Service was basic. The food and wine was good. We ordered the shrimp and grits and I added a squeeze of lemon and it was amazing.

We always enjoy Southpark and this time just as much. Everyone was very happy with their food selection. The service was great and conscious of social distancing. We observed workers cleaning and wiping down surfaces.

We came for the Portland Dining Monthly special. I had green salad, steel head followed by the bread pudding. Everything was delicious. Great atmosphere and service.

This was our first visit. The food was simply outstanding. My wife and I agreed that the steelhead dinner I had was one of the best seafood dishes we have ever enjoyed. I plan to return with one of my sons just to enjoy more of the oyster dishes. Oh my, how wonderful! Our waitress was so nice, so informative. Would we go again? Absolutely!

It was great. Really loved the food. Sat in the bar for dinner so we could get happy hour pricing on drinks. Staff was really accommodating.

Outstanding meal!

This worked out very well overall, however I thought we had made a reservation by following the link - for March Dining Month. Was sorely disappointed that we were not able to order off of that specific menu until 5 pm

We love this restaurant! We typically go for dinner, but had out of town guests, so took advantage of the brunch. Wow! The drinks were lovely, and the food was fabulous, as always. Two of us opted for the crab roll. It looked small when it arrived, but had big flavor and was very satisfying! The Tabasco added a little kick and the bread was toasted perfectly. A nice treat. Our group of six were all very pleased with the meal and service. Thanks to our server and the kitchen for helping our allergy-challenged diner to put together the perfect meal within her limitations.

Came for Portland Dining Month. Great meal in a beautifully remodeled space. Exceptional service. Oyster selection was peerless!

Went for Portland Dining Month and it was a great experience! The service was very friendly and accommodating, the food was absolutely delicious and still very filling despite being "smaller" portions, and the ambiance was pleasant.

Southpark has a great location and nice ambience. The oyster bar is very good with a wide selection, but very pricey. Overall, it's a good place with good food, but not a good value in my opinion.

Sarah greeted us cheerfully, conveyed our time constraints to Joan, our server...who cared for us professionally and pleasantly. She offered suggestions (we took her advice and glad we did), made sure we were pleased with the food and expedited our bill when we needed to leave. We liked the service and food so much so we will have dinner there again.

Food was excellent, with one exception: a bland, dressing-less Caesar Salad, which we sent back. Service was spotty though friendly. Cost for entrees is very high, we think. Very popular eating spot before various downtown events.

Southpark has perfected the pre-theater, pre-event dinner. Their three-course menu has something for everyone, their wines by the glass are great and service friendly and efficient. Thank you.

Our server was terrific, she was "on" and her support folks were polite and professional. Food was great (as always) and the ambiance was typical "bistro." All in all, our go-to place before a WorldOregon event.

I lured two friends here with the line "the clam chowder is to die for." They heartily agreed after having a bowl each. The house salad was lively, tasty, and studded with hazelnuts.
I think Southpark Seafood may become my new go-to restaurant downtown. Thanks!
