My family and I was there for Father’s Day and had the best experience the food was amazing and the wait staff was friendly and helpful!
The food is excellent every time, the staff is next level!
Fathers Day dinner
Food was good. Just slow service and crappy table location since we booked so far ahead. In addition I had to trade sears with my wife because her seating was ripped up and uncomfortable. Not what we expected from a nice restaurant
Way too expensive for the small amounts and took way too long to get our food. I was very disappointed
They do seafood as well as anyone, anywhere. The creative pastas are a unique bonus. It’s no wonder the place is full most every night.
Try any pasta to split as an appetizer (the seafood linguine was incredible) and any fish main. The swordfish, sea bass and halibut all fabulous.
We always love going to St Cecilia when we are in Atlanta. The menu is always changing and seasonal and everything we had was cooked to perfection....I am still thinking about the amazing grouper dish. Our server was so friendly, knowledgeable and completely focused on making sure we had everyting we needed. Kudos to the whole team at St Cecilia, We'll be back the next time we are in Atlanta!
We had a very pleasant dining experience. The service was very good, and the food was really outstanding . the waiter gave us an option of small portions for our pasta dinner was wonderful because it allowed us to order the yummy blueberry peach tart with elder flower gelato.
I absolutely love this place! This is my favorite restaurant, it never disappoints.
Awesome food and great service! Right every time.
Landon was the best server! Knowledgeable beyond belief with excellent suggestions!!
This was my first time. We were very disappointed. I had heard the grilled octopus appetizer was fabulous but ours was rubbery and undercooked - I couldn’t even get my fork in it. We returned it. The fried squash blossom was limp and tasteless and the smoked fish arancini had no fish taste whatsoever (it was more like a potato) and was fried hard as a rock. We enjoyed our cocktails and the lobster and clam pan roast entree. The service was fair - odd timing for drinks. Mine came quickly but we thought they forgot about my friend. Not likely to return.
The customer service was excellent. The food was delicious. My wife and I had a great date night celebrating our anniversary.
The food was unmatched this go around but our server was nothing short of terrible. She made everyone in our party feel unwelcome. If I step into an elite restaurant I expect elite service and a dining experience that lives up to the hype. I do not want to get into any discrimination conversations but the service from our server was TERRIBLE. I left her a generous tip that was not earned. Karen or Carol is not of St. Cecilia’s core values.
Megan was the absolute best service anyone could ask for. We had such a good time there last night. The food and drink were outstanding. Will be back for sure!
I’ve been to your restaurant twice now and I even more satisfied than the last time. Food is excellent!!! I’ll be back. I live in Orlando or I would be there even more!!!
Great service! Great food! Can’t wait to come back
For the price you pay the food is not worth it. The food was good, but not $100+ for essentially three appetizers and 2 drinks. There are restaurants that it is absolutely worth it but this was not one of them. I am glad I went and experienced it, but I will not be coming back.
Food was outstanding as always. Service was a bit slow, but not a major issue.
It’s becoming our favorite restaurant in Buckhead. We enjoyed the food and service very much. THe desert had a nice touch, a candle to celebrate my wife’s birthday, and it was to kill for. We even got the chef to autograph our menu. The restaurant has the same name as my wife. Will definitely come back.
Had a late dinner on a Friday night. Our server, Ray, was a delight. Drinks were strong and the food was magnificent. I had the cacio e pepe and mushrooms and I would eat them again every day. Highly recommend.
It was VERY hot inside! The high ceilings make it challenging to cool.
Delicious, flavorful food and a light, calming atmosphere with incredibly friendly staff!
This restaurant was amazing! We went there after a long day downtown. Service was great but the food was even better. The restaurant was nicely decorated as well, with an oceanic theme throughout the restaurant. Only thing I would complain about was parking: we didn't valet, but parked in the garage across the street. Valet parking would have been better, but hindsight is 20/20! Overall, the experience we had was amazing.
Great service. Delicious food on the whole, although the lettuce salad was very disappointing.
Ray (Rae) was great (as usual). Everything was really good, especially the pasta with tarragon.
Awesome time. Food was fresh and delicious!
The waiter was very professional and polite. She knows the menu and drinks A-Z. I will definitely come back soon. Thanks for the cool atmosphere
Great service but they need to work on the A/C temperature during very hot days. It was uncomfortable.
Food and service were great, but marred by unrelenting sunlight blinding us as we sat in our booth. The wait staff tried valiantly to fix it, but the long, hanging drapes are uneven and will not close in several areas on the top. Plus they look shabby. We will not come back if the sun is shining!
Always a favorite. 1st time
For lunch & it didn’t disappoint.
Our waiter was the best and made excellent suggestions. The restaurant is very bright and open. Desserts were fresh and delicious!
Beautiful interiors to go with the delicious food ! And the wine list....on point as well.
This was my first visit to this space as this restaurant, but it’s always been one of the most interesting spaces, and now is no exception. Lots of unique seating options, only downside is the noise level in the cavernous environment.
Our server, Charles, was extremely knowledgeable and attentive, he helped make our special occasion even more special.
Wine by the glass selection is a bit small, and although we have a large cellar at home we still didn’t recognize much on their list, but we found an excellent bottle from the full list.
As a vegan the menu options appeared slim at first glance, but Charles assured us the kitchen could work with me, and they did. I did not leave hungry.
Service and food were great! Per our server’s recommendations, we had the Poached Alaskan Halibut, the Agnolotti, the summer squash salad, crispy punched potatoes, smoked mushrooms, chocolate tiramisu tart, and foggy pudding cake, and they were all incredible. Two days later I’m still dreaming of it all!
What an awesome spot! Great food, great service, parking is easy- I’ll be back !
Our latest visit to St. Cecelia confirmed my earlier opinion that it is one of the best restaurants in Atlanta and our last visit was an anomaly. The meal and service were fantastic.
Let’s start with the space, one of the prettiest around, with 25-foot ceilings, romantic lighting, banquettes, tables and a private room on the second floor. You can choose from two dining areas, either near or away from the bar and open kitchen.
We started the meal with a Large Salumi and Cheese platter, which included Prosciutto di San Danielle, Cacciatorini and Calabrese meats, plus Manchego and Thomasville Tomme cheeses. Included on the platter were honeycomb, fig mostarda, and gnocco fritto. The large was true to its name with three piles of meats and enough cheese segments to pair with the meats. The cured meats ranged from the mild prosciutto to the spicy calabrese and addind a bit of the honeycomb created a delightful sweet-spicy combination. I would have liked little more honeycomb, it was really good.
We followed the meats with the Burrata, served with strawberries, atop crumbled pistachios and two thin slices of sourdough bread. While the meat-cheese platter was abundant, the burrata dish was scant. It was more the burrata was one of three components versus the center-staged star. The three items together created a wonderful flavor-texture delight.
For my entrée I ordered the Squid Ink Mafaldini with Calabrian chilies, charred calamari, clams, and shrimp. Mafaldini is best described as the curly edges of the lasagna noodle. The dish was delicious and the amount of seafood was focused on the calamari and shrimp with a few clams added, which I was fine with. The pasta did have a bit of a zip to it from the chilies, which I really enjoyed.
My wife ordered the Spaghetti Grosso, a simple pasta with San Marzano tomatoes, basil, and smoked ricotta salata. While the pasta was great and the sauce rich in flavor, it was a little on the salty side.
For side dishes we enjoyed
Very nice meal. A couple of our dishes were better than a couple others, but most was very good. It’s a beautiful room as long as you don’t mind a little noise.
Wow! What a wonderful experience. Beautiful restaurant with outstanding service and the meal was outstanding!!!
