We really enjoyed ourselves. We all are new to Vegas/Nevada and beyond enjoyed every bit of our time there. From the front door greeting to our leaving we were stuffed and happy overall. Thank you so much and I really want to thank our server but I didn’t catch his name, the strawberry was great and thank you for dealing with our silliness

Made a reservation for 10-8 showed up. The service was extremely slow and it took quite a long time to receive food. Drinks came on time. Always had full glasses. It was a special occasion dinner and nothing was acknowledged. This will probably be our first and only time at SW. Maybe it was a bad night as I have heard good things but it was a strikeout for us.

While I have enjoyed this restaurant in the past, my most recent visit was disappointing. Service was unusually slow and it took about an hour to receive our entrees. It was obvious that our order was somehow not appropriately placed with the kitchen. If the waiter was more attentive, he would have noticed this. Also, I was further disappointed with my entree. When I order a pasta carbonara at Italian restaurants, I expect it to be made with pancetta, not bacon. Big difference and a big pet peeve of mine. The cacio and pepe entree we ordered was also very disappointing.

To start, it states on Open Table "business casual" attire and it is not that type of establishment. This is a great place to meet with friends and have a fun time. I liked how the decorative theme complemented the name and there is so much more that could be done in this area. Now, I would not consider it a place to take a date or your spouse for a quite romantic night. It just didn't project that feeling and I don't think that's their intent either. The server was polite, professional, and offered suggestions, which was helpful. The food ranged from above average (chicken Marsala) to below average (butternut squash w/ fried sage). The one down side is the washrooms only accommodate one person at a time and are shared by the staff. And they are not very clean. To sum it all up, it is a local establishment where you'd go to meet friends and hang out to have a fun time and it's not pretending to be more than that.

The food was excellent and so was the service. Had the beet salad and shrimp scampi with the grilled garlic bread! It was the best! Great glass of wine. Just love this place and never have been disappointed. Highly recommend!

Took over 1hr to get served dinner after having the appts which took 30 min to get. Waiter never removed dirty plates from table for almost an hour. Tried to serve the next course with the dirty plates still on table . Worst service we have seen there

I went to dinner at Spaghetti Western with my parents and my kids. I ordered my son the kids’ spaghetti and meatballs and asked if the sauce could be changed to meat sauce. The server said, “no problem”. Later, while looking over the bill and I saw the kids’ spaghetti and meat sauce $9.99, meatball $3.50, and meatball $3.50. I summoned over the server. That’s not what I ordered. Why did I get charged for the meatballs, I asked the server. She told me “That’s the way they ring it up” and she would get the manager. I ordered spaghetti and meatballs. If anything, they should have charged me for the “sauce change” I guess. More about that later. The server gets the manager Alex, and he comes over and asks” what’s the problem?”. I told him “I asked for the spaghetti and meatballs with meat sauce and your server said no problem”. Alex proceeded to tell me “That’s the way they ring it up.” I said “what you rang up is not what I ordered.” I also told him of my displeasure for the meat sauce at which time Alex accused me of now complaining about the food and “which one is it? Now you don’t like the food?”. I said I told your server in the beginning that my son did not like the food and the server said “then I guess you know not to order it next time.” At that time, I wasn’t going to push the issue since the meal was $9.99. Then when the bill came out and my sons meal was a total of $16.99 now and I received a smart aleck remark earlier from the server I was not going to let that happen. Alex then told me he would take off 1 meatball. I told him I shouldn’t be charged for any meatballs and if anything, a small sauce change fee. He said 1 meatball. I said both meatballs or I will let the world know of this madness. Alex said he took this as a threat and feels like not doing anything for me now. At that point I handed him two credit cards to split the bill down the middle with my parents. By the way the meat sauce looked like “Taco Bell meat”

Since moving into the neighborhood this has been one of our favorite places. The food is always good (my first review but I’ll bet we’ve been there 10 or 15 times in the past year). The service can be spotty but I’ve learned that if you ask for Heather you’re going to get super friendly, efficient service. She’s the real deal. The food - oh my god. Last night they had a chicken rollatini special that was AWESOME. the rest of the family had spaghetti, meatballs, and the Bobbi pasta. The Bobbi is always really good but last night they were a little heavy with the sun-dried tomatoes. It was still tasty but those are a little chewy. The Saltimbocca, the Piccata, the lasagna (homemade) and the desserts are all great. Don’t forget the Fetunta appetizer - you don’t want to miss this. It’s So simple yet so tasty. The only negative - and I really hate this - is that they switched from Coke to Pepsi. This means I have to adjust what I would normally order and sometimes don’t get a drink that I’d want.

First time here. As soon as you walk in, the smell is amazing! The food was very delicious! We went on Saturday before Mother’s Day and it was busy! We made a reservation and were sat right away. It seemed they were maybe short staffed but unsure. Seemed like he was the only server maybe 1 other. Either way, our drinks were refilled and we were checked on often. Food took quite a bit of time but it came out tasting very good so it made up for that. Will be back and will recommend!

This place rocks!! Every time we go(every Friday night) it is awesome. We like to sit at the bar. Cooper and bar team are great, they make sure everything is perfect. There is always a lively group and most important…..the food is plentiful and always piping hot! This place is solidly in my rotation!!!

My husband and I love this place! The food is excellent with so many delicious selections! We love the Arrabiata pasta so much we seldom have anything else! Great wine selection and an overall fun atmosphere! The wait staff is very attentive and does an excellent job!
