Spaghetti Warehouse - Dayton
Nice place for basic meal, certainly not special. Very good service.
We loved the Spaghetti Warehouse! We went their to celebrate a graduation. The food was fabulous. Everyone loved their dish. Would go there again!
Everyone seemed stressed. Lots of people helped our server, which was great, but everyone seemed frazzled to do it. Had to ask for napkins and forks 3 times before actually getting them.
It was a good meal but just not a great one.
Food is great but disappointed that my favorites have been taken off the menu.
First time there! I didn't know what to expect, the food was wonderful and service was great. I would definitely go there again.
I was disappointed that I made a reservation on Open Table, 2 days ahead, and still had to wait for a 1/2 hour and the table they seated us at had been empty the whole time. A party of 14 walked in just ahead of us, no reservations, and were seated and eating before we were. Not sure open table works👎
Our Girl Scouts enjoyed fabulous food, and we had a great time together! Spaghetti Warehouse is the perfect place for groups large and small to get together and make memories!
The food was excellent, the server was wonderful her name was Bonnie and came to check on us and REFILL our glasses.
Haven''t had a bad experience yet. You should always have a reservation so you won't have a long wait.
The restaurant was loud and very warm. The waitress was brusque and down right rude at times. The constant singing of happy birthday coupled with the noise makers made any conversation at our table difficult. The food was awful. Bread only half baked and doughy in the middle. Sauces were undercooked and tasted like it was poured straight from a can. My family and I will never eat here again.
I understand they're going to be doing a renovation. It's not too soon!
I was looking forward to a going and nice meal for my birthday with my family and was disappointed. I made reservations online, when we got there they seated us at a table what was unprepared like we noticed other tables that had dinnerware, napkins and menus for people who had reservations. We placed our drink orders and an appetizer the server brought out our drinks and appetizer and some bread with no dinnerware, we sat there for a least 10 minutes no way to eat our appetizer or bread, an employee walked by we asked for dinnerware she said she would get us some, she never came back with any, so we got up and took some off another table that had been set for a reservation. The appetizer, bread and salad was good, the meals themselves were not. The meatballs I ordered with my meal came out plain which did not know that you had to add a sauce, but I asked for the tomato sauce and it wasn't good, the meatballs were dry and bland, the lasagna was ok, it had an odd flavor, and the spaghetti chili was ok. So overall we were all equally disappointed in the measl and service.
Great atmosphere and amazing / fast service. My only complaint is that the food is very bland and not original.
Our celebration of Grandmas Birthday (Great Grandma to the kids) was wonderful. Fun beyond our expectations, our food was fantastic and our service was the best we've ever had. Some of us arrived 1/2 hour early, no problem, they were ready for us!
Grandma loved the Birthday song with the bells!
Our food was delicious with generous portions so most of us took home doggie bags, okay people bags!
We will be back. Thank you.
We made a reservation on Open Table, but when we arrived, they seemed surprised to see us and said they would find us a table. The walls around the booth they took us to were splattered with food debris and the silverware had spaghetti sauce on it, forcing us to request clean utensils. We waited over an hour for our food. In general, it was not what we were expecting from this establishment.
I admit, this review is biased, because there really wasn’t anything wrong with our experience at the restaurant. We went for lunch on a Saturday afternoon. We parked just across the street from the venue, however, while waiting for the crosswalk light to change, we were approached by a man asking for cash. He became belligerent and demanding so my husband gave him $10. He gave us a nasty look and said, ‘I need at least $15.’ To avoid things escalating further, my husband gave it to him. My appetite was gone. We won’t be back- for no fault of the restaurant, but the experience with the neighborhood was enough to keep me away for a lifetime.
If you are going to be in downtown Dayton, it is a great place to eat. The fact that we had a Broadway play to see with five people in our part on a Friday evening , we did not want to take a chance that we would have to wait on a table. The fact that we could make a reservation was the best way for us.
Great food and wonderful service! Thanks for a great experience! Will definitely return!
We always love to go there. The food is great and the memorabilia and nostalgia are awesome!
Seated us late, put a party of children next to the bar. All the waitresses/manager were complaining the entire time behind the bar. Hostess was rude and literally walked away while my mother was talking to her. Didn't get the food we paid for, kids food was so bad they didn't eat and it was taken off the meal, however they went hungry. Basic requests took 18 minutes or were completely ignored *no creamer for coffee* and the bathrooms were all clogged and the stall door was hanging off the hinge.
Always great food and great service. One of our favorite restaurants for family events.
Went for my birthday and they made me feel special wonderful waitress and great food.
The food was great. Large portions so we took home a doggie bag. All the stained glass is beautiful. We had a good time.
Service was excellent as was the food. Always a good value
Lasagna is incredibly delicious. Brought my daughter for her first time to celebrate her ninth birthday. She loved it. Great atmosphere and very personable and competent staff
Great service good food
Food was just average but the service was excellent.
Excellent food, atmospher, and service.
Definitely planning on going back
Valentines Day dinner because I was going to be out of town on the actual day.
Placed reservation weeks in advance. When we arrived on time they had no record of our reservation which was irritating. Our waitress was outstanding. The food arrived quickly and was delicious.
Even though they were very busy with many people waiting a Saturday night we were seated on time. Noise coming from the arcade machines was distracting but otherwise good service and great food.
Great food, great service and well priced! We had a great pre theatre dinner and had zero complaints. It was a perfect evening. Thank you!
Had a great meal. Due to the weather there were few patrons.
I have been going to Spaghetti Warehouse for over 25 years. I love the 15 layer Lasagna even though it did not appear to have that many layers. In fact, I thought it was larger when I had it years ago. It still had the taste I remember. Which speaks volumes. The consistency of quality has remained. I went for my birthday and enjoyed my visit. I made reservations online and had no wait when we arrived. Our server was attentive and made sure we were taken care of. The only issue I had was the need for renovation. The chairs we set on were damaged but were still comfortable. I would definitely recommend Spaghetti Warehouse. (Review was written by Sheri Yarbrough, David Fox is my father and I had the reservation put in his name.)
We love the spaghetti and meatballs and the 15 layer lasagna. Our waitress was very attentive and food was delivered to the table promptly. We enjoy our dinners at Spaghetti Warehouse.
Went for my mother's birthday. The food is always very good and the sangria is wonderful.
I got a gift card for here on Christmas so me and my boyfriend went for the first time ever and it didn’t disappoint! Our server was very friendly and attentive and our food was super yummy. We also both got the italian lemonade and it was probably the best lemonade cocktail i’ve ever had. We’re totally going to come back :)
Overall a good experience. We were seated in the trolley at a table for 4 and it was very tight. I'd ask for a booth or table on the floor somewhere next time. Our server was very personable and we got our food in about average time. The food was good but could have been hotter. My wife and I ordered the Ultimate Feast for two and it could have served 4 without a problem. Wish the beer was colder and the food warmer, lol. After all we learned we will go back!
We go every year for my birthday! We love it. Good food! Good prices!
Delightful family meal after the Nutcracker performance.
