Very disappointed this time. We have been there many times in the past and won’t go back again. I wonder if it’s living on its reputation? Very poor service. Only received bread at the table after we asked for it. My wife’s pizza was missing an ingredient (fresh oregano).
My lamb chops were totally undercooked, raw in the center. Did any one look at this plate before it left the kitchen? Needed to return to cook longer. Tasty once cooked but not worth the cost.
Used to be one of our favorite spots when visiting Las Vegas. How unfortunate.

Issue was a large lemon seed in endive and watercress salad ($18) asked for a manager and our waiter came over instead. Showed seed and said I am paranoid about eating it and to take it off the bill. Waiter says “ why do you have an allergy? “ I said Not I bit down on it and don’t want a broken tooth. He took salad away and took it off the bill however, from that point forward his whole attitude changed and made the rest of the experience poor. I can imagine if Wolfgang Puck had it in his salad he would not have been happy. The manager never came over to apologize or to make sure if everything else was ok. Would never waste another $200 in this establishment.

It was a cold night and I was looking forward to a nice warm bowl of soup to start my meal so I ordered the clam chowder. IT WAS HORRIBLE! It was runny full of onions very little clams and far different from your basic new England clam chowder. And it tasted awful. I sent it back. My fish main course was tasty but nothing to rave about. My date was a vegan and they had very little on the menu for her to eat. Their website had not been updated and the one vegan dish it showed was not on their current menu. However the service was very good.

Our table was right outside of the restaurant, pretty much at the corridor of the Forum shopping area. It felt less romantic as we tried to enjoy our anniversary dinner, which I mentioned when reserved the table. People would walk by our table, some even touched the barrier right next to our table. However, food and service were excellent! We ordered Hawaiian Kampachi for appetizer, fillet minon and Hongkong Seabass for entree, and chocolate soufflé for dessert. Will definitely come back, hopefully with a better table next time.

A wonderful restaurant for a group or singles. We were married at Ceasar's Palace at 2 PM and wanted to find a restaurant that would seat our group around 3:30 for early dinner. This was the perfect spot. Elena took care of our every need and provided us with wonderful appetizers, especially the crab cakes, great comfort food for our main courses, and complementary desert for the table. Perfect location looking out at the crowds shopping in the Forum Shops. For Las Vegas, the prices were extremely reasonable and the quality of the food was excellent. I highly recommend this restaurant to everyone.

The food was good but the service was absolutely atrocious! Made online reservations thru open table and when we arrived we were early so waited while they set up the table for 7. We were seated and that's pretty much when any good service ended. We waited about 10 mins before anyone offered any drinks... they brought out water and while we were waiting for someone to take our order, I noticed 2 waiters just shooting the breeze while I was staring them down. Neither looked in our direction and continued their conversation. Finally another 10 mins later we finally flagged down the manager and he said he would take care of us... by that he had one of the two waiters come over to finally take our order. There was no greeting from the waiter, he just asked what we would like to order. No apology either... apparently they didn't think they made us wait very long. But every time we needed something, we had to flag someone down... no one just came by our table to make sure all was well. On top of that it took 3 attempts to get a side of ranch dressing! 3 times we had to ask 3 different wait staff for a side of ranch! Ridiculous!! We chose this restaurant based on the good reviews, but honestly this was the worst experience ever! Will never return nor recommend!

When the guy removed my salad plate, and place my used fork back on the table, that “service” dropped a star. I had to ask for a clean fork when my entree arrived. Really? I wasn’t eating the pizza here either 😜
Maybe they were running short of clean silverware!

Wolfgang Puck needs to teach the chefs how to get his food out in a timely fashion as well as train the waitstaff to check on the table occasionally (especially when the food comes out 1 1/2 hours later! Honestly, if I hadn’t been sitting with 9 family members I would have walked out. It took forever to get our food and by 9:15 p.m. you’ve pretty much passes hungry and moved on to hangry! We sat so long some of us got up to stretch and bring circulation back to our legs! I would NEVER eat here again! Las Vegas of all places! Get people fed so that they can get back to gambling for crying out loud!

Food was great. Bar consistent with higher grade dining. Still casual. Favorite part was waitress’ attention. Had beer and wanted to order wine w my steak. “Half glass”, she said. I nodded yes. That’s good service. #detailsmatter

Very disappointed in this Wolfgang Puck Restaurant. Ordered Mesquite grilled Strip Steak, and was more like a tough cheap sirloin. My jaw muscles got tired of trying to chew - toughest steak ever. (Also No tastes of mesquite grilling). The Lyonnaise Fingerling Potatoes were very nice, as were the fingerling potatoes that had a nice german flavor that came with the Wiener Schnitzel. My wife ordered the Wiener Schnitzel, and it was also very tough, she even had to request a steak knife. Weirdest menu presentation ever with a single piece of copy paper printed from an office printer, that listed only the entrees. No salads, appetizers, soups, or sides were listed, but the waiter asked if we wanted to add a salad. My wife and I continue to be so disappointed in this experience. Perhaps Wolfgang needs to give more personal attention to his restaurants. We had previously enjoyed all of his other restaurants. We usually visit Vegas once or twice a year, but we would never consider Spago again, but overtime as we walk past this location, we will probably remember this bad experience.
