The sound in the place is much too load. Also some of the tables do not have proper height chairs. Needed to change our seats.
Great food, lots of options, good atmosphere. We always enjoy it there.
For being a tap house, the beer line up was mediocre at best. Service was extremely slow and the food was not good enough to compensate for the below average beer menu and slow kitchen.
Service and food were excellent. Food was a little slow given a problem in the kitchen but drinks were quick so really enjoyed the evening.
Appetizers were very good (many options.) The brick oven pizza was delicious. One down side was that they were out of three of their tap beer options heading into the weekend. That should never happen @ a "tap house".
Great Saturday dinner out with friends. This is much more than elevated bar food. Menu, food and service were all excellent. Seems like a hidden locals gem. So glad we found our way there!
We like the Tap House. It’s a great place for lunch or dinner and now, we found out today Brunch as well!
We went on a Sunday evening in late September. It was not crowded. When we arrived at our designated time, there was no table set up for us. We had to wait for a few minutes to be seated. Our waiter was friendly enough and took our drink orders. It took quite some time to get our drinks. Our food order was ridiculously long in coming and most of the food was warm at best. There is nothing worst than reheated, soggy onion rings. One person never received their salad and none of the food was served at the same time. One of our people did receive a sandwich they did not order but ended up liking what he received. For the prices, I do not recommend.
Some of our food came out cold but server was fantastic and quickly replaced it. Wine served in glasses but beer served in plastic cups - why? Reasonably solid place, I would return. Be sure to request outside seating ahead of time if you don't want to be seated indoors.
All good and we were happy our fig was allowed to dine outside with us
This is the old champagne porch so nothing really new here.
Same old decor. What was annoying is that we had a reservation and still waited by the door fir 10 minutes for a hostess to acknowledge us and then another ten minutes for our table to be ready. I think this is indicative of most places now a days due to the lack of staff due to COVID relief money.
Waitress was brand new and although helpful and friendly wasn’t too familiar with the menu and to her credit a lot of items were sold out.
Overall the waitress saved the night but the food (wings, mahi bites and meatball sliders) for the most part was cold and dried out. On the upside the beer was good
Service was way too slow. It should not take an establishment 1 hour for a table to receive their apps when most of them were fried. Didn’t see a waiter for 30 min. Will never be returning due to extremely slow and poor service. Being in the industry I have a lot of experience with things taking a bit long but an hour for apps when the restaurant wasn’t even packed was absolutely ridiculous. We canceled our entrees because it would’ve been another added hour to our night.
cheap eats but that’s the only good thing about this place.
Wanted to get pizza, was told they’re out of dough. Then watched other tables receive pizza well after we requested it.
Server left mid-shift & did not check in with us to notify she was leaving for the night. We waited for at least 25 minutes until someone noticed they had to take care of our table.
Casual place that even families can enjoy! A bit noisy but the food and excellent service make it worthwhile.
Sat outside very pleasant. Usually very loud inside. Sweat potato skins app was a great share. Food is really good for tavern fare. Only criticism is very skimpy wine pour. Well priced bottles are a better deal.
Tried Chicken Flatbread and it was very good! Burgers are always good there too!
Overall solid experience - food was good and came out quickly and the atmosphere was that of a fairly typical sports bar/tavern. Small complaint would be that even with a reservation, we got stuck with a very oddly placed table in the back corner of the restaurant.
First time here and wasn’t impressed. Our waitress was very nice and friendly but didn’t come around often but it seemed as there wasn’t many people working. Our food took over and hour due to one cook. Our waitress felt bad and often complementary mimosas which is nice! The food was hot and very good! Service could of been better.
Too loud - slow service and food was marginal. With all the great restaurants in the area, we won’t likely return.
Our server was great. Gave us the time to figure out what to order.
Found food to be average. Ordered two sandwiches, rolls they were on were very soggy on the bottoms. French fries were not hot. It is called the Tap House. We ordered beer three times, because after each order, the waitress came back to the table and said they did not have that particular beer. The selection of beers is underwhelming. The music playing in the restaurant was very loud. Not quite sure why there has to be loud music if there is no dancing. Hard to talk while eating. Also found nasty grafitti in the men's room. OK for some, not for me. Not bad, but too many things that need some attention.
Love this place, but it was way too loud & noisy!! The bar stools were full but we were the only ones at a dining table and the background music was sooo loud that even the waitress was shouting & had to lean in to hear our order! Everyone was shouting trying to talk over the music. But our waitress was great and our food was quick and delicious.
It was way too loud, you had to scream to hear anything.
The burger was good but all toppings are a la carte which adds up quickly to be very expensive. The fish entree and appetizer that we ordered were dry. It appeared that they had been sitting under a heat lamp.
We sat outside because it was very loud inside. We were in the back of the seating area and getting the servers attention was not easy.
Family visiting from out of state.
Chicken parm was bland. Service was lack luster.
Excellent food. Large portions. Staff was friendly. Definitely be back.
Very very good, above average bar food. Excellent service. Music just too loud for this 60+ diner.
Great local spot with reasonable prices and tasty food. Many tv's, very loud.
Our first time there, we loved it! The Cheesesteak Egg Rolls are Amazing! Kelsey, our waitress, is the sweetest! We will be back!!!
Good place for a drink and pub food.
Very energetic atmosphere but the music was way too loud which coming from a group of early 30-somethings says a lot. We had to basically yell at each other to have a conversation so it would have been nice if the music was at a reasonable level and not at a house party level.
Fun place to go for dinner. Lots of TV’s for sports. A little on the loud side. Hard to talk across the table. Food was great and reasonably priced. Definitely will return.
Very Nice. First time there and I would go back. The bartenders are very friendly and easy to talk to
Lots of choices on the menu. Friendly staff
A little short staffed and very noisy. Food was good. Definitely a better place to go watch football with your buddies than to take your wife out to.
Great casual stop. Huge bang for the $$. All ages were there; families, seniors and the usual bar crowd. Lots of TVs and very large portions
The food was delicious - I ordered a pesto chicken flat bread. The Sauvignon Blanc was fantastic. The bar gives off a rustic vibe yet has pretty light. The bartender was awesome. Definitely coming back for sure!
We had high hopes based on the ratings but we were sorely disappointed. We ordered two appetizers and waited 45 minutes for them to arrive. The French onion soup arrived lukewarm twice! We ordered fish tacos which had hard unripe mango in them, chicken Parm and penne vodka which were watery, (they must not of drained to the pasta,) and pretty flavorless, and a Caesar salad with shrimp. The shrimp were overcooked and partially burnt. We will not be back.
Just not a fan. Very disappointing. Got the chicken and waffles. Horrible. Waffles was hard as a rock which made eating the chicken as a sandwich tough
