You can also opt for the dish that Spaghetti Warehouse in Pittsburgh is known for, and enjoy an unforgettable bowl of pasta with your choice of toppings.
Spaghetti Warehouse was awesome - food was delicious with generous portions - waitress was wonderful and very attentive - this is our second trip and we were not disappointed. Valet parking is a plus with limited parking in area and very efficient.
Bathrooms were very dirty.
everyone from Valet to our server were above expectations, the food was awesome and the price was just right (portions are bigger than expected). Can't thank the Spaghetti Warehouse enough for a great Father's Day Lunch!
Food was good, however due to construction there was no parking near the restaurant so I had to park two blocks away and had to pay for parking!
Some of the food was amazing (baked ziti, lasagna) and some of it was just ok (wedding soup, spaghetti). Overall it was very good. The service was prompt, but they did mess up an order of one person at the table which had to be subsequently fixed. The portions and quality are definitely worth the value. The inside atmosphere was cool but still had family friendliness. It was not crowded but the way the seats were set up (the "bed" booths) still offered each table privacy which I imagine would still be the case if it had been crowded. Would definitely go back to get some of that food again.
We were stuck in between a group of about 30 people of not more. I was extremely mad and annoyed. We had made reservations and if they did too then who ever arranged the seating needs to pay more attention next time. It completely ruined our experience
Great food and great service! Well done!
I was there with 2 other guests for the Pittsburgh 1/2 marathon. Food was excellent but it took a while to get it. I guess that was to be expected with the number of people there. Glad we had reservations! I will definitely go back.
Exceptional food as usual! I had the Chicken Alfredo. Wanted a little extra Alfredo sauce but it never came. Only saw 1 waitress on our entire side of the restaurant! Surprisingly, because we always have great service.
Spaghetti Warehouse offered only street parking (which is non-existent in the Strip District area of Pittsburgh) or valet parking. We have been there before and they had a traditional surface parking lot behind the restaurant. That lot was no longer available for patrons. It is being used for construction. We should have been notified of the parking situation prior to our visit.
Open Table thanks me for making my reservation through them. When I got to the restaurant, they said they didn't have any reservation for me.
THIS WAS OUR FIRST TIME DINING WITH YOU. IT WAS A WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE AND MY FAMILY TOTALLY ENJOYED THE ATMOSPHERE IN THE TROLLEY AND THE FOOD WAS EXCELLENT--------------WE WILL DEFINITELY B BACK OFTEN. I WILL TELL FRIENDS AND FAMILY ABOUT THE GREAT PLACE YOU HAVE THERE AND RECOMMEND THEY ALL TRY IT. THANKS AGAIN
We always enjoy the great food at a reasonable price!
The food was really good. We both got the 15 layer lasagna and chicken parm. They also had all the kids favorites like spaghetti and chicken fingers. The restaurant is set up nice with several areas to dine in, including a bar area. The service was a little lax. They were busy that night, but we waited a long time to have our order taken. Bread was not brought out until after our meal was half done. They completely forgot to bring my son's meal out and we had to ask for it. We also did not get any drink refills unless we flagged down our server (she didn't check back if we needed anything on her own).
The Spaghetti Warehouse certainly exceeded my expectations for a place called a "warehouse." The dinner was fantastic and well worth the price. Everybody in my party paid around $13 for his or her meal and went home with leftovers too. The desserts are a bit overpriced, however, especially the cheesecake. The restaurant has a warm and friendly atmosphere and is chock full of interesting knick knacks to peruse while you wait for your food. All in all, I will definitely be returning in the future!
The food was fabulous, and the Waiter Randall was very pleasant ans very good. We didn't have to wait for nothing, when we were low on bread and drinks he brought it, we didn't have to ask for anything.
My wife and I had the Four-Course Dinner for Two and it was excellent! We had the sangria, the calamari, my wife had the Spicy Shrimp Pasta and I had the 15-Layer Lasagne, and the cannolis for desert. All of this food/drink for $49.99, including two salads. Great value, location, ambiance and the food was excellent!
We got there early before our reservation, but we were seated 15 minutes after our reservation time.
We had the New Year's Eve special....app / salad / entree / dessert / wine for only $50. We always love theire lasagna. Our server , Kaitlyn, was WONDERFUL!! You can't beat the food quality and quantity for the price. We heard that they are going to remodel next month....I hope the food and prices don't change!
