Lunch at Spago was good, just not great. We ordered the Asian Chicken Salad, Hong Kong Cod, Steak Salad, Cookies Plate and Milles Feuilles. All of the food was tasty though none was amazing. Service began excellent but lost efficiency and attention to detail toward the end of the meal.

I have to say. This restaurant is ridiculously over priced! I paid almost $300 for a few glasses of whine...and a steak that consisted of 6 thinly sliced bites, and two carrots. That is high way robbery. I can spend 10 dollars more and go to FOGO De Chao and have all the steak I could ever eat. And to top it off the Valley is expensive as well. If you are bored , and very VERY WEALTHY. and not very hungry, then go right ahead. I think it's so expensive because it's where celebrities go to be alone. Of course we saw no celebrities during our stay. It's just not worth it. Take your money somewhere else that is reasonable, where you can a meal that will actually fill you up!!!!!

We had the tasting menu and thought it was 3 Michelin Star caliber food for half the price. Everything was perfectly prepared and savory. Phenomenal wine list too.

Arrived 15 min early. Seated promptly.
Seated by the open view kitchen. Not the best seat, but able to watch the kitchen work. Entertaining.

Ordered the Chirashi, wienerschitzel, grilled salmon.
Food was excellent !

Spago is absolutely my go-to when visiting Beverly Hills. As a business traveler I often dine alone and the atmospheres that I am comfortable in and enjoy myself in are few. Spago breaks that mold and I always enjoy myself. For my most recent meal I invited a colleague and we enjoyed beautiful meals and had a great time.

This is a great restaurant. Best in our 5 days in LA. Great service. Exceptional salads. Wonderful ambience. Could have stayed longer but we had tickets to a show. Plan more time to travel. We will be back.

Had a terrible experience at Spago. The service was overbearing, rude, condescending and arrogant. This would have been our 3rd time at Spago and we had never experienced such rudeness from our waitress and sommelier before. The waitress reminded me of the waitresses at Denny's. We walked out because we were unwilling to be treated badly while spending a large sum of money for our Anniversary dinner celebration.

A wonderful restaurant - and made even more wonderful by Danny our waiter - we have seriously the best waiter ever had - funny at the right times, right there when u needed him - one class act.

Food was wonderful - especially the lamb - cooked medium rare to perfection - a pleasure to eat at this restaurant

There are few chefs in this world who can own a signature on their dishes. Chef Puck does it consistently from the apps to the desserts. Don’t miss out on the incredible jewel boxes of exquisite chocolates even if you’ve had dessert. These little mouthfuls of gems each tastes like a composed meal on its own consisting of aromatics, sweet and and savory elements. They make the best salted caramel chocolates taste like milk duds.

Well, I eat in resturants a lot, all over the world, and I was looking for an authentic California experience. I heard this place is a famous one, and kbow of the chef of course. I cam for cocktails and lunch and must say I was extremely disappointed with our experience. Our waiter, seemed to be having a bad day.. and kept forgetting our orders. Drinks? We never had a chance to get cocktails so we wanted to have water at least that never came.. after asking for sparkling water we had to ask for a drink menu twice, and got it only after we actually got our food (the drink menu arrived after sitting at the table for about 30 minutes) we where fine, trying to take our time... after all we came to enjoy and weren't looking to complain. But it was just not a good experience.
The only good things I can mention are the parking service, the hostess (that was very nice), the place in general (decore, people, atmosphere) and the truffle pasta (extremely expensive but extremely tasty)
Everything else was mediocre and disappointing, and not worth the price to be honest. All n all - seems to me like a lot of fuss and not much to show for it... I can only hope this was an unfortunate one-time thing and for other guests to have a better chance of enjoying their lunch...

Wonderful Easter dinner at Spago. We were warmly welcomed and taken good care of. We were disappointed we could not do the regular tasting menu but now we have a reason to return one day.

Prix Fixe menu for Easter was grossly overvalued and overpriced. The quality of the food was good, but not spectacular, which I would have expected considering the cost. The wine list is extensive, but also grossly overpriced. In all, I wouldn't return. There are too many excellent restaurants to choose from which are just as nice and present a better value.

For Easter Brunch you pay a large fixed price and basically nothing gets included to drink. No cheapo mimosas, no wine, no nothing. For a high price you ought to get some basic wine included. Nope.

Avarage . I was expecting more. The food was lacking ingredients. I ordered a feta salada and they brought micro pieces i could not even taste , for a type of restaurant I found cheap.
