Our banquet room can be used for wedding rehearsals, sports banquets, family get toghethers, or company meetings.
View Private Dining DetailsWhen we got there rhey did NOT recognize the open table reservation. You need to call in person to make a reservation.
Great food. My Sicilian grandmother would approve. Our server was excellent. Friendly and attentive. We’ll be back.
We celebrated two birthdays. The reservation worked perfectly and our table was ready immediately. Our waitress made the night. She was attentive and lots of fun. Spaghetti Warehouse has always been a favorite.
The food was cold. Service sucks. I wouldnt eat there again if that was the last place open in Arlington
Our experience at Spaghetti Warehouse is always great. What I had trouble with was this app I used. I used it for the first time. When we got there, they did not know anything about this OpenTable app. And I had no reservations. Luckily we did not have to wait long. I would not recommend this OpenTable app unless it has worked for you in the past, if you are planning something special. Just call the restaurant to place your reservation.
It was my first time there and I love it going back again
The server Cameron was rude to us from the time we was seated.
Good food and service. Someone took our picture and gave us a postcard from that day.
We were celebrating my son, Justin's birthday. His favorite food is lasagna that's why we chose Spaghetti Warehouse. I made the reservation online about a week earlier. I was able to bring in his cake and balloons early the day of the reservation. When we got there our table was ready, the balloons were in place and everything was perfect. Sarah was our server. She was wonderful, very nice and attentive. I will definitely come back again and Justin had a great time. The staff gathered and sang to him and it was just an awesome experience. Thank you so much!

Spaghetti was kind of bland and dry, and mushrooms were small and stale without much taste in addition to not looking very appetizing. The salad was also sub-par and kind of limp. All in all not a pleasant meal, despite the name which I would have thought would have guaranteed a great spaghetti meal. I'll go elsewhere for Italian.
The food was excellent and we had a great time (group of 6). The waitress (Taylor) was pleasant but definitely needed more training. She was not very efficient and disappeared for long periods of time.
Waitress was just walking around talking! We were in a rush got our check finally well she left for about 15mins still nowhere in sight had to leave cash but she didn't deserve the tip however we were in a hurry and couldn't wait to find her.
I felt that they were slow to seat us. It was for a suprise birthday dinner and we were only at the table a few minutes before the arrival of my friend. I would have liked to be at the table a little longer than that. But it all worked out very well.
I don't know how it was because we never went. We were informed the afternoon of that out reservation was retracted due to a problem with THIS website that obviousobviously needs to be fixed. We did eat at the Dallas location and it was fine
Graduation
I was a bit disappointed that we had said (and noted it on our online reservation) it was our 48th year wedding anniversary and nobody even acknowledged it. We didn't expect anything big or fancy, but a Happy Anniversary would have been nice.
The only negative was we had a reservation and still had to wait because the table wasn't ready
Our server was great and very attentive. He always asked if there was anything else we needed, refilled our drinks without being asked. He let us know how much longer before our food would be brought out. Made our experience at the Spaghetti Warehouse pleasurable. We will definitely be going back!
We took my mother in law out to dinner. Service was decent, food was good, good company. We visit Spaghetti Warehouse about 1x every 2 months.
I went to take advantage of the Black Friday buy $50 in gift card, get $20 in pasta bucks offer and stayed for lunch. I had a buy one get one coupon and used it to take a meal to go. Lettuce in the side salad was of good quality.
The waiter was great food was fine, but when we got there they had no idea we had reserved a table. Luckily they weren't to busy so we got a table pretty quick!
The feast for 2. A great thing to order if you can't decide. It includes soup or salad. Lasagna, Ravioli with Alfredo sauce, Spaghetti with marinara, 2 Meatballs, 2 Italian Sausages, Chicken parmigiana, and 2 pieces of garlic toast. Service was great.
