Spoonbar - h2hotel
Freeform tables made from reclaimed acacia surround a long, communal table crafted from a split tree. Splashes of color—from the turquoise Eames chairs to the golden floral three dimensional wall art—brighten the open space like dappled sunshine filtering through summer leaves. On warm days and evenings the restaurant’s Cantina doors open up to sidewalk dining.

Pre-packaged silverware in a cute box you will think about taking with you.
The food and beverages are always good whenever we’ve visited in the past. But it was even more satisfying given the moment we are in.
We had Dinner on a Friday at an outside table. It was a great experience. Our waiter was very attentative, was able to answer questions about the menue and made sure that we had everything we needed throughout the Evening. While we have been to the Spoon bar many times, this was our first Dinner at the restaurant and we were quite pleased and plan to come back again soon.
Spoonbar did a good job of distancing and adapting to the Covid-19 restrictions. The service was excellent. My only criticism is that the food did not stay warm enough and a suggestion is that the plates be warmed prior to plating the food. It was a very enjoyable experience and I will definitely go back.
I love Spoon Bar and it was awesome to be back for the first time since Co-vid 19. Food was great! Staff is great! And I felt safe the whole time. It's wonderful to have such a great place in my hometown. oxoxo
Such great service! Cocktails were so good! They are experts. Food was great. A must visit
We were safely distanced from others, had great service and wonderful dinner! It was our first time here, and we will be back!
I love this restaurant and went 2x in a short period once they opened. Even with all the new normals we are dealing with, it was still nice to be out, and get great service and food. Thank you!!
Awesome team here, love the food, drinks and the people are awesome!!!
Absolutely great all the way around! Friendly staff, amazing food with generous portions and such good cocktails.
I did not get to Spoonbar until after the Covid crisis, but, cannot wait for them to get back to normal.
The food and service on the patio was incredible, love the team there!!
Wonderful food! Amazing atmosphere! Delightful all around. Sweet and considerate waiter. Food was really perfectly prepared and absolutely delicious!! It’s blissful in the patio in the back.
Beautiful ambiance, quiet, excellent service. Food very well prepared and presented.
Our experience at SpoonBar was fantastic. It was a date night for my husband and I. We are local Sonoma County residents and love to experience new restaurants in our area. The restaurant decor is modern and inviting. I can only imagine how even more beautiful the setting would be during the light filled summer evenings when the large windows would have a view out back. It’s a large space but with intimate sections so as to not feel too open. From opening the door and being escorted to a table to leaving at the end of our meal - we were cared for perfectly. Our waiter was helpful and accommodating with out bothering us. Even the other wait staff was helpful and friendly - with water and clearing of our plates etc. The food—- excellent! The flavors wonderful and just the right amount of food - Though the price was on the higher side - we expected this in Healdsburg. We would definitely go back and tell our friends ...our only small complaint is that the large window doors in the back had a small draft from them during the cold winter evening....but we were warmed by the wonderful experience, food and staff....
Most of the food was very good but the duck confit was dry and overcooked
We went for restaurant week. All 4 of us loved our meal!
We had exceptional service and food. Everything was perfect. We dine out a lot and never had eaten here before. Pleasantly surprised. We will be back!
Really enjoyed our visit and Jason provided excellent service
Restaurant week menu was excellent and good portions!
We went to a Restaurant Week prix fix dinner. Great Value! We were very happy to be reintroduced to Spoonbar as it had been a couple years since the last time.
Opened with a couple of their cocktails - the "Traffic at the Red Barn" is amazing. The Chicory salad and Pork Belly openers were excellent. The Restaurant Week Halibut was delicious as was the Salmon.Service was attentive even though they were quite busy.Nice job!
Turned out to be quite expensive for what you got.
Food wasn’t that delicious.
We were there for restaurant week and the menu was amazing! Such great value for the level of food that was served. We will be back!
We chose to eat at Spoonbar as a part of Restaurant Week since we’d not been there before. We were satisfied in every respect.
Service and food outstanding.
Our reservation was during restaurant week (which I was unaware) Spoonbar had a prefixed dinner which was delicious. Beautiful salad, excellent halibut and Dessert . Very good and great price.
Service and cocktails also delicious - we will absolutely be back
We returned for their wonderful Fried Chicken Wednesday and were treated to live jazz, supporting the local music education groups. Great food and terrific service, as usual.
Excellent food, service and setting. Definitely will go again for special occasions.
Great food. Great service - thanks, Ben.
I’ve been to Spoonbar several times and really like this restaurant. The food and ambiance are very good. We dined there on February 15 and I have never seen so many diners. There were probably 3 times the number I have ever seen before, most likely because it was Valentine’s Day weekend. My son ordered the steak and the portion was tiny. The halibut his girlfriend and I ordered was very good and were normal sized portions. Because my son’s entree was so small I felt compelled to share half of mine with him. The waiter was very attentive and it was a good experience except for the small portion of the steak entree.
Solid lunch or dinner option in Downtown Healdsburg.
Awesome flavors - the food and the drinks were among the best I’ve ever had. We had the special prix fixe menu for Valentine’s Day.
Everything was fantastic. We enjoyed our Valentine's Day dinner. Service and food exceeded my expectations.
Great setting, hotel, service and menu!
There on a Sunday night. Food was exceptional. Very helpful with the wine selection. Friendly staff. definitely will return
One of our favorite places now for dinner in Sonoma County. Food, wait staff, ambience, location all are great. We like it when massive doors are opened as well in better weather. Sculpture is amazing, too.
Waiters are all very attentive, great food, good ambiance!
Great place, ambiance is very warm and comfortable.
Some dishes are very delicious.
Spoonbar is becoming our favorite place: wonderful seafood, huge appetizers, good wine list.
One of the best places I've been to in a long time and it was a total happenstance! We were looking for last minute reservations in Healdsburg, and the first two restaurants we wanted were booked up. Spoonbar was the only place that had reservations left that evening, otherwise we might not have considered it.
I am SOOO HAPPY we ended up at here. Everything was immensely delicious. Oysters were the best I've had, even more so then when I had them straight from the source. The Burrata though! I'm not usually a fan as it tends to be smoky or served with items/flavors I'm not keen on, but this one blew my mind. Their burrata turned me into a fan, I have come out of the darkside, and who knew it would be the combo of the bread and the preserves that accompanied! The Halibut was also excellent and another best I've ever had, still dreaming about it daily...
When it comes to cocktails, let me tell you, I'm constantly on the search for the best Manhattan in Sonoma County and most places disappoint. Spoonbar is the exception! I've spent years trying one here and there, nothing ever came close to John Ash's Front Room Manhattan, until now! I'll need to revisit both places in a shorter time period to decide who is the winner, for now Spoonbar is tied for number one! Honestly, I'd make the drive out there just for the Manhattan after a long day, and I'd end up staying for the Halibut! A must try restaurant! Worth all 5 stars!
The Cioppino was excellent. The portions were generous for all three of us. This was our second visit to Spoonbar and we would come again. The wait staff were friendly and efficient.
