I did not appreciate being told we had to wait 5 minutes to be seated, when other groups with reservations were sat immediately. I also had to remind the host that we were waiting beyond the 5 minute time frame given. I expect to be treated better when we have a reservation at a restaurant. We will not be returning.
HI Gabrielle, We apologize that you did not receive the type of experience that you deserve. We will be sure to share these details with our management staff so that we can work to improve our wait times. We hope that we can see you again in the future, and thank you for leaving the honest review. Thank you
Trolley seats was great! Great service and steak was better then steakhouses in town. Food was great!
Thank you for the 5-star review!
Our server had a really bad attitude. She was not friendly at all. When we asked for red pepper flakes after she asked us if we needed anything, she rolled her eyes. The food tasted ok, but several in our party were sick the next day.
very cute spot and loved the waiter
Getting a bit busy and louder now.
Thank you for the 5-star review!
Great! Amazing experience on the trolley.
Great experience! We had large group and they were very accommodating.
Great food and great nostalgic setting. A bit of Columbus history.
Server is not personable. Teacher appreciation special was lame and made no sense. Portions sucked and rude service.
Not sure Covid related ... it was eerily odd....
The seating? The Service? The other customers?
questinable mask issue?
REMEMBER: Time, Space & Ventialation!!!!
Food was fantastic! The waiter was VERY personable and fun. and the noise level as pretty quiet but with a few bursts *laughs* It was a great birthday dinner :)
I really want to love this place again and keep going back to give it another chance but I’m disappointed every time. 20 years ago this place was amazing but not now. The food is always cold but no way am I sending it back… It does reheat well at home. The bread is good.
Food was ok. Service was terrible. We arrived at 7:30 w a reservation. It took 15 mins to seat us, once seated 30 mins for drinks, 45 mins for food once ordered. When I told the waitress we wanted the check and was in a hurry to leave because the baby was crying and disturbing others, she took 20 mins to get the check than stayed at the table for another 10 mins telling us the history of the building. Told my 7 yr old the building used to be used to store dead bodies and completely freaked him out.
Waitress spilled salad dressing-had to take salad back and replace, asked for more chocolate milk-finally had to go get it myself, food was barely warm. Very disappointed.
This was my 7 year old son's first time at the Spaghetti Warehouse. We were able to eat in the trolley car. He loved looking at all the cool things in throughout the restaurant. The entire staff was great. This is a must do for families and couples.
Birthday dinner spoiled. Restaurant did not have our reservation. Said the the App Open Table bumped our reservation to Monday the 29th. The app still shows my reservation for today the 26th. 1.5 hour wait. We went somewhere else after a 30 minute drive there. Very disappointed.
The food was excellent as always, the service seemed a bit off. From the time we arrived to the time we left, it felt as if it was a bother we were there. We had reservations for 6:45, we arrived at 6:30, we had to wait longer for our table than the walk-ins had to wait for a table. Once we were seated, a manager finally took our drink order, then our waitress brought out our appetizer and set it on the far corner of the table, just dropped it at left without saying anything. we then went 20 minutes without another person stopping by our table, or getting our meals.
It was definitely not the service I am used to getting when I go to the Spaghetti Warehouse. I am just going to chalk it up to an off night and hold my judgement untile after my next visit.
We were not impressed......the food wasn’t great, the sauce had an overpowering spice taste that we couldn’t figure out. The service was very poor.
I have been coming here since I was a kid. The service was amazing and the food was absolutely delicious. I will keep coming back.
Our server seemed to never be where he should have been when he should have been there...Took him ~10 minutes to stop by the table to greet us. Another 10 to get our drinks. Another 10 to take our order, and then an eternity to receive our food, which was meh.
Won't be returning...
I was shocked at how dirty the restaurant was. If there weren't so many of us I would have walked out. I will never go there again.
Service was horrible. The food was a bit bland but a good value. Love dining there but I do not love the service.
Our server was great but unfortunately, the food was awful. The best part of our meal was the ranch dressing on our salads. Our entrees were rubbery and meatballs had zero flavor.
The restrooms smelled so so bad as well.
Overall, a very disappointing experience. We could not get out of there fast enough.
It was my birthday... sat in the trolley as requested.
Server was quick to leave the table at every instance but was nice. Food was delicious as always!
Did not sing happy Birthday
Service was miserable and food was vile. Never again!!!!
We had my husbands 60th birthday with friends and family. Thank you for making this special time an awesome time. Our first get together since being home due to the pandemic. All were very considerate of our needs and wore all needed protection. Thank you!
Very family friendly great ambiance for a fun casual or fancier dinner
Valentines day was very busy, but I believe they made the most of the rush. Food was fantastic and so was our server.
The food, service, and seating was absolutely immaculate.
We dined here the day before Valentine’s Day. Unfortunately, most of the staff were in horrible moods and it kinda killed the vibe. Tons of people in the waiting area, so I know it was a busy time. Food was decent and they’re seating patrons far apart so that was nice. It felt really awkward the whole time because you could see staff arguing with each other and feeling generally unhappy.
Valentine’s Day. Love the special! So good!
Everyone was very nice and we had a great time. We will be coming back again soon.
We were seated in a room with a very large party of probably 40ish people (spread out amongst several tables but obviously all together). We sat for 15 minutes before we were finally acknowledged by our server. I wish I could remember her name because if it weren’t for her, I would have given zero stars for service. Food was fantastic and our server made y for the bad experience in the beginning.
Always good food and service.
Great food a service too fun for a date night or just to have fun. Best place to go.
Our reservation that I made at least a couple of weeks ago with Open Table was not on the list when we arrived. We were then seated in the very front room that seemed like overflow seating. No atmosphere, no ambiance. I then watched several other parties be seated up in the main area of the restaurant. It was frustrating. This was a birthday celebration for my son. He seemed to enjoy it but we were disappointed.
As always, the food and venue were wonderful. I was disappointed, however, on this night as our server was not very personable at all and only wore her protective face mask over her mouth (not the nose). This was disappointing because we love the SW!
Server was not very good, got one drink the entire 2 1/2 hours we were there. Food was okay.
My friend and I enjoyed our dinner. Our server did a great job . Our food was delicious.
