   Would have liked to have seen our waitress more often. Had bottomless soup/salad and she never really offered to refill the soup/salad.

   We love this place! The food is consistently good and you leave full. The staff is very nice and it’s clean. Not a lot more you can ask from a restaurant! I still want to see the ghost!

   Food tasted great but took over an hour to get. Service was very poor, our waitress never checked on us and acted as if we were putting her out when we asked for anything.

   We went to Spaghetti Warehouse for Easter Sunday. It was a great experience and the food was delicious. It was fun being around our family and the service was wonderful

   Food was all very good, Calimari appetizer was a nice start, not rubbery like it can be. Server was attentive and friendly. Great evening out with the family.

    Our server was very slow and forgetful. My fiances food was almost inedible, my noodles were crunchy, my mom's food was cold. Seems this location is going downhill and that is very disappointing as this was one of my very places to eat.

    Waited for 20 minutes no one acknowledged we were there. Finally got someone’s attention. Was another 5 or 10 before a lovely lady came to help. (I think her name was Brittany). She apologized and had just came in 5 minutes before. She hustled and was super great to not only us but to others. A couple setting next to us told us “good luck” that they had waited a long time too. Had there order in but food came out 30+ mins later but it was hot and good. We watched as they had to flag a mgr down to get their bill and get a box. Might be hesitant on coming in again at that time. Maybe shift change was an issue??

    We sat in the street car with our grandson. The chair covers were mostly torn. I took pictures of the chairs and floors. The floors were dirty from dropped food and paper. It looked old and in need of upgrading. It was only 5:00. Hard telling what it looked like at the end of a Saturday evening. The food was good, but we didn’t realize that our grandson did not get part of his meal until the next day. This location should be kept in tip top shape because many people frequent there before the many downtown Dayton performances. I was embarrassed for the outsiders seeing the disrepair of the inside. Please upgrade this location to keep people in the downtown area. I would still eat here because the food is good, but I would warn visitors about the inside atmosphere.

    We arrived at our scheduled reservation time of 12:15 and were quickly seated. The restaurant was bus and appeared to be understaffed. We our food finally arrived at our table 45 minutes later (By some man who looked like the worked in the kitchen and was just helping out) - the food was cold. Not even the sauce was warm. The interior of the lasagna and ravioli was also luke warm at best. I think our food had been sitting for a while and the waitress forgot about it. Hoping next time we return the challenges of being a covid short staffed restaurant are over.

    The food was fantastic. We ordered the pick two appetizers, garlic cheese bread and fried mozzarella. Both delicious. Our entrees were fettuccini Alfredo, lasagna with Alfredo sauce and spaghetti with meatballs. Everything was amazing. The bread and butter they bring to the table was also really good. Service was very prompt and she took really good care of us. I would definitely recommend this place. We were visiting from out of town and had reservations here. We will definitely be back if we are in town and craving Italian.

    My chicken parm was burnt. The edges were literally black. I couldn't believe that they actually sent it out like that. I usually love this place, but I was disappointed this last time. Also, our order took unusually long to come out. A group that was behind us and got there after us received their food, ate, and was checking out by the time we received our food.

    We were in Dayton on a Sunday night to see Hamilton at the Schuster Center. Luckily we had a reservation. They got us in right on time but the place was packed with angry people with no reservation waiting for a table. If there’s a big event happening, suggest you make a reservation. Food is always great here.

    Restaurant was very busy, presumably from the theatre traffic. We were sat 45 minutes after reservation time. Server was nice and apologetic, but we had to leave after an hour and a half with no food. Would not return on a busy day or if we had any time constraints for future visits.

    The restaurant was very busy, but the staff was on top of it. They were friendly and accurate. Our food was hot and correct. It was my Dad's 70th birthday celebration and the staff sang to him and made him feel so special.

    I have been eating at Spaghetti Warehouse my entire life. It's a special treat my mother used to take my family out once a month. Unfortunately this place has lost its charm through the years. Now as a 34year old adult I mostly go there for the nostalgic experience. In my most recent visit we were sat immediately but that was only because I had a reservation. The table was still dirty upon sitting. My friends sweater got stuck to the table by something that was there beforehand. The bread, salad and my spaghetti were all sub par. Hardly any flavor. It was very underwhelming for a meal I can make at home for less than five dollars. Oh forgot to mention my soda was also flat on my second glass. At that point my friend and I were ready to go. The service was and speed was about normal for SW. Got in and out in a little over an hour. I will say if I didn't reserve a table my experience probably would have been worse. Thankfully we got out before our show started a few blocks away at the Schuster center. All in all this place is a dissapointment. It's not the same as when I was a kid. Just make sure you reserve a table in advance if you want to give this place a try, but do so at your own risk.

    It was a nice visit.... I hadn't been there in a long time... We were seated in the bar which my husband and son liked for the tvs but I really would have rather been in the main restaurant.

    Bonnie was fantastic. She checked on us frequently. We actually arrived a bit early and we’re still able to be seated right away. Food, as always, was excellent. Will definitely be back.

    Our visit was not up to the normal standards we have come to expect but I think it was due to the shortage of workers. We had reservations but still had to wait, there were many empty tables but there was no one to clean them. Our table had no utensils, napkins.., my dinner was served in a bowl rather than on a plate and it was barely warm and the sausage was dry. Not a great start to a night out for the holidays.

    I booked my reservation using Open Table and clearly indicated it was for my daughter’s birthday. Our waitress made no mention of our special occasion at any time. I would have spoken up, but our party of 6 was rushed through our dinner in record time (less than 45 minutes), with literally no more than 5 minutes between each course (bread, salad, entree, check). We weren’t even finished with dinner when she brought the check out. The food itself was delicious, with plentiful portions. As far as ambiance goes, if you haven’t been to a Spaghetti Warehouse in 20 years, nothing has changed. While the decor is unique and part of the experience, the tables, chairs, silverware , etc. need a serious update. All in all, I think we’ll stick closer to home next time.

    When we came up to the building oh, the doors were locked and there was a paper side of the door that says that they closed at 8. There were still people inside, but no way to get in. I assume just a lack of communication allowed us to get the reservation and not be updated with their hours

    Our server was great! The food and atmosphere were wonderful. Only criticism is background music was a bit loud. My husband has hearing aids and it was very hard for him to be a part of the conversation.

    Service was great, especially when there was issue in son's plate. Food good. We were put in very dark corner in bar area, no light over. If I were them, I would eliminate that spot from seating.
