Super nette und aufmerksame Bedienung, die Gerichte waren allesamt lecker (Leberknödelsuppe, Linsencurry, Salat mut Ziegenkäse), wir konnten uns gut unterhalten im OG, das hat natürlich seinen Preis.

Very good! I had the pork/duck combo. The duck was good, but the pork was exceptional...crispy and fabulous. The lights could have been dimmer. Service was excellent!!

Wir hatten eine Reservation für 4 Personen. Wir erhielten einen Tisch im oberen Stockwerk, am Fenster mit Blick auf die Oper. Superschönes Ambiente und hervorragenden Service konnten wir geniessen.

tolles Haus mitten in München mit wunderbaren Gerichten alles sehr gelungen - allein der Kommentar beim Trinkgeld wäre nicht notwendig gewesen ... (bei einem Rechnungsbetrag von 168,70 hatte ich 6,30 Trinkgeld gegeben - der Kommentar war " sind Sie ein Schwabe? - üblich sind 10%)

It was a very nice experience. Our table was in the first floor dining room . The food and wine was excellent and Charlie made sure we enjoyed the evening with his charming service. It wasn’t too busy or noisy. The lighting was good. We will definitely return. Danke!

Das Essen war ausgezeichnet, ebenso der Service. Würde jederzeit gerne wieder hingehen. Allerdings würde ich nächstes mal fragen, ob ich eine kleine Portion haben kann, alle Speisen sowohl Vorspeise als auch Hauptgericht waren sehr sehr groß. Wir waren zu dritt und keiner konnte das Hauptgericht aufessen. Aber es gibt ja schlimmeres 😉

Wir saßen in der Maximilian Stube, nahe den Toiletten. Es roch bedauerlicherweise nach Toilette / Chlor. Durch den Geruch hatte das ansehnliche Wiener Schnitzel ebenso einen Beigeschmack. Wir hatten reserviert, der Tisch war dennoch nicht für uns eingedeckt, generell wirkte der Service überrascht. Ursache dafür war eine große geschlossene Gesellschaft in den vorderen Räumen. Da ich hier 2017 meine Hochzeit feierte hatte ich den Spaten deutlich positiver in Erinnerung und war enttäuscht.

Wir haben uns wieder sehr wohl gefühlt. Es ist immer ein besonderes Highlight vor einem Theaterbesuch noch im Spatenbräu einzukehren. Wir können das Haus nur empfehlen.

Fine Dining macht man besser woanders, dann aber ohne bezaubernden Blick aufs und in bequemer Laufdistanz zum Nationaltheater. Der Service war freundlich, wenn auch doppelspurig - wir wurden zweimal gefragt, was wir gerne essen würden. Die Textur des Essens war einseitig und alles ertrank in ein und derselben dunkelbraunen Soße, die Jakobsmuscheln waren genauso ohne Biss wie die Gnocchi. Ein ganzer Teller ohne Konsistenz aber voller Schlonzigkeit, das ist schade.
