Everything there was amazing from the service by Alex to all the amazing dishes. The crudos were all top knotch!!
Unfortunately I felt the service was mediocre - not what I’m used to. The restaurant looked empty and our server was not extremely attentive.
Have been wanting to go here forever and got an opportunity to host a business dinner which was a great excuse. Had a wide range of apps and they were all kind of bland. Brussels sprout ceasar was dry and fairly tasteless, beet salad was decent and bread was excellent. Main courses came and the squid ink pasta was the clear winner at the table. My basil risotto with crab was good (small portions) but unremarkable. Not sure what it was that I ate that gave me severe stomach crams for 1.5 days after though.
So overall, I would say I was disappointed. The bar area is beautiful and I could see going back for a martini or two, but the food was unimpressive.
A birthday dinner with friends. First time here and it’s my new favorite place in Atlanta for special occasions. Very modern and classy decor. Service and food was incredible. Our table shared small charcuterie which was very filling. The had the kale caesar. We then moved on to entrees of Braised Beef ravioli, the Hake, roasted chicken and a side of the broccoli pasta. The olive bread is delicious and goes well with everything. I can’t wait to go back.
Delicious food in a beautiful space with great service
Will always refer this to a friend - one of my favorites!
Great service! Great good. I love their brunch antipasto bar - excellent choices.
The meal was perfectly prepared and presented
The service was outstanding
The seating was comfortable, attractive and spaced so a conversation was easily made.
Very attractive dining and bar areas
St Cecilia's was the perfect place for a romantic Valentine's dinner. The Prix Fixe menu had plenty of amazing choices that were completely satisfying. The service was attentive even though every seat in the house was filled. We had a wonderful evening full of memories and absolutely delicious food.
St Cecilia was amazing. The food was exceptional and the wait staff was very knowledgeable about the foods and wine pairings. Overall amazing experience.
Excellent place to have nice time with your partner. Best taste ever and i think each dish is well crafted with care. Loved it !! I am fan of the food quality and service
Always a great experience at St. Cecelia
The music was loud in an unnecessary way since the restaurant has a great acoustic. Service was a big down. It was a tasting menu dinner with pairing wine but the waiter could not keep the pace between the venues. So the wines came too early to too late. Pasta and appetizers were amazing, second plate and dessert not so much.
The food was wonderful. The service overall was good. There was a special menu. It would have been helpful if the server explained the items and wine pairings. We were just told to pick four items and the entire order would be given at once.
Overall good experience but the Lobster Roast was disappointing!! It was more like fish stew- one small piece of lobster, 2 clam shells with no clams in them and mostly fish. Very poor dish and really over sold calling it a “Lobster Roast”!!
Great dinner and experience!
Excellent. The pear pudding cake is a warm cake., is is superb.
I am vegetarian and they had great options for me. Loved the service and ambiance
Service was excellent. Food was great. Overall good experience
Have eaten her many times but I was unhappy with the food selections and preparations. The menu does not tell you exactly how something is prepared. Grilled octopus was saturated in squid ink...but it does not say that on the menu. I hate squid ink so I sent it back, Server recommended the bay scallop appetizer which sounded good...but he did not tell me it was raw scallops and it does not tell you on the menu and it is not under the heading of raw appetizers; sent that back too. So now I order the entree which I always order and know I like, but this time I did not like it, but I did not say anything and ate it anyway. I Will say the server was excellent and there was no issue in sending things back; service and attitude was very positive and I appreciated it. The restaurant was packed and has a good following. My feeling is since the previous chef left, it is not quite the same in selections and preparations.
I enjoyed cocktails and the charcuterie board and agnolotti with colleagues for happy hour. All of their craft cocktails are excellent and the bar staff is friendly and knowledgeable. This is a favorite spot of mine for a quick drink to catch up with friends - would highly recommend!
Excellent food, exceptional cooking, excellent presentation and professional wait staff. St. Cecilia never fails to impress.
