Husband and wife team Tony Esnault and Yassmin Sarmadi, whose iconic French bistro Church & State paved the way for sophisticated downtown dining, have created an oasis in the Douglas Building.
Sitting in the atrium dining room for lunch, brunch or Saturday dinner, under the glass and steel roof, in the shade of a Pepper tree, listening to the trickle of the fountain, it’s easy to forget the bustle and noise of downtown.

Known for only using fresh and local ingredients, Chef Esnault pays tribute to the season with his full Seasonal Dinner Menu, featuring dishes that are available as each season permits. The Tasting Menus are designed to take guests on a divinely cultured tasting tour of Southern France.

The new Springside dining room is smaller in size compared to the Atrium at Spring, but the intimacy simply enhances the signature vivacity of a traditional French bistro.

Springside also offers Happy Hour at the bar every Tuesday through Friday to come unwind after a long work day from 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm, including a trio of wines, specialty cocktails. uests can also nibble on an array of snacks, such as the Marinated Olives, Herbed Goat Cheese on Crostini, Beef Tartar, and the true pearl of the menu, $1 Oysters, served with fresh lemon and mignonette.