As a person constantly training, I must keep my diet clean and healthy (with scheduled cheat meals, of course!). Italian food is my favorite type of food to indulge in; however, this was the worst cheat meal I've ever had, which is extremely disappointing. I had the beer chili thinking it would be a nice spin on the classic - wrong. It was horrible! I didn't even finish it. My chicken alfredo was dry, dry, dry! The chicken seemed like it had been overcooked then overhead about 10 times. The best food on the table was the $22 bottle of wine that I could purchase at the store for $6. None of the people at my table had good food either. They were all disappointed as they were also excited to consume a cheat meal. Since no one finished their meals and we all left unsatisfied, we ended up at a place that never disappoints - Pittsburgh Popcorn Company!
We love the food and the ambiance at our Spaghetti Warehouse. The restaurant was really crowded; our service was too slow but pleasant and ultimately our needs were met.
The quality and quantity of food for the price was excellent. The service on the other hand was absolutely awful! I asked for a drink and never got one, waitress seemed very unfriendly, and overwhelmed. There was 2 managers running around and not very helpful. I would say this being our first trip here was not a good one!
I have heard rave reviews of Spaghetti Warehouse and quite frankly was unimpressed. I got a table 45 minutes after my reservation time, it took another 10 minutes to see a waitress. When the appetizers finally showed up we had to wait another 15 minutes to get silverware. Our hostess complained about how tired she was and that the bosses were watching her and she was very unprofessional in general. The food was good, but it took almost an hour and a half after we were seated to finally receive our meals. Overall, I was hoping for a better experience.
I am from Pittsburgh. Its been awhile since I was here last. Food was great. Service well not so much. Waitress never checked on is or asked how our meal was. Good thing my girlfriend and I were not thirsty cause she never refilled our drinks. Good food and good history in the place just don't expect much from you waitress.
We had not been here for a few years and decided to come before our show. The food was delicious but the service was extremely slow. We were there around 5:15 but it was not busy so I'm not sure what the problem was. When we have been there previously it was packed and the service was great. A little disappointed,
My wife got the Chicken Parm it was burn't the waitress brought another one it was a little burn't but eatable.
Decoration is cheerful and colorful like a traditional Italian restaurant! Menu is creatively presented in a newspaper and has tons of options. Servers are kind and always present. Food is very good. And prices are reasonable.
Overall a great experience!
Very poor service. Actually, horrible service. Food was decent.
The best pasta ever!
Server rushed us, appetizer and meals came out at the same time. We did not receive bread as custom in the Spagetti Warehouse. We knew the server did not forget because she brought it to the table right next to us. The server proceeded to find me on FB after the event and send me a rude message because I did not tip her well and asked where the bread was...
We've eaten here before and were pretty happy with the food and level of service that we've received in the past, but this time....put a bad taste in my mouth, literally. First, the service was horrible. Our waitress took forever (over 10 minutes) to get our order, then she took just as long to get our drinks to us. This level of service was maintained for the rest of our visit. My empty drink glass was walked by at least 6 times during the meal. My wife had a glass of wine, and never got the chance to order a second glass. After all was said and done, I received one refill of my tea right before we left. Second, the food was well below my expectations. I went to the restaurant to take advantage of their Veterans Day promotion (Buy one get one free), but their normal Wednesday night specials were a better value (or so I thought). I ordered the $5.95 Fettuccine Alfredo with chicken for another $3. My son ordered the same thing as me, and my wife ordered spaghetti. When the food came, there was barely any sauce on either of our plates. My wife really liked the spaghetti sauce, but there just wasn't enough to coat all of the noodles. And since we were largely ignored during the meal, we were unable to ask for a little bit more sauce for any of our plates. Additionally, my and my son's fettuccine alfredo with chicken had a distinct very burnt taste to it. This, combined with the lack of alfredo sauce, made for a bad tasting meal.
I'll likely give the restaurant another chance in the future, but not in the near future...
We enjoyed dining here celebrating husbands 60th B-Day. We both had the spaghetti/meatballs
& thought it was very delicious & it was also very hot, which is important to us. Our server was nice and was attentive to what ever we needed. Overall it was a very nice dining experience & will come back.
