    I love this place every time I come I enjoy it. Last night was for my granny’s 79th birthday and she loved it so much. They made sure all of her accommodations was meant and even a surprise dessert. I will forever love this place

    Poor service. Waited 10-minutes for table to be cleared even though tables were available. Once seated, we had to ask for coffee and water after 5-mins of no one acknowledging us. And, there was only 5 other parties being served. Odd.

    It took them about 10-15 to even get greeted. The water tastes like sink water. It took about 20 mins for my girlfriend to get a drink that she ordered. The waitress did not check up on us at all throughout the night. My food was very cold when I got it. Just a overall bad experience.

    Me and my lady loved it, the food was incredible she had the Steak medium well with a lobster tail and creamed spinach . I had Vegetable curryMeal with rice because im a vegetarian & truffle fries and everything was incredible I swear to GOD 🙌🏾💯

    Went at lunch. We were 1 of 2 other tables. Our server seemed uninterested from the initial greet. Never brought us our wine until the manager stopped over to check on us, and we mentioned we were waiting for drinks. We were never offered water refills or small plates for sharing our apps. We waited with an empty table for a very long time before we made eye contact and asked our server for the check. The food was great, the service was terrible.

    Service was great considering how busy they were but our food sat ready for a while before someone brought it. It was still pretty good so I imagine it would have been great if it was still hot. Our server was very friendly and helpful, just very busy.

    The breakfast was delicious, the service top notch, and the overall experience amazing. I was expecting a headache getting seated, but the restaurant was very chill for an early Saturday morning. Was worth it waking up early after a long night.

    Buyer beware! Was staying at the attached hotel and wanted a simple dinner after a long day of travel. Ordered an app and entree that were $42 before tax - then got a bill for over $69 without the itemized details. Raised to manager who eventually came back with itemized bill - which had a second app never ordered and my complimentary glass of the wine except it wasn’t complimentary on the check. Eventually got a new check except now it was $46 before tax. Raised to manager who told me that $46 was the price in the system so it must be right - except that’s not the price on the menu you handed to me when ordering, that’s not the price on the menu posted at the door and that’s not the price on the menu posted on the internet. About ten minutes later, after watching me take photos of every menu on the wall and in the restaurant, magically I now got a third check that was $42 before tax. Charged it to my room - when I checked out the next morning, they charged me 36 cents more than the receipt they asked me to sign the night before (I didn’t protest that one but it goes to show how messed up the restaurant is). Oh, it’s now 72 hours after this happened and the prices on the internet are still $42 for the app and entrée combined. Won’t tell you not to go, but will tell you to ask for an itemized bill and to check it twice

    booked SQ1682 as it was closeby our hotel and had a weekend brunch menu. Manager seated us and was very professional and pleasant. our waitress was punctual and kind. The food was very good and menu gave good variety. Definitely recommend this restaurant for weekend brunch in Philly

    Excellent service and convenient location. Food was so-so...nothing special. Fries were not very fresh or crispy, ricotta/basil appetizer was very good. Price was typical for Philadelphia but I expected higher food quality for the price. Server was very attentive and helpful.

    This place is great. Cindy is a wonderful server at this restaurant. I hope to come back again and she is still there. We went for brunch on Memorial Day. Though it was very busy, Cindy was lovely. The food was great. I would go back.

    Lovely restaurant attached to the Hotel Palomar. Hostess was both a riot and lovely and accommodating - she's got a calm air about her that keeps the whole place under control and elegant and happy. Our server was equally as lovely. Food is good. Fresh, prepared carefully and served hot. Clear glass coffee cups are a nice touch to compliment the breakfast. Likely not a great place for a huge crowd, but looks like they were accommodating of groups of 8 and 10 when requested. (there were just 2 of us)

    Surprisingly good for a hotel restaurant. Adam, waiter was obviously very experienced, enjoyable and knowledgeable. We enjoyed speaking with him, discussing tequilas and menu options. Food was excellent. Service was impeccable. Overall great experience.

    Food was great, and our server, Vash-Tiy, was excellent! We felt welcome from the first “Hello”, and the menu suggestions were spot on! Absolutely loved this place and the staff was friendly. Will definitely be back the next time I’m in Philadelphia. Hope the locals help keep this place open until then!

    The only positive thing I can say is that the hostess was amazing. Very warm and friendly. The moment my husband daughter and myself sat down (restaurant wasn’t busy) we had a wait for the waitress to come. When she did she stood at the end of the table with a pitcher of water and said nothing. No hi my name is ___ I’ll be taking care of you. Eventually she asked if we wanted drinks which we ordered and ordered water. She walked away with the pitcher and no water. When it came to ordering she didn’t write our order down. Fine we get that some people don’t. Food comes out. My husband and daughters food comes out. I’m sitting and waiting around and my food doesn’t show. I asked a man who I assumed was the manger where my food was while the rest of my party had their food which he actually brought out. Turns out the waitress didn’t put my food in the system. Eventually get my food and it’s not even correct.I ordered their peach cobbler french toast and French toast with berries came out. At that point I just wanted food. When the waitress came over to apologize (which was just a sorry I didn’t put in the ticket) I said it’s not even what I ordered I was happy for food. That’s when she told us well the menu is wrong it doesn’t come with peaches but berries. Like she could of said that when I ordered it that there is an error in the paper AND online menu. The manger did take off my drink n food off our tab but the overall experience was horrible.

    Went for their surf n turf Tuesday’s for $29 (normally $45). Service was hasty, which I don’t mind, but can see how others may be alarmed. Food was as expected, tasty lobster tail and a New York strip steak. I don’t think I’d pay normal full price for the meal ($45) unless the steak was a filet instead of a 4-6oz New York strip. Overall definitely check it out on Tuesday’s :)

    On an incredibly busy Easter weekend with numerous wedding parties the staff managed to keep our group happy. Our group was noisy and not very polite . The staff accommodated this behavior and compensated for any complaints . They are keepers ! The food offered good variety and healthy numbers too.

    Limited menu but assortment of appetizers plus salad and satisfying (but not large) hamburger made for an excellent pre-theatre meal with outstanding service. "Duck Wing" specialty was a novel taste hit and everything else was at a high level of consistency. Exceeded our expectations.

    Had a nice brunch with my mom and brother. Sebastian the bartender is great. Had a nice egg and bacon dish. Good vibe. A little warm but the weather has been strange for winter. Would definitely come back
