They. took their time from app to main course. Never felt rushed. Wish all tables were beside the window but you can still see the view from where we sat.. The only down side is that some seats are close to other eating .:(( otherwise looking forward to going back in warmer weather!!

Overall I would recommend this restaurant but my issue with my experience was the very very slow service. Our waitress was good, very pleasant as was all the staff. But our meal took a while to come and when it did two our of 3 plates were room temperature - I think even the 3rd wasn't hot but my friend didn't send it back. They kindly remade our plates but as you can imagine this just extended the wait time for our lunch. They kindly gave us a dessert for the inconvenience. But we had to wait almost 25 minutes for our speciality coffees e.g. Americano and a cappuccino. So dessert was there, no coffee - though one friend did get her coffee because it was just filtered coffee. I will give this place another try - the food was good but if I was on any kind of a schedule I would have been very unhappy. Lovely waterfront setting and again all the staff were pleasant and professional, but someone needs to pay attention to time management or ensuring they have enough staff to take care of the orders.

We were fortunate to try out the Sunday brunch. Everything we tried was amazing. The food was well worth the $53/person for buffet.

Had a wonderful time at Spencer’s at the Waterfront. Their drinks are absolutely amazing, and reasonably priced. My appetizer and entree were the perfect combination of upscale dining with a touch of comfort food. Our server, Nadia, was outstanding.

Met a business acquiantance for dinner. Food was okay, very little choice among entrees for vegetarian. The service for food was decent. But they forgot about coffee and we sat there for 10-15 minutes. When it finally arrived it was cold. I had to return it! I have been here a few times now and although the views are spectacular and ambience is good, the food is just okay and the service is a hit or miss. Not great value for the expensive restaurant that it is!

We were on date night and enjoyed the Steak Frits special with a bottle of Niagara wine. This was very good value and everything was delicious. Our server was very welcoming and very knowledgeable of the Niagara wine that came with the meal special.
We were well taken care of.

Very nice Sunday Brunch!

We went for Easter brunch. The table service was amazing: very quick, friendly, funny, helpful. The food was terrific; there was lots of choice and barely any wait for anything! Though it is not inexpensive, the freshness of the food and its plentifulness—not to mention the beautiful views of Lake Ontario—make the trip worth it!

Great place. Our server Daniella was really attentive in spite of the crowd. A must go place for Brunch..

I booked quite a few weeks in advance and specifically called twice and spoke to Julie and another girl that I really really wanted to sit by the window as it was my special birthday and my 85 year old mom was so excited to come for the first time
When I got there I was seated in the middle of the room!
When I went back to the reception the two girls just looked at each other and said so sorry that’s the only seats we have
I asked for a manager to call me and no one called or bothered to come to our table!
No one cared therefore the big 60th birthday that I was going to book in August for my husband will definitively not be booked at Spencer’s they have lost my business

Great experience and service but way over priced.

Amazing meal but pricey. Based on taste of the meal, it was worth the price. I have severe food allergies and I was happily accommodated. The filet Minton was tender and scrumptious.

Always great food. A variety of options for most eating habits and taste. Amazing seafood, the grilled octopus is a definite try.

Waitress was very professional and accommodating!

Food was tasty. Frank, our server was awesome. Our soup however was barely lukewarm and had to be reheated, then all was good.

We have dined here over the years multiple times. The food during our last luncheon was noticeably different and the quality just wasn’t up to par. Extremely disappointed as we have our wedding shower booked here. We hope the food will be better for our beautiful event!

Our daughter is getting married to the man of her dreams at Spencer's in September. The 4 parents wanted to see the venue and to celebrate their engagement. The food, ambiance and staff were amazing. We can't wait for September!

Brunch was very good. Beautiful atmosphere, attentive waitress, good selection. It's pricy but for a special occasion it's worth it. Dessert selections were okay, but wish they had some kind of lemon and maybe some profiterales or more small tart options.

This is my second time and I will 100% be back many more times. It's a bit pricey for my liking, but its 100% worth it, I just wish I made more money lol. The servers are absolutely incredible and the food is amazing. The lady at the Omelette station is one of the friendliest Food Service people have ever dealt with.
