Spaghetti Warehouse - Arlington

We had a great family outing to Spaghetti Warehouse. Perfect for kids, the food was great and we had so much fun. I’ve read other reviews about lack of cleanliness, but that was not our experience. We’ll definitely be back!
Forgot to bring my wife's order out..we had a birthday dinner and had to ask waitress twice to sing for our guest...just not a very pleasant experience for us..probably won't come back
The drinks from the bar were right on. Had the beer chilie spaghetti it was awesome. I would recommend to anyone.
Good food, good service.
The restaurant got a party of seven in nicely. They accommodated our request for a quiet location, which was nice. The food was not great. A lot of salad was used in every dish. It was too much! The Caesar dressing, which to me is one mark of a good Italian place, is not good. Service was good. The place could use some sprucing up. It felt dingy and dirty.
Food wasn't that great, service seemed kind of slow. There was wait staff with bad odor which made me want to just leave.
The breading on the calamari was soggy not crisp. The 15 layer lasagna barley had any cheese on it so my partner did not enjoy it. The dinner was a birthday dinner and I was just very disapppinted in the entire meal.
Great food and quick service
Made special notes on reservation that nobody ever saw and was told that they could not see them only managers saw them. However food was good.
Service was a bit slow but the food was amazing. Well worth the wait. Byron, our waiter, was excellent.
We had a great time! Everybody really enjoyed their food and our server was a little slow, but super nice!
Good food, and a lot of it
This restaurant was dirty and rundown. Upon walking in the grounds were not taken care of and needed to be mowed and made more attractive. The restaurant smelled dirty and appeared dirty. The food came out lukewarm and dry (not much sauce on any of the entrees). The waiter was inexperienced and when we asked for a to go box he threw it all into one box (all mixed together). This was my first experience at a Spaghetti Warehouse and I will have to think twice about visiting another.
Not our favorite of restaurants. It was okay. Leaking roof from rain, subpar restrooms. Food was okay. Not amazing.
The food was good and the staff did a great job with my Birthday song!
Customer service was awesome! Food was delicious, will definitely be going back
I had read the reviews for this particular restaurant and they were not favorable at all. My sister and I hesitated to go but we decided we would take a chance. I am really glad we did because the experience was awesome! From the moment we walked in the staff was very attentive and the food was to die for! I will definitely go back!
Service was great...food was overwhelmingly horrible. Not a good selection of Italian food. Wouldn’t have not recommended this place.
When we got there rhey did NOT recognize the open table reservation. You need to call in person to make a reservation.
Great food. My Sicilian grandmother would approve. Our server was excellent. Friendly and attentive. We’ll be back.
We celebrated two birthdays. The reservation worked perfectly and our table was ready immediately. Our waitress made the night. She was attentive and lots of fun. Spaghetti Warehouse has always been a favorite.
The food was cold. Service sucks. I wouldnt eat there again if that was the last place open in Arlington
Our experience at Spaghetti Warehouse is always great. What I had trouble with was this app I used. I used it for the first time. When we got there, they did not know anything about this OpenTable app. And I had no reservations. Luckily we did not have to wait long. I would not recommend this OpenTable app unless it has worked for you in the past, if you are planning something special. Just call the restaurant to place your reservation.
It was my first time there and I love it going back again
The server Cameron was rude to us from the time we was seated.
Good food and service. Someone took our picture and gave us a postcard from that day.
We were celebrating my son, Justin's birthday. His favorite food is lasagna that's why we chose Spaghetti Warehouse. I made the reservation online about a week earlier. I was able to bring in his cake and balloons early the day of the reservation. When we got there our table was ready, the balloons were in place and everything was perfect. Sarah was our server. She was wonderful, very nice and attentive. I will definitely come back again and Justin had a great time. The staff gathered and sang to him and it was just an awesome experience. Thank you so much!
Spaghetti was kind of bland and dry, and mushrooms were small and stale without much taste in addition to not looking very appetizing. The salad was also sub-par and kind of limp. All in all not a pleasant meal, despite the name which I would have thought would have guaranteed a great spaghetti meal. I'll go elsewhere for Italian.
The food was excellent and we had a great time (group of 6). The waitress (Taylor) was pleasant but definitely needed more training. She was not very efficient and disappeared for long periods of time.
Waitress was just walking around talking! We were in a rush got our check finally well she left for about 15mins still nowhere in sight had to leave cash but she didn't deserve the tip however we were in a hurry and couldn't wait to find her.
I felt that they were slow to seat us. It was for a suprise birthday dinner and we were only at the table a few minutes before the arrival of my friend. I would have liked to be at the table a little longer than that. But it all worked out very well.
I don't know how it was because we never went. We were informed the afternoon of that out reservation was retracted due to a problem with THIS website that obviousobviously needs to be fixed. We did eat at the Dallas location and it was fine
I was a bit disappointed that we had said (and noted it on our online reservation) it was our 48th year wedding anniversary and nobody even acknowledged it. We didn't expect anything big or fancy, but a Happy Anniversary would have been nice.
The only negative was we had a reservation and still had to wait because the table wasn't ready
Our server was great and very attentive. He always asked if there was anything else we needed, refilled our drinks without being asked. He let us know how much longer before our food would be brought out. Made our experience at the Spaghetti Warehouse pleasurable. We will definitely be going back!
We took my mother in law out to dinner. Service was decent, food was good, good company. We visit Spaghetti Warehouse about 1x every 2 months.
I went to take advantage of the Black Friday buy $50 in gift card, get $20 in pasta bucks offer and stayed for lunch. I had a buy one get one coupon and used it to take a meal to go. Lettuce in the side salad was of good quality.
The waiter was great food was fine, but when we got there they had no idea we had reserved a table. Luckily they weren't to busy so we got a table pretty quick!
The feast for 2. A great thing to order if you can't decide. It includes soup or salad. Lasagna, Ravioli with Alfredo sauce, Spaghetti with marinara, 2 Meatballs, 2 Italian Sausages, Chicken parmigiana, and 2 pieces of garlic toast. Service was great.
