   Food was good, server was good. Not busy but the place was a mess. Didn’t have multiple selections of wines by bottle. Games were fun for kids. I had heard great things about Spaghetti Warehouse… for us it was just how dirty everything was. Host seemed annoyed. We waited 15 minutes to be sat with a reservation and no one in the building. No manager around.

   Some food came out ice cold. 15 layer lasagna showed up with almost no meat or cheese in layers worst lasagna I’ve ever seen. Server got items refired and they came out much better the second time. Food that came out correct and hot was mediocre only item that was very good would be the wedding soup. It was a very busy Saturday evening and they appeared very short staffed. It was unfortunately a sad birthday outing and overall if it wasn’t for our server trying so hard to take care of all the mistakes it would have been much worse. won’t be going back.

   The restaurant was very busy. Cold as they were having the furnace repaired. Took my wife for a date night. More then enough food. Server was awesome

   We eat here on New Years Eve. It has been quieter here in the last few years. The food is pretty good and the service has always been great. We had a vey nice evening.

   Food and service was excellent. The restaurant is filthy. Everything needs a scrub down and tables need restained or covered with table cloths to hide the damage.

   We made a reservation for 7:30 and waited 25 minutes before being called, when we went up to ask how much longer it would be we found out that we were forgotten about. We finally got sat and waited another 20 minutes for someone to serve us. We ended up waving over a waitress walking by and told her so she just served us. She was very nice. Our appetizers and salads came out quickly but one person at our table never got her salad. We then waited a long time for our food to come out. When it did two out of four orders were wrong and we never got our garlic bread we asked for. My husband ended up just eating his because he didn’t want to wait any longer. All in all we were there for 2 hours for 4 people. The only thing good about our experience was the food and our waitress. The manager did give us 60% for the trouble.

    Overall good experience and food was yummy! Our server was awesome with our large party. Restaurant was a little dirty but it was late Friday so they could have been slammed earlier.

    Great value for the quantity of food. There was a bit of a delay in getting the food, but they gave us a $10 discount and a free dessert. We did not ask for that. Only complaint was there was a Medicare presentation going on in a separate room. Would be nice if they had a door on that room so that diners did not have to hear the presentation too.

    There were six of us visiting from out of town. We enjoyed our meal. The food was awesome. The atmosphere was lively, but not too loud. Our server was not very attentive however. She forget a few items that were asked for, forgot to bring a salad out, and didn’t come back for refills or to check on us hardly at all. Maybe she was new. She was very nice though. We would definitely eat here again.

    The food was great and our server was very nice and attentive. My only complaint would be with the host. He seemed bothered that we were there and didn't smile once. I'm sure he's a nice person - maybe he's just in the wrong position.

    Great food. Excellent spaghetti and meatballs, applesauce with child’s spaghetti for our 8 year old granddaughter from Virginia. I really enjoyed my beer chili spaghetti with the onions and shredded cheddar on the side! Got to eat in the trolly car as a treat for our granddaughter. Great experience!

    Great place! My friend and I are in Akron once a year and always make Spaghetti Warehouse our choice for dinner. Good menu options at reasonable prices. Our server, Jackie, was awesome. She answered all questions and, being a very busy day and time, she attended to our requests as well as kept us informed on the status of our order throughout our visit. The dinner portions were generous and having a salad included with our dinner was a much appreciated plus. If you're looking for a quiet place, this might not be your best option, but the noise is the sound of people having a fun time.

    Came here for a first anniversary dinner with my partner. We had gone to the Columbus location, and were planning to do so before the roof caved in. So, we came to this one. This SW feels a bit like it's a tourist restaurant. Not quite the exciting fine dining establishment that the Columbus location was. The server was meh, she did her job and was nice enough. The food was delicious, as always, but absolutely not worth the $70 we paid total (one bottle of wine, one slice of cake, two pastas). If you have the money to blow, go for it. The food will be delicious, though pricey.

    Gone are the fun and fancy days of the past at this restaurant. If you have faun memories of coming to this eclectic restraunt and are thinking of reliving those memories, think again. This place has changed hands and has gone down hill. The place is filthy including the staff. They gave my reservation away when we were a few minutes late … I should have taken that as a sign. We waited for another table to open up and ate here but we won’t be doing that again.

