Spaghetti Warehouse - Columbus

My experience was wonderful there. The waitress recommended the meal that is perfect for a couple. She also have a lot of respect for us being deaf by being patience and try to communicate any way we can.
Great service and great food . Would definitely come back again.
I so wanted to say yes I would recommend Spaghetti Warehouse (Columbus) to a friend but I can't. I haven't been to this restaurant in 15 years. I was so excited to get work friends together to help uplift a co-worker with Pancreatic Cancer and when I walked in I wanted to turn around. Let's start with the fact that they didn't have my name down on their reservation list even after calling me and confirming the day before. Then they stuck us down in the damp, smelly basement and crammed us in a corner. The bread and salad were good, the rest was mediocre at best. I can honestly say I will have no desire to go back 15 years from now.
We felt the food and service was good. I felt the restaurant is in much need of a facelift. The restaurant was also very dirty were the customers are eating so I have a hard time feeling that the kitchen would be any better. I would not return to the restaurant, sorry to say.
Always a great meal at Spaghetti Warehouse in Columbus. Good portions and moderate pricing.
Was my birthday dinner with family. Got seated in a extremely loud room had to yell just to hear someone or get up and lean next to them. Waited 30 minutes for a waiter no sign of then we got up and got our own drinks. Asked someone who our waitress was poor guy didn’t know. He had 3 very large tables he was serving but he said he would take our table. He was such a sweetheart and was doing his best. Regardless of noise food was amazing. And the server was great !
Used to love this place. Haven't been in years. The restaurant shows signs of neglect, no updates in years, duct work shows smoke stains from the days when smoking was allowed in restaurants. The food is sub par. Sad, it was once a cool place to eat
Food portions were very generous and our waiter was an enjoyable person.
We had great service at The Spaghetti Warehouse. The waiter was very honest as we questioned him on his preferences among several dishes. Everyone in our party was happy; the portions were substantial and our meals came out expediently.
Party of 5 for my wife's birthday. All meals were good , except for the linguini that was served to my daughter's fiance'. I noticed he'd eat a few bites ,then put down his fork and stare into the distance. He managed to get about a third of it eaten but that was all he could stand. He's not the type to complain so we didn't know what was wrong until later that night. And it turns out that my daughter's birthday dinner in April had the same problem - again with her fiance' and his linguini. Don't know why he didn't speak up but he's not the type to complain. Our spaghetti was excellent , as was our server but the linguine was not good for the second time.
Hadn’t been there in at least 15 years, and it did not disappoint! Still wonderful and a great birthday celebration for my daughter.
Great service, it was the best can't wait to go back
Great for s big group. Quite easy to make reservations and change as needed. Food was ok. Service was good. Will go back! Fun for kids.
Had a very nice evening out, food was good, service great, atmosphere superb.
They did not have my Open Table reservation, even though I had a confirmation text. Fortunately it was not busy. We were there to celebrate my birthday. At the end they sang Happy Birthday, but no complimentary dessert. Then took our pictures and spent the next part of our evening trying to sell us the pictures. With all of the options of places to eat in Columbus, we will not be returning to the Spaghetti Warehouse. Sorry
Our waitress had to be told to come to our table after 15 minutes of waiting. She had nothing but excuses and continues to take a long time to do anything, even with a practically empty restaurant. Our food was cold when brought out and frozen lemonade sat so long before being brought out that it separated. She also spilled a drink, which we completely understand happens, however, she swept the ice off the table onto the floor in our path to leave and never picked it up, leaving a wet mess on the floor. We were thoroughly disappointed in the whole experience.
We waited quite a long time to even put in our drink orders.
This is an old resturant that has always provided a unique experience. Their 15 layer lazana is good but the other three order we had were not so great. My son in law ordered the brisket pasta and it was really awful. Bread was hard, spagetti sauce OK but pasta was not. I had a salad that was just OK.
We celebrated our marriage here and every single staff member congratulated us. Everyone was so kind. The food was top-notch!
Was great place of my wife’s birthday celebration. Great food and service
First time in long time we had a great experience. Will consider comimg back
Very enjoyable meal for two. Food was delicious. Service was excellent for being busy. Would visit again.
The area where our table was placed was in a dimly lit area. More light is needed to read the menus.
Our waitress was Emilee. She was awesome. We had 14 people and our large table and she was our only waitress and she did a fabulous fabulous fabulous job. She quickly took care of everything and people asked for extras she took care of it really quickly she was wonderful thank you Emily .
