Last night on vacation!
Another good brunch experience especially after being in quarantine for so many months!
Being a local, it’s just ok. It’s a tourist place to see the ocean. Inside is a little dirty and musty from the beach. The prices are Las Olas restaurant prices. Not worth it
The service and food was great! It is however very loud and hot!
Dining here is like eating dinner at a night club in Ibiza, too loud and sort of tacky eating an Italian meal listening to Erick Morillo. The food was less than stellar and overpriced. The two positives were the location adjacent to the beach and the workers were attentive, and full of zeal. Perhaps it was the Morillo effect, I don’t know. We definitely would not return here when in SoFla.
Loud ocean side bar atmosphere with decent Italian food and a nice drink and wine menu.
We managed to be in Ft Lauderdale during spring break and the configuration of Spazio is open with a view of the street and the Atlantic beach across the street. It was a raucous street scene with pedestrian and car traffic passing by! With the weather being beautifully warm we chose to sit outside where the noise levels were high, making conversation difficult. Part of that was a duo of musicians in the restaurant that were excellent!
The food and service was more than equal to the visual entertainment and sound levels. The martinis were excellent ( no vermouth), the calimarie was excellent, and the salad was tasty but the vinegar and oil was weak on an excellent. Fresh ground black pepper ( one of my criteria for a decent restaurant) corrected that problem.
Alfredo sauce was excellent as was the marinara sauce and with beautifully prepared pasta and spectacular shrimp our entrees were perfect. A broad wine selection finished off a perfect meal!
Food was overpriced and subpar.
Food was good, and service was great!
This was listed as a gluten friendly/free restaurant so I was so excited to eat here. However their only GF and veg option was pasta. Not many other options for me other than a salad. That being said the salad was delicious. It was filling and had an amazing pesto dressing. I would go back for the salad but wish they added GF pizza crusts to their menu!
Great food / Great Service
Service was fantastic. Friendly happy server.
Service was amazing, food was good, singers were super fun too.
Fun place for dinner and see all the action of FtLauderdale on the beach! The ocean Is directly across the road. There is a great selection of wines, and an extensive menu. The Beet and goat cheese salad is a must!
We really enjoyed our evening here and would definitely go back to enjoy again.
Food was very good, our server seemed to disappear, and there were a couple of people intoxicated coming in from the street to use restrooms. Back door was lodged open right by the women’s restaurant. The women in my group were a little concerned.
Awesome location and brunch spot!
To begin with I asked for a table away from the live music though open table and when we got to the restaurant, its as if they didn't read the request or had our table reserved..... it was way way too loud, not even the waiter could hear us. Then we saw inappropriately people dressed in plain site, it looked like a strip club instead of a restaurant, my kids had to see these 2 girls (one with a very small bikini dancing and shaking her "stuff") around while we were trying to eat. On top of it all we are being charged a service fee... and then expected to pay a 20% tip on top of that to only find out that the service fee is shared with the waiter and who knows what else. For 4 people it cost us $144.00 and that is for simple pizza and pasta dishes with no booze, and one piece of pie cost $12.00?? really??
I am very disappointed and find this place way to expensive.
Food was good not anything different from most beach restaurants.Drinks we’re great though! I would go back to go sit at the bar. Waitress was in need of training the restaurant wasn’t full but she was overwhelmed with six of us. They pool their tips at the end, but other staff didn’t help her with checking on us. Ok night for a quick stop.
The food was fantastic!
Pizza, seafood pasta and chicken parm were ordered
And each one of us loved our food
Service was spot on and the entertainment was awesome
Would go back in a heart beat
Took the kids here for quick dinner after driving in from the Keys. The food was good, a bit pricey, chicken was overcooked, and the drink prices were high. The waitress was very friendly.
They start by showing you photos on a tablet of some of their specials, or what are really more expensive items found on their menu. We found that to be weird and pushy.
Service was quick and all were friendly. When the bill came, it didn’t add up. I noticed a “service charge” of 15 percent on my pre tax total for our group of 4. Where we come from, they only add gratuity for big parties. Otherwise you add it yourself. I asked the waitress who gave me an ambiguous answer of it being part her gratuity but it’s shared. Again I asked if it was gratuity and I got the same answer. Just be honest. It’s 15 percent gratuity. I also noticed they wrote in “additional” in pen on the merchant copy. I’ve never seen that before, and I’m already on high alert. Needless to say that copy went in my purse and I signed the other copy, and clearly marked that the gratuity was included and not to add any additional. Took photos of all copies. Bottom line: nice clean spot with a great view and everything tasted good other than overcooked chicken but I left feeling like something wasn’t right. If you dine here, be careful that you don’t double tip.
Seated immediately. 1/2 of our party is celiac. Well addressed, but the main course took literally FOREVER to come out. Thank goodness we got a bottle of wine so we could drink while waiting for our mains. Food was really good. A nice much needed touch would be a gluten free offering of bread on the menu. Music was great and I’d go back, but the wait for food was wayyyyy too long. Waiter was very accommodating, but 48 minutes for a pizza and pasta dishes is ridiculous and the were not full.
Had a great dinner for 7 family members celebrating the new year and being together. The food was excellent, service was excellent - the only ding is that the music gets a little loud.
We celebrated a birthday party here. It was the perfect spot overlooking the water and listening to music by a live band. The food was delicious and arrived on time considering our party of 9. The live band honores our request to su happy birthday which was just lovely! We would love to visit again.
Another great experience celebrating a friend’s birthday!
Had a great time!
Great food...grat service...the seafood special of shrimp, oysters and crab was delicious and enough for two with appetizers.
A nice welcome and table of our choice. Stuffed veal chop was excellent and a enjoyable evening thanks
I had high hopes for this restaurant only to find it on a very busy tourist area street, which severely detracts from the restaurant. On the website, I only saw a beautiful beach view, but in reality, it was filled with drunken tourists walking by. The food was ok, but definitely affected by the scene out side. I wish we had eaten inside, as my experience may have been a bit different.
Good service in a sense, but the staff ignored a party of five or ten that got very loud. The place had a poor ambiance for diners when raining outside, as it is very outdoor and bar oriented. The food and wine is good, which made our experience OKAY. The facilities are below average with the staff using it as well.
I hosted dinner for seven colleagues and the staff was fantastic in responding to my needs for the group. Kudos to them!!!!!!!! Food was delicious, drinks were wonderful, service was outstanding, and the music exceptional. Great experience.
Had the pappardelle with the mushrooms and sirloin tips - it was delicious. My husband had the gnocchi and thought that it was very good, but that the pancetta was a bit strong. We sat on the sidewalk and there was live music playing just at the end of the railing. Great experience and our waiter was awesome.
Had breakfast here, the staff was incredibly nice and the coffee is good.
My wife and I got off our plane and headed over to this gem on the beach for breakfast on Sunday. Great food. Sat right on patio overlooking the A1A and the gorgeous ocean. Had omelets and split a waffle. Everything was nice, food was excellent and the view is an ocean. Nice electronic chill music kept the vibe younger and fit the mood of the morning. Staff was attentive and nice. Check this spot for breakfast if you want zero wait (at 8am) with ocean views.
Always a good brunch experience!
Great menu, food and service. Wonderful view of the beach was a bonus making this an outstanding experiencr!’
Our server Christian was great and really helped make the experience
Wonderful view and service. Great place to watch it rain—well-prepared with shades! Our beautiful waitress from Brazil was very helpful. All of our food selections were fabulous, especially the antipasto tray and crab scoobies!
