Food was excellent, steak cooked just right and lobster was really from Maine. The best part was Jacki our server, she was professional and always attentive to any request we had.
Food and service were fantastic, the only downside is it was a bit loud in the restaurant.
Overall, a fantastic restaurant for date night or dinner with friends and/or business.
The food and wine are fabulous. The staff is terrific. They are very attentive and friendly. Z at the bar and Omar serving are wonderful. The steak and elk are our favorite meats. Especially Love the salads and desserts.

We celebrated my husbands 60th birthday in Orlando for 5 days with the dinner being the actual celebration with two other couples! It was fantastic! Steak the best we ever had! Ask for Omar!

The Macaroni and cheese with Duck was incredible! The service was incredible. However the menu is extremely limited. Perhaps an expansion on that would do this restaurant some justice.

Was in Orlando for a TaiChi Tournament and met my sister and wife at Spencer’s. The food and service was amazing, and the ambiance very nice. Highly recommended!
The restaurant was nice, the ambiance was great and the servers were very friendly and attentive. The only problem with our meals was 2 of us ordered our filet medium rare and another ordered the ribeye medium. These steaks were well done. There was absolutely no pink areas in the meat. We didn't complain only because we were enjoying with friends and didn't want to embarrass the server or the restaurant.
Overall our experience was very good. Our server was very attentive without being overbearing. The broccolini was perfectly cooked and the Au Gratin potatoes were amazing. I had the dry aged 16oz Ribeye and was very impressed. The overall menu prices were very reasonable for the quality of food. The Ribeye ala carte was $53. I've never paid under $65 for a few aged Ribeye. We will definitely consider returning.

We visited for our anniversary. Our sever went above and beyond to make it a special evening. Our food was delicious. The service was excellent.
I was a bit apprehensive given that the restaurant is in a Hilton, but I was pleasantly surprised. The menu isn’t exactly innovative, but it was all cooked perfectly and was all tasty.

Food tasted great, but menu very uninspiring. How does a chop house have only one chop?
No lamb chop? No pork chop or better yet wild boar? Just one chop choice-elk. Elk is great, but... It advertises as a chop house.
Service and ambiance were both very good to great, however 5 people and $1000 for overcooked steaks (3 out of 4 were medium to medium well when ordered medium rare) just was not something I can recommend. There are a number of high end steakhouses in the area, and almost all are a better value than this. Don't get me wrong, the meal was good, just not $200 a person good. (We did have 2 bottles of wine at ~$100 each and no desserts for full disclosure).
We ate here last year and had a phenomenal experience. This year it was very poor so we probably won’t be back. The menu was much smaller and imagine a steakhouse that doesn’t serve mushrooms?? Although our server was very friendly, for the cost of the meals we felt very underserved—- forgot ketchup, wine pours etc ... we thought this was a hidden gem but unfortunately Spencer’s seems to have fallen down tonight. For the money we don’t want a hit or miss experience.

Great food. VERY loud. Hard to have a conversation with anyone except For the person next to you.
The food was very good. Apps were terrific, the steaks were cooked exactly as ordered with just the right amount of char to add to the flavor. I can’t say enough about the sides. Finally a Mac and cheese with al dente pasta and not mush. Veggies very good. Only downside is that the bar did not have B&B and no brandy at all.
Awesome steaks! Super juicy and they melt in your mouth. Delicious sides and deserts too.
Food was very good and service was fantastic. The only thing I can say negative is the value is simply not there. Though the food was very good, I really can't justify the expense. Since it is in the hotel, convenience is likely the reason they are able to charge such high prices.

My wife and I really enjoyed my our experience at Spencer's. Our reservation was on time, the waiter was great. Now the whole food experience was off the chart good. There is absolutely nothing I can complain about during my whole experience there. The price a little pricey but I will not hesitate to return when I am back in the area. We look forward to returning.

We made reservations for 3 at 9 p.m., but we got to town earlier than expected, so around 8, I called to see if our reservation could be moved up.
The hostess said she could do 8:45. Now, OpenTable was giving 1,000 points for the 9 p.m. time slot, and only 100 for 8:45, but we were spending the night in Orlando to take a 5 a.m. flight the next day, so anything that got us to bed earlier was fine. I took the 8:45, and we arrived on the dot.
However, we were not seated until 9:10. We were not at the bar enjoying ourselves that extra 25 minutes, just sitting in chairs by the hostess stand. The delay was annoying—why let us change our time?—but the restaurant was full, and maybe they just miscalculated.
We ordered an appetizer and wine, and these came out promptly. Our server seemed nice and was joking with us. We ordered entrees, and that was the last we ever saw our waiter.
After about 45 minutes, my husband went to find a server and check on the entrees. They arrived several minutes later.
Now, the appetizer had been really good. The entrees were not.
My mom’s fish entree was okay, but my husband and I had ordered steaks, and we had both upgraded to have it Oscar style, with blue crab and bernaise.
What we actually got was crab doused in a lemon sauce. The flavors didn’t go together at all, and even after I scraped it to the side, I kept tasting lemon on my steak, which was otherwise cooked perfectly. My husband’s steak, however, was very tough.
No one ever came to check on us, and my husband had to get back up to find a server to get the bill. That also took forever, and only after pleading our early wake-up time, but I can’t fault the servers he spoke with, because none of them were assigned to our table. No one ever found our actual server. We were finally able to leave at 11:30.
This is the restaurant where we’d had our rehearsal dinner just 5 years earlier. It was a shame it didn’t remain great, and that we lost so much time (and our points).
