Our waiter was exceptional, sorry I don't have his name. The piano player contributed so much to our Thanksgiving dinner. We will be back....
Always delicious 😋 Romantic atmosphere - so thankful that they are open on holidays.
As always, a great experience. John and his staff are the best.
I have dined at St Martin’s several times. This last visit the food was better than ever. Keep up the great job!
I loved it! I definitely would return to try more dishes.
Been going to St Martin's Bistro for 26 years. Food is always great and perfect place for celebrating special occasions! Just celebrated 26th anniversary. Will keep going back! Highly recommend.
The staff was aware of the occasion and treated us very well.
My first visit and we were very pleased.
Food was great and JD was on top of things.
Birthday. Excellent and attentive service. Wonderful bistro-like atmosphere in an older building in a lovely area. Reminded us of Bistros in Paris. Great food.
It is one of our favorite restaurant ever. It is out 3rd time and will go back soon.
They had received a shipment of French Reds since the last time I was in so they had the Chateau Gloria, St, Julien, 2016 back in their cellar - recommended, although the breadth of their cellar more than makes up for any specific missing vintage.
Impeccable service including taking care of some special requests.
I had the Salade César (with the right level of a mild bite from the garlic), she had the Le Filet deBoef Au Poivre, Pommes Frites with the lovely pepper crusting and I had my standby Boeuf Bourgignon (I still prefer theirs to what I had in Paris).
Service was simply outstanding. Food was good, as usual.
We felt somewhat uncomfortable with adjacent tables being occupied. Would have preferred more space between the tables.
Excellent food and service. Table was set up when we arrived. People at other tables were spaced very far apart, so it felt very safe. Live piano player as well. All in all, a great dinner.
We really enjoyed our anniversary dinner at St Martin’s. The food and service were amazing.
It was so good. Feeling blessed
Nice to be in back area as the front is crowded. Nice wines and cocktails. Shrimp appetizer first rate. Salad over dressed entree very nice. old style place with live piano music. Good quality
We’ve dined here before and food was excellent, this time the entree was smothered in sauce. I had the sole which had mushroom sauce covering it, my fault should have said, no sauce. Same happened to my husband the rack of lamb was covered in sauce. I’d suggest they put it on the side...
It’s a great restaurant, we’ll go back and I do recommend it just modify your selection.
I really wanted to like this place since it’s in our neighborhood. The ambiance is quaint and there’s a pianist- so that’s nice. One of the best parts of the meal was the bread! But everything we ordered was very disappointing. I ordered the sea bass with lobster on top and it was covered in a soupy sauce with risotto. The lobster didn’t seem fresh. I just felt like it was an older piece of fish that was covered in sauce to remedy it and i was eating a bowl of mush. The server did a good job. But overall- I left feeling pretty upset about a $165 bill for what we got (before tip) for 2 of us. We opted to go down the street for dessert.
Went in for a romantic date night, and everything was perfect. Omid was our server and he was outstanding! The food was amazing, and the service was even better. It is now our go to date spot. We will be back!
Love St Martin’s ❤️❤️❤️
Love love love this place! Super romantic if you’re celebrating a special occasion 💜
We had a wonderful evening at St. Martin's celebrating our 5th wedding anniversary. The champagne brie soup started us off and set the tone for excellent food, accompanied by knowledgable service and the perfect ambiance.
Nice, but may not be back. Specifically the seating
Everything was really great
Outstanding food and service as always. Our server was very knowledgeable and offered excellent suggestions for wines by the glass; we also had a full bottle from their extensive cellar of French wines. They were unfortunately out of Chateau Gloria, St. Julien (distribution issues are affecting wine as well as everything else) so we had to 'settle' (LoL) for a Chateau St. George, St. Emilion.
The food was outstanding. A nice albeit creamy Caesar and a wonderful Boeuf Bourgignon better than I had in Paris. Her Sauteed filet of lemon Sole was excellent.
Overall a wonderful evening of normalcy that was very welcome.
This place is a hidden gem! We had never been, and the food and service and everything were absolutely wonderful! Great piano playing, cozy atmosphere. We will be back!
Excellent service and great food. Our only choice in Dallas for a true NYC feel. With a piano player and great food.
The service was excellent, the food superb, and the wine was phenomenal.
Each course was unique and delicious. The champagne brie soup was really a standout, but every course was truly excellent.
The food server, James, was very attentive, engaging and knowledgeable, and took the time to pair superb wine selections with each of our courses.
Throughout the evening, the piano played beautifully in the background to create a truly special ambiance.
Overall, this was the best dining experience we've had in the Dallas area.
A great place to spend your anniversary!
Thanks to all at St. Martin's!
The Champagne Brie Soup is the best thing I ever ate. Also, for dessert, they decorated the plate with "Happy Anniversary" to honor our 17th. Nice touch.
This was my fourth time here, loved every time. Great service, great food. The piano player was great.
Again.. and as expected, my dining experience at St. Martin Wine Bistro was excellent.
Their Champagne Brie soup is a classic and absolutely delicious.
Superb dining experience - great meal and wonderful ambiance. I especially recommend the duck.
I enjoyed dinner and the music. It was comfortable there and I will go again.
We had forgotten it was restaurant week, but we had no trouble finding choices we wanted. Everything was great and service friendly as always. Piano bar is perfect volume and adds nice background. And they are taking all precautions for COVID. Felt very safe.
We went to St Martin’s for our anniversary. We went for restaurant week and had 3 courses for $39. It was wonderful. Amanda, as our server was attentive and helpful with her suggestions. Th entire soup was the best ever. Our dessert course had a candle. So thoughtful! Such a romantic place. We’ll be back.
Place is awesome. Persia was our server and she was great!