We were sat in the train car, at a very tiny table, with a toddler. Our waite
The food was fantastic, as always, but we were greeted by staff that didn't seem to care at all about the job they were doing. I've worked in food before, I know it's not the most glamorous job, but when guests come in for a nice night it would be nice if the staff at least acted like they cared. We were greeted with, "Uh....open table....not on the list...10 minutes maybe. Sorry dude, we don't have your reservation.". I showed them the email and the host again mumbled something about open table but didn't explain why u didn't have a reservation that I had an email confirmation for.
Aside from the initial bump, the food was fantastic, the server was fast and attentive, and I won't let that experience turn me away. Not the norm by any means in my experience. Still a good place to eat!
I was disappointed with our food and service. For an Italian place, there were no eggplant or veal options, though my chicken Parmesan was good. The calamari and fried zucchini appetizers were excellent as was the fresh bread. My sangria was too sugary and weak - more of a fruit punch. The place was not busy but we waited about 10 minutes for someone to come and take drink orders. We were there for a birthday and someone came by at the end to take pictures of our table. While the photographer was charming, we weren’t there for photos (we all have phones with cameras after all!) overall, if I go back, I’ll have wine and apps in the bar.
We had a awesome Sunday lunch our server was Devan and he was great. We enjoy every visit here.
Really not sure why this place is even open table worthy. Food was not good. The waitress was wonderful and the Coke was good. Other than that.... will never go back. Can’t recommend
The food was not the best, the waitress was very nice, there was a man that came and took our picture and was trying to sell other pictures to us for 10 dollars. We felt uncomfortable with that.
Felt very rushed by our server. Atmosphere was very bright and felt super crowded by how close the tables were. Great food though.
We had reservations and were seated on time. The server was very nice and efficient. It was somewhat warm in the lower level dining area. We were told it was an issue with the AC. The food was mediocre but there was a large selection. Probably won’t be back.
Our party of 6 had a good meal and the food was tasty, but not exceptional. Portions were large and our waitress was very pleasant. That said, I have several issues with our experience: 1) In my reservation through Open Table I had asked for a round table if available. Even though the room was nearly empty (and we later saw people sitting at a round table) we were shown to a rectangular table in a a corner so cramped that two of our party could not move their chairs forward or backward once they were wedged in. 2) In my reservation I had asked for some recognition that this was an anniversary dinner for the 3 couples, but no one mentioned it at all during our stay. 3) Our waitress seemed frenzied and overworked. When our food arrived it was hurriedly tossed onto the table which was too small for appetizer plates (which had not been removed) and dinner dishes. We felt rushed and not at all comfortable during what should have been a lovely evening together. This may have been an isolated event, but we do not plan on going back for dinner at the Spaghetti Warehouse again.
Terrible. Arrived early- table wasn’t ready until after our reservation time. Then they sat us at a make shift table for 10 with 2 round 4 tops connected by a skinny 2 top (looked like a barbell) with one of the round tables so wobbly it wouldn’t stay still. We had made reservations about 6 weeks prior to our event. Once they moved us we were waited on by a very pleasant but horribly overworked waitress. Our food came out in shifts. Apparently they had 2 large parties (one of 40 and one of 30) but to be fair if they couldn’t handle the volume then they shouldn’t have taken additional reservations nor should they have sat walk-ins. Really bad experience overall.
Family lunch after 5K in Genoa Park. Sat us right on time, service was good.
Poor Customer service. Waiter was not friendly or very attentive to my needs at all. Will not be going back to restaurant for a long time.
Not what it used to be. Brought family from PA and VA, most things were spot on, the wedding soup was NOT wedding soup, the fried zucchini was thick wedges and not very good. I was also told I could not get the endless salad and order the soup, I would have to choose one.
Please go back to real wedding soup and the nice sliced fried zucchini. Alfredo was good. No more Italian flags? They were disappointed in that for sure. Never offered desert.
This was the 6th year we have enjoyed our time at SWH, and being able to take advantage of their proximity to the Fireworks show. Great Place good food and outstanding service, and ambience. We will definitely be back.
Everything was rushed, when we arrived the host didn’t have our reservation. She sighed and said I’ll seat you anyway. The waitress was overwhelmed and rushing us through the evening. I’m not sure if they were short staffed on Monday night or if this is typical. The food was good it was just tough to enjoy when the next course is being sat on your table before you even finish half of your soup.
The food was meh, the interior was kinda cool but the chairs suck! The server we had was not good at all. Passed by our table multiple times and seen we had low or empty drinks and did not refill them even after being asked. We asked another server to get us refills and he immediately did which was very kind!
