights are so dim you can’t read the menu. Our did not appear to be very familiar with the menu and hesitated when explaining the different menu options. He also didn’t get us too excited about the menu as servers should.
The foie grass wasn’t as good as it is priced
James is a true treasure of St Martin’s. We have been lucky enough to have him twice thus far. The food is always superb as well as the service.
Enjoyed out dining experience at St Martin’s. The food well presented & delicious. The ambiance is nice with piano music that didn’t limit conversation. The wait staff was accommodating without being intrusive. Would recommend St Martin’s to my friends.
Great! Our waiter was excellent and very knowledgeable about wine pairings. Always a treat when we dine at St. Martins!
My mother’s salmon was undercooked. Everything else was delicious. Dfw restaurant week 2019
Enjoyed the food! Great presentation, flavors, and overall served portions. Hostess and Waitress very attentive and welcoming. I’ll recommend to all.
Great place that I didn't know existed. Good romantic ambiance. Live piano music. Food was awesome.
What a nice surprise! We were honestly a little skeptical as we walked into our first outing at St. Martin’s, but what an great night! The mussels to start were easily the best we’ve ever had. The service always attentive without being disruptive. The mains were well prepared and tasty. The wine list expansive and approachable. Overall a great night and on the “will return” list, which is pretty short!
Always a pleasurable dining experience. Never disappointed.
Lovely place for brunch or lunch. Good selection of entrees so everyone will find something to suit their tastes. Loved that we could hold conversations with table mates even though we were seated next to piano.
It is a refined dining place that accommodates from a friends get together to a proposal! Excellent!
Food and service was great. The place has a very neighborhood comfortable feel.
Our only complaint was the temperature- hopefully an isolated A/C issue - it was warm enough to be a bit uncomfortable. It certainly wouldn’t stop us from giving it another try.
There are reasons we always go to St Martins for dinner.
The food and service are fantastic.
We love the piano music performed by Louis.
My first time at St. Martins. A special night as I proposed to my girl friend and she said yes. A perfect evening with great service and meal
Great brunch with a romantic atmosphere. Good selection, as well as a prix fix menu. Would recommend and will definitely go back.
My wife and I usually love this place as our go-to place for fine food, ambiance and service. While the ambiance and service were still above average, the food this time was very average. Nothing about our meals was up to the standard set by previous visits. Only Deedee, our waitress, made the night better.
Excellent food and wine. Went with long-term friends and had a great time. I highly recommend this dining “gem”.
Awesome as expected.
Wonderful surprise! We were celebrating our anniversary and this place did not disappoint. Food was great and the service was outstanding! We will definitely go back many times.
We had a very nice evening at St. Martin's. Our wait person was attentive, informative, and cordial. The food was excellent. We always enjoy St. Martin's
Made anniversary reservations and everyone was very friendly and welcoming. Great place to celebrate special occasions. Great food and awesome service (:
St Martin’s Wine Bistro never fails to be the best all around restaurant in Dallas. Food, service ambiance are all awesome! Very romantic and fun at the same time. Also very much enjoy the pianist.
St Martin's is always wonderful. Fabulous food, romantic lovely setting, great pianist at brunch on Sunday, superb professional servers. Love seeing the younger folks finding this place. Great food. Have the champagne brie soup - wow!!!!!!
A good spot for date night. Dimly lit, old school vibe, great service.
Great waiter delicious food... only criticism is lobster bisque delicious, but unlike most places instead of apiece of lobster in center or bowl it was a crouton
It was perfect. Great food and service.
The manager John greeted me by name & told me Happy Anniversay! The waiter Omid also put in our order for the Grand Marnier Souffle without me reminding him. Service was amazing Omid waited until we were done with each course before bring out the next. We had Champagne Brie soup to start. Probably my VERY FAVORITE food ever!!! Then we had the house salad. I had Chilean Sea Bass with Asparagus Risotto & Ginger Butter Sauce. My husband had Fruits De Mer Thermidor, which is lobster & other seafood in a light creamy butter sauce. For dessert we had the Grand Marnier Souffle. They also printed Happy Anniversary on our plate.
Simply a local neighborhood gem. Food and service is always wonderful.
Absolutely amazing experience. Food was delicious and service was top notch.
Went here for a belated anniversary dinner. Love French cuisine and was excited to try the place.
Lovely candle-lit ambience, very romantic. Liked the live piano background.
Food was not so great.
We were both quite hungry and looked forward to the baguette and butter. We were disappointed that the warm crusty baguette brought out was a very ordinary sour-dough. There was a bit of a wait for the appetizer and my husband ate all the bread. The bread basket remained empty for the rest of the night with no offer to replenish it from the server.
Ordered the steak tartar, way too salty. I love a good dose of salt and probably use more than my fair share, but the overuse of salt made this dish inedible for me. My husband had the fois gras with apple. We weren't expecting this dish to be cooked, and in such a tiny portion. Also, the apple dominated the dish, with 3/4 of the dish stewed apple, and two measly bites of fois-gras. The apple over-empowered the delicate taste of the fois-gras.
The veal that my husband ordered was bland and overcooked. The duck that I ordered was juicy, and not overcooked. Definitely needed more sauce on both dishes though.
The dessert was mixed. The chocolate silk pie was quite good, not overly rich and had good flavour. The White chocolate cheesecake was very ordinary.
The bathrooms in the restaurant were very quaint, with cute paintings and small doors.
Ambience: cute decor, nice romantic atmosphere, genuine French Maitre-d.
Food: Probably more French-inspired, rather than French. Some elements definitely missed the mark; the bread, veal, fois-gras and the tartare.
My husband and I had a date night here prior to attending a show at the Winspear Opera House. I fell in love with the decor and service and the food was superb. Definitely recommend the champagne Brie soup.
Great food. Our new waiter James was exceptional. Will definitely make this a regular stop for a nice meal.
