   We never got our food before we had to leave in order to not miss a show. Had a reservation at 5:15. Got seated right away. 15 minutes later someone finally noticed us, got us drinks and said server will be around shortly. 15 minutes later the server came. We ordered everything as it was now 5:45 and we needed to leave by 6:40. 6:30 we still didn’t have anything but the salad and appetizer so we had to leave. I get they were short staffed but don’t get why they continued to seat people who were waiting if they didn’t have a reservation. They clearly did not have the staff to handle it.

   The food options was great. However, some of the food came out warm and cooled off quickly. The meat sauce was spicier than expected. Portion size was very good

   The service and food was good. The table top was dirty/sticky and so was the floor around the table .

   My husband and I took our granddaughter to eat here because she loves spaghetti. We were sat immediately, then waited for an hour for spaghetti and meatballs and an order of lasagna. We were informed by our server that a huge to go order was placed AFTER our order but they pushed back all inhouse orders to get the to go order out asap. When my lasagna came it was obvious that I got the last piece in the pan due to the fact that I only had sauce and a few lasagna noodles and none were stack together like lasagna is meant to be. We couldn’t have been more disappointed. The spaghetti was acceptable. We wanted to order dessert but didn’t because of the ridiculous wait for our meal. We will NEVER go back. I tried to find a manager but there didn’t seem to be one on sight. All the servers were very good as were the bussers but the management is very questionable. Who would allow an entire dining room to wait in order to get a large to go order out? I tried to post a pic but it wouldn’t let me.

   Let me start by saying, from the pictures we were excited to go, and there is truly so much history in this building, but that only makes the disappointing food even more of a let down. This place is huge, with a parking garage right across the street for a convenient short walk, truly so much potential. With the stained glass, wood work, and theming there's a lot of charm, then you get to the service, the dirty menus, and the poor upkeep of the building and things start to go downhill, then you try the food and... ouch. Nothing remarkable about any of the offerings, from the soggy fried pickles, getting the dressings wrong on our salads (while not busy) and watching multiple employees (hopefully on their break) hanging out behind the bar scrolling through videos with cups in hand. First italian place we've tried since we moved here, and the visuals in the photos are what swayed us to try here first, and can rest assured now it doesn't live up to those expectations.

   It took 1 hour to get our food. It was warm but not hot. The waitress only checked on us once before we got our food. We had to take it to go after a few bites so we didn’t miss our concert. They need more help!

   The food wasn't great. It was okay at best but reminded me of school caffiteria.

   Service was slow. Not sure why. Even though we had a table for 7, the table behind us had about the same number of people and got there after us, but left before. The food was good though and the value was great.
