   Food was great. We had reservations and arrived early and they seated us right away. Only complaint was they brought out our appetizers and we had to wait for them to bring the plates. Other than that everything was great

   Food was excellent, service pretty good. The place could use a bit sprucing up, looks more tired every time I go there. Holes in seat cushions, carpet coming up, many uneven spots, etc.

   Service was lousy. Two tables beside us had their dinners for free due to such lousy service. Also there is a sign labled 'Spaghetti Warehouse Parking' across the street. We parked there, only to come out and see a $89 ticket in our window. We did not see in small print it was only for certain hours. Very disappointed.

   Fantastic food great staff and an exceptional night out on Valentine’s Day you couldn’t have written it up on paper and get better than the way we were treated nice cozy spot in the trolley car a couple drink and a beautiful start for any special occasion

   The hostess had us all over the dining room, not knowing where to seat us. After seated, we sat at the table for 20 to 25 minutes and not one server waited on us. The service at the Dayton restaurant is really going down hill. We left without being waited on and don't plan on being back in the very near future.

   Not the same as I remember from a few years prior. Waitress, bread, and drinks were good. Main courses were overcooked. Sauce was mediocre at best.

   Worst 80.00 spent on 1st experience. Server needs more training. Group of 10 and had to yell our order to other end of table. Server was very forgetful on things we ordered. Food was cold when we got it. Had to wait in bread. Had to wait on refills. And the restaurant wasn't even busy. Our Server had 2 tables busy at the time. No excuses. She was not worth the 45.00 tip she got from the group from tip auto added on bill.....

    I remember why our family hasn’t been here in a few years. It’s very dirty and food was low quality. We won’t be going back.

    This place is always good. The portions are big, the sauce is garlicky and a little spicy. I love this place. Never had an issue at all. Staff is nice too…look for the ghost!!

    Spaghetti Warehouse has the absolute best spaghetti sauce and meatballs ever! Their bread is divine. We love the setting. We've always had great service here. Our family of seven had a fantastic lunch on New Year's Eve. My oldest daughter, who never finishes anything in a restaurant, ate her whole plate of Alfredo. Can't recommend enough!

    We had a nice time celebrating my son's 17th birthday. We love the atmosphere, decor and anesthetics of the location. The food is good. I would recommend to others. The service could've been better.

    It had been years since I at at Spaghetti Warehouse. It was exactly how I remembered going there as a kid. The warm bread and delicious butter was the perfect start. I elected for the Italian Wedding soup instead of salad and It was very flavorful. The grilled chicken Alfredo was delicious. This is the first place I've gotten Alfredo and there was plenty of Alfredo sauce. My friend got the lasagna ans added sausage and the Reese Cup Cheesecake. All were delicious according to him. He didn't leave any left. It was also the perfect location to walk through the alley to get to the Dayton Arcade for a Candlelight Concert.

    The Spaghetti Warehouse posted incorrect information reference the surround parking through this service. They posted free parking beginning at 5:30pm, when on-site it begins at 6:00pm. When confronted- the staff blamed open table, versus their own negligence for not updating the correct account information. When shown this error still has failed to correct and resolve the issue that resulted in a parking fine at 5:36pm relying on their false and misleading information.

    Had an amazing work holiday luncheon at Spagehetti Warehouse this week. Our service was top notch. The lasagna was the best lasagna I have had in a long time. I had not been to Spaghetti Warehouse in many years and I didn't know what to expect, but I was pleasantly surprised! We will be back.

    We got seated immediately after we arrived. The waitress took our drink order as soon as we were seated. After we got our carafe of Sangria we ordered food. Everything was great and the waitress was excellent! The lasagna was good as always.

    I would recommend the Spaghetti Warehouse to my family and friends. It was 12 years ago since I last visited this restaurant, and I remember how good it was than and how good it was when I visited the restaurant a couple of days ago. Food and the service were excellent. Go there and find out for yourself.

    Food was brought out. Waitress never came back to check on us. My food was cold. After half an hour, finally had to get a manager to tell her my food was cold. I did not get to eat dinner because everyone was finished eating by the time the waitress came back around.

    Multiple items our party ordered we not available including all draft beers (which was an advertised daily special at hostess stand). Waitress did not notify our party of unavailable items until after taking food orders. Waitress was not attentive to our table. Multiple times she had to be flagged down for basic items. Did not check back for drink refills. Food quality was not what we paid for. Parking: the lot available across the street is pay to park but you must download an app to pay online. We parked at 5:30p and due to confusion as to how to pay as well as free parking period starting at 6pm, we walked inside. We asked hostess about parking and was told rarely is parking checked at this time of night. However, we found 2 parking tickets (1 per car) when we returned…timestamped 5:31pm!!! This means someone was standing in the parking lot waiting for people to leave. This is NOT how you bring back business to a dying downtown area. Due to everything listed above, we do not plan to return.

    Nice place to eat Italian. The food was better than I expected after sitting down and looking at a plastic very worn menu. The table was pretty worn and the seating was old and rickety. The server was tired but nice. I would definitely eat there again. The price was on point for the taste!

    We had a fantastic meal at the Spaghetti Warehouse! Food was hot and delicious. Service was friendly and excellent. We had a great evening and a very tasty meal. The manicotti is fantastic. The lasagna is fabulous. Eggplant parmigiana was superb. Chicken Alfredo was great.

    We were a party of 5. There was a total of 7 people in the place. We were seated the first table in. I would have thought they would have put us a little farther back. It would have been a better experience. Chairs at the table need to be recovered. Server was very quick and got us out quickly. I think they may get more people if they validated parking. Doesn't matter to me, but it may to some.

    Food was alright but the prices were too much and the surround area is terrible. Abandoned buildings and as soon as we got out of our vehicle someone came an hit us up for money. I wouldn’t suggest anyone with kids to come to this location. I will try the cincy location next time since our Columbus location has closed.

    Our original server was awful. He spoke so softly and you could not hear anything he was saying because it was very loud in there. It took over 30 minutes to get our drink order then half of it was missing. They did not have enough glasses for our order and when we asked if we could get something else he quietly told my son who was sitting closest to him that he was not serving our table and walked away. We sat there for several more minutes and finally went to the hostess stand to ask if we could have a server. We had been seated for over an hour at that time and still had not ordered our food. The whole meal took over 3 hours and we did not even have dessert. It will take a lot to convince me to go back there for another meal!!