Our reservation was for 6:15 so we were seated quickly. My husband and I ordered the lobster roast and it was delicious!! For my beverage o ordered the Very Necessary and it was very good also-I enjoy fruity beverages. The bread was tasty. Our server was excellent-very sweet and kind and everyone we made contact with was very polite and helpful. We will definitely be coming back-thank you for a great evening.
Hostess was very rude
Great meal. Italian entrees were well executed. Very pleasant server and nice ambiance made for an enjoyable experience.
The portion of food was small compare to what I would get for the same price at many others 3 or 4 stars restaurants.
The food was wonderful! Loved the food and atmosphere. I was disappointed by the hostess. They were rude and very dismissive, rough start to the dining experience.
My wife and I have been dinning at St. Cecilia for years. We love the restaurant and their staff always go above and beyond to make feel welcome.
I’ve been coming here since they opened and it has always been my go-to for special events and just a casual night out. The service and vibe is always great but I’m a little disappointed that size of the entrees has been reduced so drastically. My husband and I used to always order the chicken to share among many other things and it is no longer sharing size and about the same price. Otherwise this place is still on our top 5 places to go in atlanta.
I had an amazing birthday dinner at St. Cecilia on Feb. 1. First of all, we were a party of 12, and sometimes restaurants aren’t able to offer the same quality of service to large parties. However, St. Cecilia exceeded my expectations. From the awesome host staff (especially Tracie) to the wonderful servers and management team, we experienced fine dining at its best. My entire party was pleased by the awesome service we received from Melodie!!! Melodie provide Prosecco on Arrival for all of my guests when they arrived. Our Champaign glasses were never empty. Melodie suggested the perfect dishes for all of my guests, which was especially helpful for my guests who’ve never dined here. They were a little worried about the menu, but Melodie took away all of their anxiety and even brought out family style side dishes for the entire party to enjoy. Needless to say, this was one of the best birthday dinner experiences I’ve ever had. I can’t wait to enjoy another special occasion at St. Cecilia! Thank you for a wonderful time!
Lovely visit to St. Cecilia's, Adam the bartender was attentive and knowledgeable.
Food was excellent and great presentation. We were celebrating our 22nd anniversary, and I was surprised there was no surprise & delight element to our visit. It was my first visit and had heard great things, just disappointed that a special occasion was not recognized.
We were celebrating a birthday and we had to order a dessert to get a candle #ThisIsNotRight
Other than that, everything was good. Pasta is amazing. A little loud for my taste.
We went for my birthday, and it was fantastic. Pasta made in-house, fantastic service, and great decor. Our server, Alex, was great. She was friendly and attentive. We were too full for dessert, but she gave us house-made limoncellos, then gave us cookies to take home.
It was lovely, food was excellent especially the pear cake dessert. We ordered one of the delicious bread to share.
Nice and quiet for lunch time. We will be back!
This restaurant is a staple in Atlanta for having amazing food, a great atmosphere, impeccable service, as well as being versatile for any occasion.
Today was another example of a wonderful dining experience for both a friend’s get-together and business meal.
The food is always outstanding and I am constantly impressed by the staff.
There isn’t an item on the menu that isn’t prepared with the perfect execution of flavors and presentation.
I love bringing people from out of town here or recommending St. Cecelia to people who are looking for a memorable dining experience.
Family visit to Atlanta. The food was extremely good. The special appetizer, amazing, tuna wrapped in avocado- perfect blend of flavors without being overwhelming. The pasta dish, a stand out. Interesting cocktail selection. The lobster and clam w broth and bread, delicious. The altered seafood dish to remove allergen, light and delicious. We were full, no look at desserts. Overall excellent food and very good service. I wasn’t entirely happy with the servers handling of an alergy. I asked we be told what we could or couldn’t order, instead we had to ask - be told no, and select something else. The wine selection wasn’t the vintage listed on the menu, not great. We opted to select the later year. Some wines marked up 3x, some 5x. So worth taking a hard look at wine list.