Had a wonderful dinner before going to a play at the Benedum. We loved our Server Randy he was very jovial and made the dinner great!
My husband and I often go to the Spaghetti Warehouse when we have coupons and are going to a show or event downtown. It's not fancy, but the food is good and once you are seated the service is efficient. Nearly every time we go there is no hostess at the door and we have to wait a while to be seated or put our names in to wait. It seems to be their policy not to have a dedicated person to do this, but just random servers show up when they see that people are waiting. It's strange. The decor is eclectic and strange too, although the carpets and furniture could really use some updating. They got rid of the vegetable lasagna, which I used to order every time. I was heartbroken for a moment, but I ordered a spicy shrimp pasta dish and that made me feel better. While a little too greasy, the flavor was fantastic and it made me forget all about the lasagna. Get your salad dressing on the side, as mine was pretty heavily doused. The prices are good even without a coupon but when you have one, it's downright cheap.
Something happened to our reservation. Open Table never acknowledged my reservation with a confirmation number or sent me a reminder. I called Spag Warehouse 4 days ahead to confirm. It wasn't on the books. The woman answering the phone said that on-line reservations are on the manager's desk, he was in a meeting and not available. Strange. So I made a verbal reservation via that phone call. Not confident about the whole thing, I reconfirmed again the day before our event just to be sure that reservation was entered in the books. The person answering the phone said, "Are you Amy?" I said, "No." She said, "Are you the party of 6?" "Yes and I'll see you tomorrow at 6:15," I said. She said, "Tomorrow? I said, "Yes." She said, "Oh."
It worked out okay, thank heavens, as it was a birthday dinner for a friend. But, until we got there, the reservation remained quite questionable in our minds.
The food was fine. We had a good time after all.
Our reservation made through open table at 9 am in morning for a 6pm reservation was not honored for same day reservations, so we had to wait an hour to be seated. We did see alot of empty tables, so the restaurant was very understaffed.
I ordered water with lemon, while I looked over the drink menu; it was served to me room temperature! Without ice and without a lemon. I did not complain because when we did see our server it was very rushed. I also did not order wine.
The house loaf of bread was so hard we could not slice it with the dull knife that was provided without crushing it . Also, we were a table of 4, and were only served one small loaf, it was only enough for 2 people.
The salad was mostly the white pieces of head lettuce with the core in my bowl, a tiny thin slice of roma tomato and a half slice of cuccumber. I asked for the "house" italian dressing. It was cheap bottled golden italian dressing. I ordered meatballs with the ravioli, no meatballs were served to me. We were not offered dessert and were rushed our bill.
The bill was completely wrong. We went on a Wednesday which was a special Lasagna day for $6.00. We were charged the $12.95 menu price. Another server, or hostess or manager walked over to our table and asked us if we needed something. We told her and she took our bill to fix it.
10 minutes later she walked past us, with our bill, and used it as an order paper for another table. We saw her actually writing on it, with our credit card in her hand!
We will not be going back to this restaurant, ever!
We are frequent diners, even though its a 50 mile drive to the strip district. Food, atmosphere, and service are always great. They have a private parking lot too. Décor is always interesting, as you always notice something new. A great place to eat !
Location was extremely busy for Father's Day. Tables are very close together. Service was average - had to ask for silverware at least 3 times, even after the salads were given to us. Food followed very shortly after salad / soup so there was not much time to enjoy it. Excellent soup, spaghetti, and lasagna. Dessert was great but very limited choices. We would go again, but not on a holiday.
We had a wonderful time with our 3 year old granddaughter! She especially liked the candy that beckoned to her along every wall of the front entrance - parents be prepared. The lasagna and salmon pasta were tasty, the salads were iceburg lettuce, which was disappointing, and the kids pizza was generous. Decent beer selection. When ordering wine, get an explanation of the varieties - the house red is ridiculously sweet. I would take a group back here. especially kids or those with a simple love of pasta!
I haven't been to the spaghetti warehouse in over twelve years and nothing has changed. I brought my two young sons so the could sit next to the trolley in doors and what little kid doesn't love spaghetti. Now that they have been there I feel we'll probably not return. The food was good, the price was good, but it looks worn and beet. Service was fine but felt like they where under staff 45min to an hour wait while tables sat empty.
