   We would go back due to quality of food and commitment of staff to make things right. I took my parents and family there for Mother’s Day when they were visiting from out of town. I made the reservation online. Restaurant called week in advance to ask if we could come slightly earlier due to “overlapping bookings” online. No problem I said and we came early. We waited to be seated a bit past our original reservation time. We were fast to be greeted by our server Debbie but water and drinks took a bit of time. Our appetizer seemed forgotten and when we reminded, it came out minutes before our meal. Prime rib, shrimp scampi and chicken bruschetta were excellent. Filets came out overcooked but they redid them to perfection. Manager made everything right. We all had a wonderful evening despite this. A+ for taking care of customers. We plan to be back.

   Dinner was very nice overall. Kitchen was a bit backed up on Saturday night. Waiter did offer us complimentary soup which we enjoyed and held us over until dinner came. Manager came over to check on us as well. So, overall we had a nice experience and would go back again.

   Good - bacon scallops overcooked & told waiter but nothing taken off for this or corrected (4 people at table - 5 given & all 3 people stated overcooked & dry) - hamburger not cooked correctly as requested but corrected by re- cooking. 1st time there

   THE MAIN DINING WAS QUIET AND THE ATMOSPHERE WAS GREAT FOR FINE DINING. THE CRAB ENTREES WERE EXCELLENT AS WELL AS THE COCKTAILS. SERVICE WAS EXCELLENT AND WE WERE CHECKED ON MULTIPLE TIMES IN CASE WE NEEDED ANYTHING. IT WAS A FINE DINING EXPERIENCE.

   The noise level was so loud you couldn’t talk to each other. Service was very good. The crab cake wasn’t as good as usual.

    We like doing brunch here with our daughter and her husband. They visit Spring House often on their own. Staff is great and server is always gracious.
