   Overall, I wouldn’t go back here. It’s like they’re trying to chase for money and put twice as many tables in here as there should it was noisy l, crowded and  not what I was looking for. 5/10

   Outstanding food, wonderful atmosphere, attentive service. Went for a birthday dinner celebration and the Prix Fixe Dinner menu has a lot of choices and was very generous with portions. Highly recommend the Kung Pao Calamari and Beef Short ribs. They were delicious, seasoned well, and cooked to perfection. We brought in our own birthday cake and there was a $5.00 per person cake cutting fee. Absolutely one of the best restaurants in town.

   There were two choices for soft shell crab. I am not sure that I made the choice. I don’t think that my waiter asked me. Anyway, I wanted two but I was served three.

    Consistently great food and service. Arguably the best outdoor dining ambience in the Coachella Valley. The sylvan canopy of mature ficus trees feels so peaceful. A memorable experience.

    Always a winner, and always gracious to a fault, once, again, Spencer's rose to the occasion of impressing some of our guests. A busy, holiday weekend and what appears to be more tables seated and served than in the past did not deter the dining room and kitchen staff from doing an excellent job. Thank you, so much!

    Our server was professional and efficient, in fact she was one of the best servers who waited on us at Spencer’s. The food was delicious and service was perfectly timed. Always enjoy dinning at Spencer’s because of the friendly staff and valets. I highly recommend the restaurant to anyone visiting Palm Springs!

    Spencer’s is by far our favorite restaurant in Palm Springs, or the whole valley for that matter! We always have excellent service and the food is superb! It is our go to restaurant when we are in Palm Springs

    Spencer's can't be beat. Staff is always polite and happy to see guests. Food is always tasty and hot. They strive to make it right. If, by chance, there is anything not to your liking, they are right there to correct it to your satisfaction. When you compare Spencer's to other restaurants in the area, they are not much more expensive if at all, yet offer a much more pleasant dining experience.

    We are 19+ year patrons of Spencer's and have a wonderful time and great meal every visit. This restaurant is historic and beautiful. The location is picturesque and the service is excellent. The menu is always filled with great choices. We had the soft shell crab, Caesar Salad and tuna tartar. We paired our meals with Prosecco. We had a perfect meal as always. Elias, Lilliam and Julietta went above-and-beyond with the BEST service! We love Spencer's and look forward to our next visit.

    Garden setting was nice. Much of the food not so nice. Cesar salad was drenched in flavorless dressing. Carrot cake was literally a slice of single layer spice cake with raisins placed on the side of the plate and deglow orange frosting (did not taste like typical cream cheese frosting). Au gratin potatoes were flavorless cremed, cubed potatoes. Crispy fish was delicious, as was the crab risotto. The table was set up that the person at the next table would move and her hair would hit me. This was first visit to this restaurant.

    Spencer’s is a cool place and has a neat atmosphere, if u get the right seat! Started off with an Old Fashioned cocktail. It was served with regular ice and it lacked traditional flavors and maraschino cherry. A restaurant at this level should be serving clear block ice in traditional cocktails in my expert opinion! Filet Mignon was great with the fantastic garlic mashed potatoes. The Salmon was also delicious. Service was good but rushed and we felt like we were on a time-clock.

    We had a great patio table and was served by Daniel. The food was delicious! They were able to easily accommodate my GF requests. Daniel helped me with the many choices. In the bed we chose the sea bass and steak which were both cooked to perfection. We would highly recommend this experience!

    The halibut special was outstanding. I will critique the host stand. Their method of seating people was not in the best interest of the patrons. We did not accept the table given as there were several more superior nearby. We witnessed others doing the same.

    Wife had the halibut special at $55 and loved it. I had the Rigatoni and was somewhat disappointed. The pasta was in tomatoe sauce but when it arrived it was swimming in more water than sauce. This made the pasta somewhat bland and disappointing, especially at $27. We split a wedge salad which was really good. Overall, the pricing of the Rogatoni did not live up to the taste. Will try again as we’ve always been happy with Spencers.

    Food and ambience were very good. The table service wasn’t great. Used dishes not removed, No follow up from the waiter. I assume the restaurant was just busy. Would still go again in hopes the service is better next time.

    At first they put us in a very noisy small room next to a table of 12 very loud guys. We moved luckily but other folks were very unhappy. I had a bad fall there and no one in management was help Gil at all, our waiter was great and got be a bag of ice.