    Terrible. Made a reservation for 6:15. Sat at 7. Bar service was nonexistent. Host got into a dissertation with my husband about how reservations don’t get priority. Food was COLD when we finally got it. Wine was warm. Waitress tried her best. Probably won’t be back to Akron. Definitely won’t be back here.

    We had reservations for 5:30 pm but we traveled from Austintown and got there at 5:00 pm and we were seated immediately. Service was quick and friendly. Portions were very generous and the food was very flavorful.

    Food was ok. Service was not good at all! Waited 22 minutes for a server to great us. Asked for the manager. She comped some appetizers and brought them out when they were ready but we never saw her again. Our server struggled through the rest of the meal. (Even though at one poi t it appeared she only had 2 other tables) Food obviously came out well after it was ready. It was apparent that it had been sitting in the kitchen for a while. My son's meal was not brought out till 4-7 minutes after everyone else had been served and only after I asked for it. We all left very, very unhappy. Probably a pretty good chance we will never go back.

    We reserved a table a week in advance for a special occasion. We asked for seating that was nice and fun. When we arrived, the hostess didn’t appear like she knew we had reservations then seated us at a both that was falling apart (shook when seated in it -swayed back and forth) and in the middle of the restaurant. It was not a fun or an inviting seat. The waitresses were working very hard but couldn’t keep up with the demands of the people coming in. Long waits. They also were all wearing street clothes - no uniforms. Food cold and some burnt. Akron spaghetti warehouse was nothing compared to the Columbus one (pre Covid)

    They do not use or honor OpenTable reservations. They are strictly on a first come first serve basis. We were put next on the list with several groups ahead of us. We waited 45 minutes after showing up 10 minutes before our reservation. It seems pointless for them to even be on OpenTable.

    Spaghetti warehouse is one of the few restaurants in our area that takes reservations. We have a large family, so being able to reserve a table is important. However, on this particular day, they didn’t have our reservation. Apparently someone forgot to print the OpenTabke reservations. But the hostess, who was also our server, jumped into action. She got a table cleaned and we were sat within just a few minutes. Service was great food was fantastic.

    The restaurant was decorated very nicely and it was very clean. It was a little cold in the restaurant and I had to keep my coat in because I was so cold but everything else was amazing. The service was great and I did not have to wait long for anything. The food was a great value for the money. I couldn’t even finish half of my food and had plenty to take home. I ordered the spaghetti and meatballs and it was delicious.

    I'll be honest, I thought this place was something else when I made our reservation but then was told that the place I THOUGHT I was reserving closed YEARS ago. But it was in the same area where we had some other events scheduled so we just went with it and boy, am I glad we did! This place gets an A+ in every area. Service, food, price and atmosphere. Our server's name was Rebecca and she was absolutely AMAZING with our party of NINE. She was at tentative and KIND and she spoke to the children in the group like their favorite aunt would. She honestly treated us like she was serving her own family dinner and made our visit so comfortable. The food was INCREDIBLE! We ordered the feast for 2 and there was so much food on this platter that my family of four had left overs for DAYS. The feast was served with warm bread, a huge salad to share, soup, garlic bread, lasagna, spaghetti and meatballs, 2 Italian sausages, ravioli, chicken parm, and a dessert! We also ordered an appetizer and a flat bread pizza for the kids and our bill was less than $60 for my family of 4. We were SHOCKED by the price and expected to be paying way more for the quantity and quality of food that was served. The Spaghetti Warehouse building itself is a REALLY cool building. The size alone is impressive and there just seems to be rooms upon rooms, upon rooms for seating and private parties. There are fun pieces of history stashed throughout the restaurant like an old ski lift, a trolly car, a booth made out of a brass bed and an old fashioned stop light. There are also a few arcade games and claw machines in the entrance area that held the kids' interest for a good while - my favorite were the old carnival style fortune telling machines. Most are only 25-50 cents/play instead of a dollar so you don't feel like you're getting ripped off in the lobby. I'm sure here is a lot more that I am missing that I didn't even notice because I was preoccupied by my children. I think I saw that they have a myste

    A friend and myself needed to meet in a quiet environment to catch up where we are spiritually. The waitress seated us in a very good spot with limited interruptions. We were able to chat and pray without bothering anyone else.

    Table was ready which was nice for a larger party. Food was not great and lasagna was not cooked all the way through. Our server in the beginning was really good but then disappeared halfway through and we couldn't find her for quite some time to refill drinks, get extra napkins, Etc. Don't think we'll go back there ever again.
