The steaks are outstanding. I've eaten here 3 times in the past 2 weeks, and they have always been cooked to order (exactly) and very tasty. Service is quick but unobtrusive.

I hadn't eaten at Southern Prime in a few months. I am so glad I gave it another chance as it was underwhelming in the past. The service was spot on! It completely made our experience. It was my husband's birthday, he usually doesn't like making a fuss of it but he said multiple times how nice it was and what a great night he had. Dan our server gave us excellent feedback on the menu and made our first time out with our baby so special. The food was wonderful. Everything was cooked perfectly and had great flavor. The drinks were great as well. We are very much looking forward to going back. Thank you for a wonderful birthday for my husband!

I went for my husband’s birthday and it was an amazing experience. They made his birthday very special with exceptional service and special birthday surprises. We travelled from Fayetteville NC and it was worth the trip.

My wife and I had dinner there to celebrate our anniversary. Every part of the evening was A+. The manager and service staff were friendly, knowledgeable and accommodating. Last but not least, every menu item we had was absolutely delicious. It is plain to see that every staff member is committed to paying attention to the details. I plan to return for our anniversary next year, if not earlier.

It was our first visit. We wanted to have cocktails at the bar before enjoying dinner. Ashley was fantastic, friendly, genuine, and knowledgeable. We decided to stay with her for dinner. Her recommendations were great, her knowledge of the menu were fabulous. The food was delicious and the entire evening was a double thumbs up! We look forward to seeing her again on our next visit to the establishment.

Food service was slow and incorrect. Multiple tables with bigger groups placed orders after and received food sooner. After the wait steaks were cooked completely opposite of order. I was not about to wait another 30 mins for an over cooked over priced ribeye. I can't believe I wasted $150 on two steaks and ruined what limited time I had while on deployment R&R for this.

We always choose Southern Prime to celebrate a special occasion. Why, because they go out of their way to make it special. From prepping your table with a symbol of your special occasion ( in our case an anniversary which also included a complimentary desert.). Plus we know the food is going to be fantastic and the service is always 1st class. Our server Marshall was great!

A great place in Southern Pines NC. Steak, seafood, cocktails, and dessert, are all great. Food cooked to my specifications. Server very knowledgeable about the food and the wine. A great meal at a great place. We go there every time we visit the Pinehurst NC area. Don't miss it when you are there.

Loved having dinner at Southern Prime. Bar and bar service was great. Food was stellar. Server Courtney was one of the best servers we’ve experienced. I let her know I was a pacing diner and she paced our meal perfectly. Only glitch was TRYING to send two ANONYMOUS desserts to an older couple sitting with their grown son. I overheard the dad was starting chemo the next day. I’ve done chemo five times and wanted to let him know I was thinking of him; even in an anonymous way. A DIFFERENT server blew that opportunity for me by telling them who sent the desserts. In my opinion, that’s not the true spirit of giving. I’ll definitely go back and request Courtney as our server.

Made reservation to celebrated our 20th Anniversary, and Southern Prime decorated our table for the occasion which made a great impression for my wife and I had no idea they would do that. Additionally we got a lava cake comp because of our anniversary. Elevated our days and made our night even more memorable. Service was amazing and food was delicious.

The food was very good. We both order steak and were very pleased. The grits (my wife's side) and my mashed potatoes left a lot to be desired. The service was good. Nothing particularly stood out, but nothing was particularly bad either. Just a solid good meal.

Beautiful restaurant with great ambiance. We had a party of six so tried several appetizers and entrees, and everything was excellent! The lobster rangoon was a big hit as well as the specialty cocktails. The best was our server, Jasmine! She was funny, entertaining and made us all feel special with confetti on the table with our celebratory desserts ! She was also very accommodating to one of our guests with food allergies. Such a fun evening!

Southern prime steakhouse was one of the best steakhouses I’ve ever been to, and I’ve been to steakhouses from Florida to Vermont. My steak was delicious. My husband was very happy with his land and sea choice with lobster and truffles. I would highly recommend southern prime steakhouse, and I am definitely going back. The service was better than any of the restaurants in the area. Our waitress was one of the best waitresses with suggestions, service, and attentiveness.

Food was truly good. The wait staff was accurate and considerate but a little slow. In their defense it was a very busy night. The hostess however was insanely rude and completely unprofessional highlighting all the negative cliches one hears about people of that age group. I am amazed that she is allowed to interact with clients. That’s truly how bad she was.

Prepare to spend a minimum of 2 hours there. The food was fantastic. However, I feel like they were either understaffed or our waitress would forget about us. All in all, the restaurant was clean, great atmosphere and the food was great.

Great menu but the staff was magnificent. I went with my adult daughter and we both enjoyed the meal. Our server was perfect. We were never without drink and were given plenty of time/room to converse.

This was my first trip to Southern Prime Steakhouse. Went to celebrate my birthday and it was the perfect choice. Food, service and atmosphere were excellent. I loved how they had the table decorated for my birthday and that I got a picture at the end of the evening of my family and I. I will definitely go back. Excellent isn't a strong enough word.