I used opentable at this restaurant for the first time it being Sunday noon. I booked and received a confirmation and when I arrived at the restaurant they had no record of my reservation. It did not appear they were setup to receive anything electronically. I showed them my confirmation and confirmed it was the right place. Luckily there was no wait.
The only reason I told them about the opentable reservation is I had previously used opentable and there was no wait at the restaurant so I didn't tell them about my reservation. I then got a letter from you asking why I didn't use my reservation.
There is not much point in having the restaurant on OpenTable. They apparently do not check on line OpenTable reservations. This was an issue noted by other reviewers, but was hoping it was just a prior fluke. Fortunately, the restaurant was not very busy and they were able to seat the six of us quickly. The food was good and met expectations.
The quality of the food was very disappointing. I had the chicken alfredo. I may should have had the 7 layer lazanga.
We had a couple of people who did not show up. The birthday girl was ok with it, but the waiter rudely stated that it wasn't because it would affect his tip. Later,he brought out a bowl of ice cream and sang to my daughter. We did not ask for it, but he charged us for it. I was also charged for a kid meal, and EXTRA toppings we didn't order.
I planned my sister's 50th birthday party and it was great! The wait staff was very attentive, patient and great with the kids. The menu was a little pricey, but you do get what you pay for. My only complaint was the hostess that seated us. I kept the party secret for 2 months and the hostess blew it as soon as we walked in. But everything else was wonderful!
They do not know about Open Table
Being from out of town, we thought this would be a fun place to meet our local family members. Unfortunately, the service was awful, which over-shadowed the evening. Thankfully, we enjoyed the company of family and time to catch-up.
Service has been great every time we visit Food is delivered in big portions and every person working there is friendly Would recommend this restaurant to families
My family and I always enjoy coming to the Arlington Spaghetti Warehouse. The bread is deliciously warm and the food is totally delicious. Very nice and friendly staff . Plus very prompt service. Thumbs up!
We were in Arlington for a convention and we had found this place online. We had a large party of 10 so we thought we should call and see if we could change our time to 30 min earlier. The manager was so nice and very accommodating. Everyone's food was absolutely delicious.
My family goes to Spaghetti Warehouse at least 2 or 3 times a month. We always have great food and the staff is friendly.
The food was very tasty, the service was very nice too. Our only disappointment was that we had made reservations on-line for Easter, received a confirmation, when we arrived at the Arlington , TX restaurant we were informed that their management DOES NOT pay any attention to on-line reservations, they told us only to call in for a reservation.
The Easter family feast special that we ordered was good but did not have spaghetti with the chicken marsala, the chicken was serviced on the fettuccini alfredo. The food was very good but disappointed in no spaghetti and no on-line reservation.
I made a reservation online knowing it would be busy on Easter Sunday and received a confirmation. However, when I arrived at, a little before, 2PM the restaurant was fairly quiet. I told the hostess that I had a 2PM reservation and she looked at both sheets and it was not there. I then advised I made the reservation online and she said "oh maybe its in the back, we were busy so we didn't have time to get the reservations." OK, luckily we got seated right away but what is the use of having an online reservation system when they do not even look at it? The service was great and will go back but what a disappointment with making a reservation, what would have happened if it was really busy and they still did not have the reservation. I would have been quite upset and not been a "happy camper" at the hostess stand.
They were busier than we expected but our waitress was great! Food was ok....
Our reservations were worthless. We arrived 5 minutes prior, and still had to wait as long as the waiting list customers (25 minutes).
We have been a customer for many years and was glad to find a location near by. The greeters were no enthusiastic about greeting, it was more like can I help you with something? The waiter came to the table a total of 3 times and the food was delivered by someone else. The food was good but it was not hot, more lukewarm. The appetizers were also the same. You can tell that they have sat for a while. Anytime mozzarella cheese does not stretch you know it has been a while. Well maybe next time.
Made a reservation for 20 people for my daughters 13th bday dinner. Service was aweaome waiters and managers all were very helpful!!!!
The food was just dull. 15 layer lasagna was tasteless, and too hot.
