Didn't have a chance to eat there. We walked up and were told that the kitchen is closed even though we had made a reservation on open table. It was during July, which is a slower season for KW. I would have appreciated two things. 1) a phone call when the reservation was made to let me know prior to making our way over there. However, to their defense we made our reservation only a half hour before we got there. And 2) I didn't appreciate the "well I mean we Caaaaaaaaaan reopen the kitchen just for you.... But we are closed" Listen, I'm not going to beg to eat there. Overall, communication could be improved. The menu looked amazing just wish we had a chance to eat there.
