Spaghetti Warehouse - Syracuse
The Spaghetti Warehouse Restaurant was opened in Syracuse in 1989. The iconic full-size trolley was installed in one of our dining rooms with other interesting collectibles. Back then, it was common to see trolleys in bustling downtown Syracuse.
Our historic warehouse building once housed the Amphion Company. Later, the building housed Julius Resnick, Inc. a manufacturer of fashionable handbags with unique craftsmanship, artistry, and sophistication. We are in the process of reinventing ourselves to become more relevant while trying to maintain our current loyal customers. Come to our Syracuse restaurant and indulge in freshly prepared American-Italian items like Our Incredible Warehouse Lasagna, Our Famous Spaghetti & Meatballs, Chicken Parmigiana, tasty sandwiches, and Warehouse Pizzas. Discover a unique version of local specialties such as Chicken Riggies enjoying the authentic local wines and beers.

This place is as solid as ever. Portions are huge and the service staff was great. My only other comment is that I miss the little Italian flags on top of the Lasagna. It's more for sentimental purposes, not critical of the restaurant. Thanks for doing what you do!
Great place, great service. Ample portions as well! will return when in the area!
The food and service were fine, but the restaurant was simply dirty. My feet stuck to both the tile and carpet floors as I walked, and the carpets were filthy.
All food was marginal.
My college student Granddaughte’s favorite place. Got a table in the trolley. Server was so nice and friendly.
Even with the understaffing it was a great time. Food was yummy and we were able to chat.
I hope that at some point, they will be so busy that getting a table will become a little harder.
Great place for our large group of 10. We were in a separate area so we could easily carry on a conversation. They were quite short staffed, but we got excellent service. The food was good. The décor was interesting, but needed a little TLC.
Restaurant was very dirty. There was a pipe that was leaking in the ceiling on my daughter with rusty water. When we asked to move the manager goes yeah we know the pipe is leaking you can move but your food will be here soon. Good was ice cold
We tried this place on a Sunday night as nobody else was open. Just horrible. Dirty, grimy place, the carpets and table coverings smell of mildew. You would think that they couldn’t screw up the spaghetti right? They can. The Italian wedding soup was edible. Overcooked and flavorless. This place needs either a visit from Gordon Ramsey, or to be put out of its misery.
Great for one time to see the artwork and decor but food was mediocre. Small menu and sauce tasted put of a can, fries were flavorless and oily. Forgot the kids drinks until the end of dinner.
The food is consistently good , the service friendly and helpful. The girl at the entrance was not friendly and guided us to our table , dumping the menus down without waiting for us to get to the table. It was not busy, so there was no need to rush. But we will come again, because we love Spaghetti warehouse.
We had a 7pm reservation, did not get seated until 7:45pm. Waiter was excellent but kitchen was not. Took way too long for food to come out and we only ordered ravioli. Will not be back.
Made a reservation for my son's 9th birthday. Arrived on time and checked in. The hostess said she could not seat us because the kitchen was backed up and the wait would be 10-15 minutes. I said ok but you do take reservations from open table, she said yes. Then I asked well are we set for waiting, again yes.we go sit for 35 minutes tes and seen people being seated who arrived after us. So we go check what is going on. She says she doesn't have my name written down. I then ask well what about my reservation? She says what reservation. Now another hostess has come up and when I say the one through opentable she looks and says yes you are right there. The hostess I originally checked in with says we'll I can write your name down and it'll be about a 30 minute wait.🤦 At this point we thank her for ruining my son's birthday dinner and leave. We had to settle for ordering a 🍕. The restaurant I'm sure is good but the hostess was horrible.
Would not recommend.
Good job. No issues. ........................................
Would definitely drive the hour again food was out standing
Service wasn’t great but tried to overlook it. My pasta was way overdone and mushy plus I asked for sautéed mushrooms which were not included. But other than that I guess it was ok. The ambiance definitely makes up for a lot!
Girl who seated us acted like she couldnt be bothered being there. And my spaghetti and meatballs had too too much oregano. Couldnt eat it. Husbands broccoli and garlic butter had no flavor. Only good spot was waitress. She was very hard working
Always liked the Spaghetti Wearhouse, and found this, our first visit in several months, to be very pleasant.
The restaurant has character and is a relaxed place for family or friends to gather for a good meal.
