The place was Great...Parking, Service, Food and Atmosphere could not have been better. The only negative thing I can think of would be their ADA accessibility. My Wife and I had to help my mother up and down stairs because there wasn't a ramp for her walker.

We had a party of 4 with reservations. Both couples were sat at different table’s. We finally found each other after 15 min. Apps came out cold! Salad and entrees came out at the same time! We ask for water 4 times! Never got the ranch dressings we ask for! Parm cheese came out with no lid on shaker! 🤨

Everyone was so friendly and the service stands out in comparison with other restaurants. Loved being able to sit in the trolley car for our 10 year old’s experience but I don’t think there’s a bad table in the whole restaurant. The service is the #1 for this review but everything was outstanding.

We were first surprised to find the hostess had no record of our Open Table reservation. They weren’t busy and we were seated immediately. Our waitress was very pleasant but also very slow. Happily we weren’t in a hurry! The food portions were large as usual and good, but not excellent. We had more food than we could eat and had some to take home. Overall a good value and we’ll come back.

This was perfect! We brought guests from Texas and Georgia with us and things couldn't have gone better! Reservations were at 5.:00....we were seated at 5:00! They were excited about our surroundings and of course, the Trolley car! I will definitely use Open Table again!

I chose the Spaghetti Warehouse because we had a group of 10 and felt that they were set up for larger groups. The restaurant did not fail in that respect. We were seated quickly and our server greeted us within minutes. The food was as expected but the restaurant was out of applesauce for the children’s meals. Our server was okay but had to be reminded often to fill our requests.

We received excellent service throughout the visit, even though the restaurant was busy that night. We had a group of 20 people in our party, were served quickly, and the waitress made sure to keep checking on us to see if we needed anything else. The food was very good, and we loved that they decorated the place for Halloween! We'll definitely be back again.

Spaghetti Warehouse has been a favorite for nearly 30yrs. On our recent visit I had my usual manicotti with minestrone, and the food was delicious. I am sad that the tiramisu is no longer on menu, but the Cheesecake Factory desserts are a suitable replacement.

We made a reservation the day before but the restaraunt had no record of it. With that said, they sat us extremely quick! We ordered an appetizer and our dinner then waited almost a full hour til the food was brought to the table. We never received our appetizer and when we told the waitress she made sure we got it shortly after and removed the charge from the bill.

Haven't been dining out at all but still kept tabs on my favorite places. Spaghetti Warehouse had a special on something I've never tried and thought, hey why not go. Grabbed a friend and was so glad we went. All the safety protocols were being followed, our server was new but if he didn't know something he would find out & the food was excellent!! We will definitely be back!!

This restraint did very little to reduce the possible mass exposure of COVID. First, 25% of the staff continued to keep their mask below there nose and take off their mask when they were in the kitchen area among each other. There needs to be better training by management and corporate than currently in place. Second, the state indicates that group can sit together but they need to be at least 6 foot apart, the only place this was true was the trolly car, the other parts of the dining room were not compliant with this. Third, upon leaving the waiting area was full with at least 40 plus people in a room that was 12ft by 20ft. I felt unsafe during the pandemic to quickly walk through this area which I felt was endangering my family and everyone in the waiting area that seems to have a lack of understanding of the current situation of the variant of COVID. I would advise that there is more focus on safety that currently in place.

The waitress rushed us. We sat down at 8pm and she had our check to us by 8:36pm. We were a party of 5(3 kids). I've never ate a dinner so fast. It was my husband's birthday and we wanted cheesecake for dinner..the waitress brought to go boxes and the bill and said thank you for coming and never offered dessert and she was gone. Yes it's a pandemic and the restaurant closed at 9 but we drove 30 minutes from Michigan to get out of the house, do something different, and it was a birthday celebration. The food was ok not the best. Overall, I've never felt so unwelcomed before and rushed.

Will be my last visit. Food was ok except they brought salad, appetizer, and meal all at the same time. Also the dessert was frozen solid and coffee was horrid. Service was also terrible. Has to ask for plates for bread, silverware was filthy, never bussed the table and no refills on drinks. This place is not at all what I had remembered after Mud Hen games.
