SPIGA Ristorante Italiano
Spiga prides itself on serving the best pasta you can find in Miami to a diverse crowd – from famous artists, musicians and businessmen, to its closest friends and family. The pasta is handmade every morning with carefully chosen ingredients, making your dinner and dining experience a truly memorable one.
Everything was top notch from the moment we walked in.
Very good food but a little overpriced. Wanted a full bar rather than just beer and wine. Wines were not great and, again, overpriced. On the other hand, the pasta and bread were really good. So, glad we went but will not be going back.
We first discovered Spiga in 1998 and go Everytime we are in Miami and the continue to impress.
This place was a real find! The homemade pasta was some of the best I’ve ever had - smooth and silky and absolutely delicious. The service was attentive but not intrusive and the ambience was classy but relaxed. If I’m ever back in Miami I will definitely be making a bee line for SPIGA.
Wonderful all around!!!
Server Dalia was amazing. Excellent service and the homemade pasta was everything. Will most definitely be visiting again next time I’m in Miami
You must go! Fantastic food, relaxing dining experience.
Great food. Great service. Nice ambiance. Great location.
The service was absolutely terrible. One meal came out entirely wrong and then the server and manager tried to pretend it was right. They argued with everyone at the table about it, two of them being over the age of 70. We were all so embarrassed. Then my grandfathers meal was cold and when he asked for it to be reheated the server asked if it came out cold or got cold because of how slow he was eating. What the hell kind of question is that?? After the spectacle they gifted us a free dessert but the damage was already done and our entire night was ruined.
It was our 25th wedding anniversary. We were looking for a nice romantic place and we found it! The service was amazing, the food super delicious, great dish sizes and affordable! We would definitely come back! The only complain is that we expected two complimentary champagne glasses since they knew we were celebrating.
Wonderful Italian dinner. Service was attentive but not overly so. Restaurant is small and intimate with seating both inside and outside...we choose inside.. menu had all the Italian “staples” plus many other dishes to experience. I had lasagna, my wife chose to experiment and had ravioli with a crab, cream sauce. Both meals were scrumptious. Constructively, the bread that accompanies the meal could have been a bit more generous. Otherwise an enjoyable meal.
The food was simply fabulous and service exemplary!
Been going there for years. A gem of a Italian restaurant in South Beach.
Genuinely the best pasta dish I have ever had, and the staff were really nice and attentive too.
The crab ravioli was excellent. The fettuccini with salmon was also very good.
Been there several times. Always a good experience
Spiga is a gem in South Beach. The restaurant is extremely comfortable and offers a diverse menu. The food is superb and prepared to perfection.
Excellent all the way around.
Muy buen restaurante italiano siempre vengo a Miami regreso
Excellent on every point !
This is our go to restaurant in SoBe
Food is very good. My only complaint is the wine list. Lowest priced bottle of red was over $40. And on a Tuesday night, they were already out of the only red special of the week.
Reminded me of Italy. Authentic Italian experience and food
Disappointing this time around. Many enjoyable meals here over the past few years. This time it was disappointing. One of the salad apps (Ceci) was missing avocado (a listed and ket component). Two of the special entrees ranged poor to good; crab ravoli were good but the special lobster pasta had 2 bites of lobster with lots of pasta ($39 expect another bite or two). Wine markups seem to be increasing; a 5-times markup on the "weekly specials" is a tad excessive. Careful inspection of the wine list reveals generally a 4.5 - 5-time markup. Will try again because of positive history here and the really lovely setting. Hopefully, better next time.
Service and food were outstanding. Highly recommend.
Good as always
Completely disappointing experience. We’ve been dining at this establishment for over 15 years when we visit Miami and visited for a very special occasion this past week. The server was more than disruptive and needs to find a new calling - argued when the incorrect order came to the table in a very contentious manner. To the point my husband had to tell her to stop. Flat out told Me I ordered veal piccata when in fact I ordered another veal dish. Then when my husband asked for grated Parmesan, she wanted to school him in the ways of Italians and that this dish should never have cheese and insisted he tasted it first. This was very offensive as my husband is Italian. When they re-fired the order it was rushed and the veal came out rubbery and they seem to only have the mushroom stems on hand. We then had to beg for our check. A complete disappointment to an establishment we traditionally dined as a special treat on our last evening when visiting. Our last time dining there. Go to Scarpetta at the Fontainebleau instead.
Great as always
Ths best homemade pasta we have found.
Intimate inside and beautiful in garden outside. Very Italian Even our waitress was Italian!
Best homemade pasta i have ever eaten.
A very nice place. The pasta was excellent and the service was ok. The desserts were also awesome. We will be back.
Fantastic meal, Veal, crab ravioli , shrimp..all wonderful. Service was excellent!
Excelente comida italiana y un muy ñindo ambiente sibre todo en el area del porche
Very good in all aspects, food, wine list and mostly with decent prices
Great experience at SPIGA. Staff was terrific. Food was delicious. Would definitely recommend.
Fantastic Italian restaurant, great food, and attentive service. Highly recommended
Always the best food and atmosphere. We are sure to visit every time in miami
The appetizers had no real taste. The mushroom appetizer was just the stems. The "home Made" past was over cooked. Doesnt seem like there is an Italian in the kitchen