Very nice family and or business restaurant. Food is very good and although the menu is shortened after covid 19 it still has enough great selections to accommodate all tastes. Parking is good and well lite, area is very nice and near mall and hotels. We had one in Rochester years ago and was one of my favorites , so having this one so close it great. I recommend this to all with great friendly staff and fun time for all.
I think the food was good, as expected. The services was outrageously poor. We did not receive anything we needed in a timely fashion. Typicall that would be because the kitchen is slow, but this was not the case. Our waitress genuinely did not care if we got our food or drinks. She barely listened to anything we asked for and got a lot wrong. When we mentioned it she seemed annoyed with us.
All and all I think its a decent place to eat, but I really wouldn't recommend it on account of the wait-staff, unfortunately.
I had chicken riggies. The menu said spicy. They were far beyond that. I could hardly eat them. Either change the recipe or take them off the menu.
The food was delicious, the service spectacular, and the social distancing amazing
Very good. I will go back.
Wish there was a better variety on the salad but I personally was only there for the pasta so that wasn’t that big of an issue.
Excellent service. Very good spaghetti and meatballs. Great sauce and sourdough bread. We will be going back for the chicken farm and lasagna!
Food was mediocre. Place is dirty. Would not recommend.

Thank you for the review, We look forward to serving you again. Pat Wager General Manager
Awesome food we shared the ultimate feast and took leftovers home.
First time visit to the spaghetti warehouse. We had a pepperoni pizza for appetizer. It was delicious. Nice crust. Plenty of pepperoni. I had the chicken parmigiana sandwich with fries. Nice and hot and crispy. Spaghetti and meatballs with sausage good. My friend had the trio. She likes the Alfredo and the chicken parm. The lasagna for her taste had too much sausage in it. Overall good dining experience. Waiter was friendly and we didn’t feel rushed. Definitely would come back and suggest this place.
We truly enjoyed our time and the staff was amazing. She never let our drinks run out and the food was impeccable!!!
Our dinners were sub par for the normal Spaghetti warehouse. We are frequent guests and were very disappointed during this trip. We drove all the way from Binghamton, NY. 4 of us in a party of 7 order chicken parm and the chicken was way overcooked and rubbery and it had barely any sauce on it at all. We tried not to say much but when my brother asked to have his taken back and replace it with an item that was less expensive, the item was never changed on the bill. There was no one else in the front of the place except for us so I feel that the quality of our meal should have been so much better than it was. This trip definitely made me rethinking weather or not we will make the trip to go there again.
Great dinner food was good waiter was a nice guy. Over all was ok for my Birthday.
Went on Valentine's day for lunch. The server was very nice and had knowledge of the menu. The manager was friendly as well when he came around to check on customers around the restaurant. The drinks were good. The food was mediocre at best. I expected the food to have more quality and taste since the restaurant is called "Spaghetti Warehouse." I don't think I'll return.
The legend of the Spaghetti Warehouse endures! We arrived for lunch on a quiet Sunday afternoon, and the hostess marched our party of six straight to the bed-frame ... how cool! Casey was our patient and attentive waitress. Celebrating two birthdays, we lingered over the menu, lingered over our drinks, and lingered over our appetizer trio. And then we dug into our generous entrée plates. Yes, we even took time for shareable desserts. The ambiance is bright and colorful and airy with cheerful service staff. Recommended for just about any occasion, large or small.
Spaghetti Warehouse delivered as always! We had a reservation for 12 and everything was set when we got there. Bread and butter was delivered right after our drink order, soups and salads came out quickly. We all ended up getting the Ultimate Feast for 2 platters and they did not disappoint! Bravo!
This is my absolute favorite restaurant in Syracuse. Mainly because they make great lasagna, and I can't make lasagna to save my life. It's the place we go to on my birthday, on Valentine's Day, and any other special occasion when you ask me where I want to go for dinner.
And...there's so much food that we end up taking it home with us to eat for breakfast and lunch on other days. Really...we can't eat as much as they give us in one sitting, so when we come, we bring our own plastic containers with us, knowing that after the bread, the salad, and the appetizer, we'll be stuffed.
Go here. Really.
Celebrating a birthday and our party of 7 had a wonderful time. Food was excellent and the service was outstanding.
Hot, delicious food, great service and great ambiance.
The hostess looked disheveled, her hair was not combed, her clothes were not what you would expect. Dressed in jeans t-shirt & a flannel.
Our waiter was slow & you kept having to ask him to repeat himself
He forgot our order & after waiting over an hour for dinner to be served all 4 meals were served COLD
