Sparks Steak House was opened in 1966 by Michael and Pasquale Cetta, hence the logo 'Cetta Brothers Steak Masters'. The restaurant is still a family owned and operated business and is located in midtown Manhattan, a five minute walk from Grand Central Station and The United Nations. Join us to celebrate 50 years of business!



The restaurant is well known for excellent steaks, seafood, fresh vegetables and satisfying salads.

                                                                                                    If you know anything about the 5 Families in NYC, this should be on the bucket list. It’s a classic NY steakhouse. We shared the a baked clam and shrimp appetizer, dear god burnt clam and rubber shrimp! We also shared a boneless sirloin, rare which was cooked perfectly, but way too much salt. Creamed spinach was bland and hash brown were no big deal. Dessert was a slice of NYC cheesecake which you could tell was previously frozen. All in all it was a good but way overpriced dinner. Oh and with 4 pages of wine list, nothing non alcoholic! Come on guys get with the times!

                                                                                                    My 1st time in New York and decided Sparks Steak house, all was well but my medallions were over cooked, mushrooms were salty! The salad dressing was really good,the service was good. My steak was BURNT for 70.00. So I went to Empire Steak house.

                                                                                                    Iconic New York steakhouse was a fantastic experience. Started the evening with a blow your socks off martini and then had a superb meal. Being from the UK they kindly let us share a steak which was perfectly cooked.
